Wish this wasn't cut. They let you play a BOS hypocrite anyway so it would have been nice to get to go no holds barred.

I would kill every person in the Commonwealth to have Danse as the elder. Please, add it back Beth.

They'll add it back the same time you can spare the BOS if you side with House and sparing House if you side with NCR.

If they cut it because it means virtually everyone would have chosen BOS in these circumstances, that means the other faction quests are weak and not that this path is weak. That's reason to make the others more interesting and not a reason to cut this one.

Why would having Danse as the elder make BOS story better?

If you don't think it would have, you'd be free not to chose it. That's the beauty of RPGS.

Danse as the Elder would be ideal for me, but you're saying everyone would choose BOS. I don't see how it would make them choose BOS just because Danse could be a potential leader.
