(I have included houses intended for the Hero, regardless of whether they specifically require the Main Quest to be completed. There are a few other mods that happen to have Nerevarine in their title that are purposely not included.)
Please note that some of these mods will require cleaning before use.
A Call to Issilar by Granarinth
.... This mod gives the hero a grand new quest worthy of his/her stature and power. Journey to the mysterious and varied volcanic island of Menya and discover why you have been sought after ever since your climactic end battle. Menya's robed Argonian pilgrims search most of the major locales for a certain adventurer; YOU! .... You MUST have completed the basic game to embark on the quests ...
Blades Quest: Prophecy Of The Lost Heir 1.2 by Emma
Now, the aging emperor Uriel Septim is worried about the violent Morrowind atmosphere and is concerned for the future for the Vvardenfel people. .... The emperor has therefore now sent Caius Cosades' superior, the Blades' Very Special Agent Janicia Laboremus, to Balmora, with strict orders to persuade the Nerevarine to join her in her search for Artruhn. It's a battle against time - the rumours about the emperor's dream is all over the empire, and the corrupt relatives of the present Duke Dren have no wish for a new, righteous, government of the island.... Only as Nerevarine, you will be able to accompany Janicia and be introduced to the agents at the Blades' secret hideout. As Nerevarine, this mod should give you approx. 8-12 hours playtime, six new optional companions, all with their own distinctive personalities and stories, a number of sidequests and some new allies.....
Castle Nerevar 2.0 by Chick and Arielle.
Requires Tribunal and the Knights of Tamriel mods; see readme.
.... Adds a mighty Stronghold on a mountain above Balmora with a lovely sight over the town. The stronghold consists of several guard towers, one big tower and the main castle itself. The maincastle was inspired by the very famous castle of Meersburg, the oldest castle in Germany. ....
Ch?teau Nerevarine Estate by Craig Taylor.
A rare jewel in the Crown of Morrowind, this aesthetic achievement features the Nerevarine`s opulent styled Chateau, hidden upon the grounds of a beautiful and majestic island estate. Located due west as you leave Vivec city by the north bridge, vicinity Foreign Quarter/Hlaalu. Comments by one reviewer:
Dagon's Folly by Adam N. Rorabaugh. Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
This plug-in adds an all-new adventure for Morrowind. The village of Dagon Fel remains in the grip of a curse from the lost days of Resdayn. Only the Nerevarine can save two lost lovers from impending doom. Ask about a specific person when you visit Dagon Fel to begin the quest
Dread Ruby by dv3636[?]. Described as a quest and serious dungeon romp. Requires Tribunal.
Enmesharra's Refuge 1.3 by Enmesharra. Requires Tribunal.
You are Nerevarine, savior of Vvardenfel. . . .You have freed any number of slaves. You are an all around good and heroic person. But when it comes to personal servants it is either buy a slave or do your own dishes. This mod tries to address this issue. You can hire servants and guards to look after your house and provide services but you have to pay them a weekly wage . . . . Any level player (with 2000 gold pieces) can obtain the house but servants and guards require a constant source of money for wages so all the features will not be fully active until you can afford it.
Ghostgate 1.3 by Princess Stomper.
Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Optional alternative .esp requires Children of Morrowind by Emma.
One year after the Nerevarine's defeat of Dagoth Ur . . . . mod completely regenerates the area inside the Ghostfence, turning Dagoth Ur into a luxury hotel, and the citadels into houses, museums, shops and offices. .... Enjoy the life of the powerful, rich and famous - where the Nerevarine is the ultimate hero and (almost) everything is free.
Naked Nerevarine by princess_stomper
... adds appropriate NPC greetings for when the Nerevarine is stark naked.
Nerevarine's Castle by zappara.
Requires Tribunal.
Soon after Nerevarine had defeated Dagoth Ur and his minions the people of Morrowind wanted to show admiration to their Hero by reconstructing a lost dwemer castle, now known as Nerevarine's Castle. The Castle is located in a remote island far north of Dagon Fel.
The people who helped reconstructing the castle stayed on the island and established a new guild for the people of Morrowind. The guild is known as Nerevarine Worshippers and their leader is Nerevarine. But there's not all things right in the castle... Some rumours say that there's an immortal beast lurking below the castle protecting the passage to the lost dwemer city....
Nerevarine Guards Armor and Weapons by DonTheDunmer.
Requires Tribunal.
Adds six retextured weapons and one set Dark Helseth armor from an unfinished mod Nerevarine's Fortress.
Nerevarine Greetings 1.2 by Alphax.
The most recent and probably preferred mod to address the tiresome Excuse me issue.
Allows NPCs to give more specific endgame dialogue. Bethesda included but badly filtered this dialogue; this mod simply makes it visible. Also changes one of the endgame greetings to be consistent with all the others of the same type.
Nerevarine House ? by jsim12 [?]. Not tested.
Nerevarine Manor by benwaller1.
Requires Tribunal.
.... adds a house (Mournhold, Nerevarine Manor) to the grassy area of Mournhold, Plaza Brindisi Dorom. The house is a copy of Andoren Manor in Godsreach....
Nerevarine Palace by snakey32
... a palace on the outskirts of Vos. Within the palace you will find an entry room, display room, bedroom, forge, throne room and a bar..... Tribunal is required.
Nerevar's Manor 1.1 by Trunksbomb.
Conflicts with several other Balmora mods.
A house has been built just outside the gates of Balmora, near the Silt Strider. The Duke ordered the house erected for the coming of the Nerevar. The new manor features Guards, a weaponsmith, an armourer, and many (nearly) bottomless storage chests, as well as a bed for sleeping and a warm fireplace. Make yourself at home.. but be nice to the guards.
Palla Quest Lite 1.2 by Big Chief
... adds a series of quests to do after you have beaten the main quest of the game.... will allow you to get 2 of the items of Tamrielic Lore .... There will be fetching quests, and a couple of fighting quests; will need to be at a fairly high level to handle the fights.
The Five Keys of Azura 2.8 by Dave Foster.

It features 280+ new cells, 500+ new NPCs, a new faction, a compelling storyline, a main quest, over 55 new sub-quests, over 1800 lines of new dialog covering in excess of 220 new topics, and 120+ scripts. This is a large mod with approximately 50 to 60 hours of gameplay.
The GoD MoD - Alternate Game Ending by martini60.
. . . .adds a totally new alternate ending to the game for the player to follow if they wish. The new ending will result in the player becoming a God and receive a whole load of power . . . . This Mod does not alter the normal game ending in any way, it is perfectly possible to play out the normal game ending and not notice the mod is active.
The Tomb of St. Nerevar's Armor beta by Enlightened_Daedroth and Soulshade and Greevar.
Requires Tribunal
Basically, I enchanted the armor and locked it away in a tomb. Where? You have to follow the main quest to find out. There's a hint in the cavern of the incarnate.
Vehk's Reward by Praise argonia!
This mod adds a trapdoor in front of the Temple in Balmora. Inside is a reward for defeating Dagoth Ur but the reward's power had drawn evil forces that you must defeat to get the reward.
Vivec's Fate: The Ashlander Heresy by Brother Juniper
This mod deals with the crisis in the Temple after the battle at Red Mountain. It breaks most, if not all of the Temple Quests, so if you want to run through those, do so before going too far in the storyline! .... This plug-in tells the story of what happens after you complete the main quest in Morrowind: the resurgence of the Dissident Priests, and the crisis in the Temple. As events unfold around you, you must decide how to relate to them. You can play as an Ordinator, Ashlander hero, or find your own way.
Vivec Nerevarine Palace 2.0 by Princess Stomper.
Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Basic NOM compatibility.
Adds a new canton to Vivec just east of the Palace of Vivec. Suitable as a player home or just somewhere to entertain your influential friends.
Suggestions, additions, links, new versions and corrections are all welcome.
(Edit: Thank you, princess.)
It is probably evident to most readers that we could do with a lot more mods like Lost Heir, A Call to Issilar and Vivec's Fate, ones that provide extended play experience beyond the Main Quest, other than the expansions of course.
