Why are these guys so wimpy? No weapons, low special... They've been living off the wasteland and surviving for who knows how long. If I send a low level unarmed dweller out into the wasteland he's lucky to last 2 hours. Sounds a little suspect, if you ask me.

I agree they are all wimpy, but I think the idea is that they want you training everyone up on your own, because there really isn't a whole lot else to do but train people up and send them out to find loot.
