I was playing fallout 4 on the xbox one when things started getting a little gitchly. I was just in the memory den doing the kellog memory thing when glitches started happening. I thought this was normal cause its fallout, and its a buggy game. So i decided to go to the third rail. Thats when i got a weird filter that is like a neon filter. It looked cool for a while but then it got annonying so i looked up how to fix it. The only fix i found is to reload to a previous save. I dont have a previous save. I really need help with this. I do not want to restart my character
