Depends. Gunplay is as arcadish as COD, but the nanosuit changes everything up. If you want, you can strategize and there's a lot of potential for tactical play, or so we hope.

Compared to those two, yes, definately. But not really that much.

Online? BFBC2 is probably more tactical online, but Crysis 2 campaign will be the most tactical singleplayer.

EDIT: there is the use of the visor which highlights enemies like in bfbc2 but nobody uses it. people play it like cod so theres no advantage

Truth be told, it's not much but it is a little more than that. However with the fully unlockable weapons and nanosuit upgrades, there's a lot you will be able to do. Even if not there's literal tactical play, there's at least more customization to achieve your playstyle than I recall seeing.

Yes, Assault as far as we know. That should be an interesting mode, btw.
