Huhh... I'm guessing it'll still run decently though?
I base this conclusion on the fact that I've seen masses of youtube videos of people running games like MW2, Assassin's Creed 1, Assassin's Creed 2, GTA, Mirror's Edge and the like completely maxed on a similar system as mine (in fact some with less gpu memory).
Never waste time trying to compare unlike products. You can compare the Oblivion game, yes, but none of those others. Everyone has his / her own subjective interpretation of such words as "decently". The HD 4550 scores poorly on the benchmarks that are used for games, and the HD 5470 isn't particularly better (some, as per the side by side numbers next): Since current laptops are not supported, and that is because laptop producers will not adhere to any standards, especially with regard to adequate cooling, places such as GPU Review ignore the mobile cards for them. These two are the dekstop versions:

Now, let's look at the game's official recommended Radeon, shall we?

It's really dumb to be comparing to the MINIMUM, in my opinion. The desktop HD 5450 can only manage 18%, 21%, and 40% of the numbers that the recommended card comes up with as scores.
