Nerf creatures? Please

Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 9:45 am

They are seriously getting really annoying and can run down people's vaults. Fires can take up to a minute now have to use 2-4 stimpacks for Lvl 15+ dwellers, with dmg 7+ weapons. I just recently starting getting mole rats and if I don't act fast my vault could be run'd over. Anyone have tips other then unboxing more lunch boxes. Also will this game be updated like with events and stuff, patches NERFS? Just used of clash of clans, boom beach and other games that are extremely updated and were devs listen to players. I am new to the forums so if there is like a suggestion area or update topic or even dev thread I probably haven't seen it.

Higher level rooms cause stronger disasters within them. For fully upgraded rooms, no matter the size, you should really be using level 20+ dwellers with 10+ damage weapons, and fill that room with them. You will still need to use at least 1 stim per dweller. If your dwellers have very low endurance, they should be trained higher or sent out to die.

Hmm thanks for the tips about endurance and room lvls. But still very hard to equip dwellers with high damage(7+) weapons without buying lunchboxes.

If you send them out exploring with some luck, you'll start getting much better weapons after 36 hours (1 day 12 hours)

Guess that"ll be my plan I have a guy Lvl 50 sturdy wasteland gear and a alien blaster who has been out for 2 days once. Found just sawed off shot guns, couple of laser pistols which are good but nothing over 8 damage. MAybe bad luck, also I don't have endurance training rooms yet(31) dwellers so wish me luck with these molerats. Also one more question when will these Deathclawa start coming any idea? ( Sorry for any spelling, unorganized questions, IPads are hell in forums) Ty

I've heard that deathclaws will start to show up at 60 population. One thing I did was to send a bunch of new dwellers to the wasteland to die. Just leave them there since they count towards your population. After you hit the population you need to unlock a room (or all of them), dismiss your dead dwellers and you population drops down again. Endurance gear is good for levelling up your dwellers and radiation resistance. After they are level 50 (if they already have high endurance) it only helps in decreased radiation. If you have 11+ endurance, you won't get any radiation in the wasteland, so I would send that level 50 out with +luck gear to have a better chance of finding rares.

You could also stop leveling your dwellers. The creatures (and other disasters) are buffed automatically to match the average level in your Vault.
