I don't think you can share Netflix accounts that I know of. I have it on PS3 & did not know you could've done that.

Game sharing or in this case; Netflix sharing will probably not get you banned unless someone reports you. Normally they don't care & wont look for people doing these things. I also don't think it was a good idea asking that question here..

I dont know anything about sharing like outside of your home or anything but I know on my account we can watch 2 different things on netflix on different tv's. Or say like on my computer I can watch one thing and my wife can watch something else on the 360 in the other room. I tried 3 once and it wouldnt let me (wii, comp, and 360)

You have to activate the console on Netflix's site and only one console can be active at a time. Can you share them? Yes I think. But only one person can use it at a time and each time they switch it they would have to activate their own Xboxes.

I don't think you can get banned. I haven't even though I gave my cousin access to Netflix on his own account. Me and him watch movies together sometimes on different Xbox's, even though the list of movies to choose from is terrible.

Not true. You can have up to six active devices at a time. Depending on your subscription states how many can be used at the same time. There are ways around this, such as Xbox Live parties counting as just one person. Illegal? No, you aren't violating any terms there. They allow you to activate multiple devices and stream content on all of them.
