I installed the latest NVIDIA driver, v 344.48, on my dual GeForce GTX550 Ti rig and I tried enabling SLI for FO3. No stutter. Before this driver the stuttering made the game impossible to play. If you're running dual GeForce cards you may want to dive the new driver a try.
