So after reinstalling Morrowind on my PC, I started a Imperial Rogue with a custom birthsign which grants him Mark/Recall as powers.
I also have a alternate start mod installed, which made him start in the wilderness without any gold, but with a stolen diamond, 1 Iron Dagger and a 75 bounty on his head. In my attempt to make some money I walked around aimlessly in the wilderness, I came across a NPC called Nels Llendo, with an ego Axl Rose would be proud of, who demanded 50 gold to honor his awesomeness. I refused, which made him pull out his mega awesome flame sword out of his pants and started to run after me like a maniac until I used my Recall power to save my rectum.

Back at the point I started at, I decided to head in the different direction because of obvious reasons. After a while, I came across some guys house, which I decided to rob. Not much in there, 1 Lockpick, some trash and 7 gold in a chest. After leaving the house, guess who was there?
While he was trying to stick his flame sword inside me, I ran away for like half an hour, crossed several rivers and did anything I could to get rid of him, but guess what: He did not give up.


I'm now standing on top of a rock, which apparently makes his AI spaz out, and I've no idea what to do.
Any ideas?
