Now, as a loyal gamer, I've been thinking about what would put The Elder Scrolls on top ( or even further on top). Guns. Here's what I'm thinking on how to get the game there:
The world of Tamriel has taken the next step in technology. Dwarfing tower's stand tall over streets filled with horseless carriages, no dragon's fly over the world, replaced with giant metal birds that fly without flapping it's wings. Weapons also have advanced, no swords, or bows and arrows. They have been replaced by weapons called firearms/ guns, which fire no arrows, it emits a tiny metal object called bullets. Large cities stand amid the land, little villages remain, most beings have gone to live in luxury in these vast cities.
Yet amid this so called paradise, there are those who seek to destroy it. Throughout the course of history, one unknown being succeeds in annihilating the world.
Yet the massacre did not kill all, the villages that had remained amidst the shadow of the large cities, had remained untouched, and unknown. Those remaining are faced with extinction for they're race. They do not die, they raise the population of they're races to hundreds of millions, close to a billion.
Adventurers travel through the remains of cities and find technology never imagined. The fabled weapons called guns are found amidst the ruins, after the fallout, guns had been lost, and so was the records of those who had created the fallout.
After the fallout, magic, sword, and bows and arrows had been refounded to aid in the revival of the races. Thousands of years later, those responsible for destroying the races so long ago, have returned and yearn for repeating history. But heroes are amidst those remaining and step up to face the demons that have returned.
I know it sounds like the Fallout series, but to mix Fallout, base it on Elder Scrolls, and throw in Call of Duty First Person mode, you've got the best game EVER. My friends and I have discussed this lethal mix for a while. I needed to say something about the combination after such long time of talking about it.
