Hey Guys/Gals ,

So I have just finished my first playthrough, and yea it was awesome. I didnt really build a character tho, i just through exp points into random skills and picked any perk i tohught looked good, as i just wanted to get a feel for the game in the first playtrough!

- I sided with Caeser
- didnt do too much exploring
- completed about 5% of the side quests
- NOT hardcoe

Now i am ready to settle down and have a proper RPG playthrough ( maybe on hardcoe)

Any character ideas i could use ??

depends on playing style stealth snipe is probaly the easy build to do

P 5 (+implant)
E 4
C 1
I 7
A 9 (i get small frame to up to 10)
L 9 (+implant)

Tag skills Guns Sneak Repair/lockpicking

more of a sneak char that will max the frist strike on a enemy so go for perks that improve critical chances and damage along with skills improve vats

and you repair should never go higher than 90 just for the sake of the jury rig perk

Arkansas II son of Arkansas (sniper in fallout 3 minefield)
I was brought up with my father in DC mom died when I was young...
i was taught how to fire rifles at shooting ranges and went hunting with my father.
After the bombs fell our house in ridgfield survived.
We had ammo, guns and food and water to last us a while.
We were attacked raiders but made short work of anything that came near.
Apart from the slavers... we took a shot at what we thought were simple raiders but acctually something far worse..
we were on our last legs until my father had suffered a shot to the leg.
He told me to run so I had no choice... I had to make something of myself and survive for my father.
I watched as he had an explosive collar put around his neck and was dragged off.

I was found by the brotherhood and taken in, given a clean home and shelter.. I had landed lucky.
5 years later.
My squad are at HELIOS 1 New Vegas fighting the NCR for the powerplant.
I was seperated from my squad after the NCR's rangers showed up and a grenade landed right in our centre.
I knew i would be dead if i was caught by a ranger.
Instead I ditched my armor and out of there.
I was later found by the NCR 1st recon team about a mile south of their.
The rangers radioed in, my squad had been defeated.
I had been taken in by the NCR.
They recognised my skill with my rifle on the way back.
Later...
I had reiceved 1st recon training im now an NCR sniper.
Thats when i met boone we were in the same squad. We talked of our past, his wife had been captured by the legion and made a slave, Boone wanted revenge. I knew if my father was still part of me I had to help.
We abandoned our squad to fight the legion.. first stop The Fort - Slave camp
We made a promise that after we free'd the slaves and defeated the camp we would be ready to fight at Hoover Dam.

i use usually use a sniper or hunting rifle with a 9mm pistol and a cOMbat knIFE FOR MEELE
