blah blah blah....

For some reason FONV is the only game that seems to be have some odd stuttering, was visible at the main menu as the mouse is pretty jumpy. In game is very noticeable. Old system was a I5 3xxx 8 gigs ram same video card/SSD...Ran fine lol...All temps are way below acceptable levels etc. Whether overclocked or stock same issue. Mods no mods same old.

Just kind of weird, anyone else upgrade yet and seeing this type of behavior?
