Since there is no explanation for this abandoned house in the middle of Skingrad, I was wondering what are the thoughts people have in regards to this derelict manor. The owner's name sounds like a male Bosmer or Altmer necromancer and I believe they might have fled Skingrad due to some experimentation gone wrong with resurrecting corpses which resulted in the summoned creatures being hostile to him, thus having to lock them inside his house and moving out of Cyrodill which explains why he doesn't appear ingame so as to avoid any Imperial justice in case the undead he created manage to break out and harm or kill people.
