[WIP]New face textures

I make a set of new face textures for mankind races to make them look more Skyrim-like.
They are made via Photoshop filters and I hope they don't reek of poor quality.

Yes, it supports head06 ONLY.

Means the skin looks as rough as it does in Skyrim.
