since the enclave are pretty much gone, super mutants are under control and the ncr is boring , i thought the brotherhood needed a new major enemy . post your ideas on what you think the brotherhoods next enemy should be and make it good.

I'd rather not have the Brotherhood as a major faction at all. Bring in something new. I don't want Bethesda using the same old canon breaking 'White Knight' faction over and over again.


What? I would love to explore the NCR-Brotherhood War. Seeing their views on each other in the middle of the conflict would be great. And the NCR being boring is debatable.

Also, use capitals at the start of the sentence. Using correct grammar isn't hard.

Brotherhood in the West already have pissed everyone off, and have had their ass handed to them by the NCR.

The Brotherhood don't even play a major role in Fallout, Fallout 2 and New Vegas. Only Fallout 3 and Tactics and in both those games they are very different Brotherhoods.

So I don't think the Original Brotherhood is going to have a "major enemy" other than NCR, and NCR is winning.

The MWBoS, well we don't know much about them. All depends on Fallout Tactics (if we are lucky). Their "major enemy" I would like to be the Mutant Liberation Army.

Lyons Brotherhood (the smallest group), I like the idea of the "enemy within." After Lyon's completes his goal in DC. More decide its time to get back to the original mission, and end up supporting the Oucast.

I prefer they were relegated to be a minor faction like the Enclave. They've been in every single game now....
(with the exception being the MWBOS, they should be a major faction).

As for an enemy? Themselves. I'd like to see the BOS succumb to civil war and self-destruct.

Well... My two cents would be to, for once, take the Brotherhood out of the game. Don't get me wrong, i don't want them to disappear from the series, but maybe have ONE game were The BOS isn't available?
The entire series shouldn't revolve around, just that one, faction. (In my opinion.)
That would mean, NO Power Armor. Unless you could salvege/build your own... The schematics for a Power Armor could maybe be found?

I would like to see the Brotherhood as a minor faction again, but with a plot that revolves around them dieing out. For example, the BOS numbers are thinning out and are less than 100. With many wanting to join settlements in the wastes and share their technology so that they aren't forgotten, some wanting to begin kidnapping people/kids and forcing them to join the brotherhood as a form to restart it, and a select few wanting to make one last attempt to seize any dangerous technology before locking it and themselves away to be forgotten in their underground bunkers. This could cause conflict or even a civil war like state in their bunkers.

That way we could actually see how the BOS are supposed to be dieing out and not just all uppity and magically regain their former strength.

An enemy for the BoS? Anyone who has ANY technology.
