never got an email response from bethesda so can i get help?

here?

i've been dealing with this bug for almost a week. i'm just going to post the message i sent bethesda, but let me know if any other details would help.

"I bought this game Tuesday, downloaded the update and played it for one day before reaching the end of the "Reunions" mission. Whenever I try to take the elevator back up, the elevator doors shut but never reopen. I have tried reloading at different save points and it still happens every time. There is no way to complete the mission without taking the elevator so now I just cannot progress any further in the game. Please let me know if there is something else I can do, or when this game-breaking problem is going to be fixed, because I know I am not the only person with this exact same issue."

I've got the exact same issue and it's driving me insane! Nothing I do works and I can't progress any further. I have tried reverting back to a previous save, replaying the mission and even so far as activating anything and everything possible, yet I still get trapped in that damn elevator. I've emailed Bethesda and I was just an automated email that told me to come and resolve my issue on these forums and just hope that someone from Bethesda reads it and fixes it.

I was actually really enjoying the game but this bug just makes me want to stop playing all together as it's just pointless playing a game that I cannot complete.

I thought I was the only one with this issue and when I told my boyfriend about it he couldn't figure out what was going on either, although he's managed to progress past the mission.

I hope they fix it!

good news..

i uninstalled my game and cleared as much space as i could, restarted my ps4, then reinstalled the update and game. i loaded my file right before the elevator and this time it froze a couple times but the doors finally opened. there may be hope for you.
