Nope, definitely not. The population of Megaton would have been absorbed by the Enclave.

Not really, The Enclave I would say should control the vast majority of it. However, Tenpenny Tower and some areas in the southern CW are in Tenpenny's control. Likewise, Tenpenny would have expanded south into areas not in the capital wasteland as well, although what those areas are would have to be determined.

They were nearly wiped out by the Enclave, but the remnants of Lyon's group and the full strength of the Outcasts fled back west to rejoin the Western Brotherhood of Steel. There is no Brotherhood presence on the East Coast anymore in other words.

Yes, both were pushed out.

Concerning the Convention premise: I guess we have to figure out who is hosting the convention first. It could be interesting if it takes place at Tenpenny Tower. I have a feeling that Mr. Tenpenny is looking for more allies, because he's afraid the Enclave is spreading out too far, too fast and will absorb his little empire.

Although, I usually feel that it's a bit far fetched to have east and west coast at the same conference. I mean why would the Followers be part of it? Why would they want to negotiate with the Enclave? In a world were 90% of people travel on foot and brahmin are the main pack animals, I doubt anyone would undertake a long, dangerous journey to be on some convention in some distant state that doesn't have any impact on the life in, say Freeside, for example.

We'll say he is still working on the cure for the Trog Degeneration Contagion, but has expanded the Pitt to include most of the ruins of Pittsburgh and some of the area in the immediate surrounding vicinity.
