For Mortal Kombat anyway.

Just proves it can be done, these guys at Mortal Kombat care about their customers and are doing something about it.

The games been out a few weeks, Crysis out a few months, Excellent service Crytek.

You realize they may NOT be able to fix the netcode.

I think the problem comes from the fact they are limited in the size of the patch (~4 MB) they can give to MS for live support.

This happened with GOW-2 where they could not make a major change to the netcode because of the code complexity and size the patch was too large.
EPIC helped some with the lag by applying better region filters and adjusting the ping numbers for allowing you to connect to a match.
But they have to be careful with that because regions with low populations can end up never getting into matches.

NetherRealm Studios obviously are more professional than Crytek.

We are still awaiting the mysterious 'patch' that Cry-Adam claims Crytek are working on.

Funny now that after the DLC cash has been counted, there's no-one at Crytek available for comment.
