Well, you can definitely see the lighting is massively improved over Skyrim, and especially over Fallout 3. Its textures look a lot sharper, it almost looks like we'll have the option to use soft shadows, and from the demo at E3, it definitely looks like the water is massively improved over Skyrim as well. Not sure if there will be waves and such like I think you're mentioning, as bodies of water seem to be a lesser feature of the Fallout games (which makes sense), but needless to say, I'm super hyped to see how much better this game looks than Bethesda's previous works.

I cant appreciate this lightning difference , do you have Ny samples of what this means? In the house the objects seemed actually to miss shadows , possible?
As for the wate , Boston is near the sea , so I guess Water and Sea must be important , I really hope to see finally a 3d sea.

Well, I don't have picture examples, but there seems to be quite a bit of ambient occlusion, soft shadows (as I mentioned earlier), better texture mapping (which involves lighting to deliver better-looking textures; the dome on the one building in the trailer is a good example of this), it seems we have some godrays and such. Those are just some of the ones I noticed.

EDIT: As for the water, yeah, it may be involved a bit more than F3's water was, but then again, both Boston and DC are near the water, so importance isn't so much of a thing. It does seem, by the gameplay trailer from the E3 showcase, that there will be heavier water involvement though.
