Your character wakes up on the shore but lost almost all your memories(choose your race). You're first town could be a tang mo, tasecai, or a ko pun tun town.

Lore reason for them not attacking you because
1. You're by yourself so they don't feel threaten by you.
2. You look different than all the monsters and races in akavir
3. They could tell you're a intelligence being by the way you look instead of a wild animal.

Mid way through the game, you caught a tang mo with a few items from your crashed boat. The items are trueflame and hopesfire.

Main plot of the game is about the tiger dragons and vampire snake men fighting for control over a large region that contains a massive ancient structure.

Main side quest is about a invasion from the snow demons led by another demon king. The tang mo are building up defenses and gathering warriors from all across the thousand monkey isles to hold this invasion off. You could help them defend against mutiple areas against the kamal.

The game will not contain all of akavir but a big enough part that at least let you see enough of all the major akavir races.

Vivec is gone my friend or maybe your nerevarine died in that spot when the city was destroyed so yeah hes still kicking.....in ashes lol

200 years already passed so I am sure the nerevarine is dead already.

Well, 207 years since the events of Morrowind

Besides, the Nerevarine and Akavir deal was a rumor so no one really knows what happened to him.

He is ageless due to the corprse thing unless you meant dying as in getting killed by something.
If you meant it that way than how did your nerevarine died?
Heres how mine died --> He was going around killing the remnants of house dagoth, he finally finished killing them all but one day as he was walking down a road, he was abused by scums, cutthroats, bandits and a fight happend, The next day a guard founded his dead body on the road, he did not survived the attack, his throat was slit and he had countless stab wounds on his body.

Akavir was a rumor. Whether it was true or not is up to the individual fan.
