New Game from the COUCH! Suggestions needed

Hey everyone! Long time no see! I think it's finally time to give the Skyrim another go! I haven't played Skyrim in over a year, but I'm just about done with Fallout 4, so I think it's about time for another go around!

This time, I'm going to be playing with a controller and streaming the game from my gaming system to my steam machine! I'm excited! I'm just looking for modding suggestions from the community since it's been SO long! I'm looking for all types of mods, just make sure they're controller friendly :). Also, since crashes while streaming are a huge pain, stability is king.

Now I have a fairly decent system so I usually go with the texture combiner (name? like I said it's been a while) with as many textures as I can, but since I'm going to be streaming it to my steam machine this time I think I'll just stick with Skyrim HD, if even that. I also really enjoy mods that make the civil war more intense, with random patrols and the like. I'm also a HUGE fan of variety. Monsters, armors, I like anything that adds variety to the game. I used to love the Monster Mod (I'm not sure if that's around anymore, I know it was having some issues with copywrite and whatnot) as well as mods that add different armors and weapons to the game. I also love ASIS! I'm also going to use a large overhaul, I've tried Requiem and the other big one, names are escaping me at the moment.

So tl;dr, give me all your mod suggestions! I'm open to anything as long as it doesn't crash my game :)

Mod essentials

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/? - Unofficial Patch for the game IF you have all three DLC.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863/? - An overhaul of the UI, controller friendly.

http://skse.silverlock.org/ - Skyrim Script Extender, many mods (SkyUI for example) use this mod to expand the capabilities of the game. Follow http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038/? instructions for what to place in the SKSE ini to get the most from it. The part of memory is the most important part. In the last update some things dealing with memory were broken that cause crashes with Skyrim, those lines fix it.

http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0292.htm - Download the latest version of ENB. You can use the nice visiual effects (though they can be taxing) and there are many presets for download. The main reason for this suggestion though is for ENBoost. ENBoost solves an issue with Skyrim's engine where the memory limit is quickly reached because the game lumps system memory with video memory together. This tweak fixes that by separating the two. Use this with the SKSE tweak. Follow http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB from STEP to get started.
