Well looking at that load order, uhhh... you do know that Cobl Races pretty much is race balancing project... except for the fact that it's outdated, and maybe has an option to not make gameplay changes. Also having Shivering Isles, LAME, and RBP without http://www.moddb.com/mods/integration-the-stranded-light? Blasphemy!

That load order is a mess. You've got OOO and Fran's without FCOM, both Cobl races and RBP at the same time, the Cobl plugin for MMM without MMM, three conflicting water mods... RTFM.

Anyway, play through The Ayleid Steps if you haven't already. Try a new game with TIE instead of OOO and Fran's. Definitely get MMM if you want to keep OOO, or a full FCOM install if you want to keep Fran's too.

Read this page about downloading mods: http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/baininstallguide/downloadmods. Look under the "Game Tweaks" section. One of the Guide's listed there should be "Delte's Thread of Immersion Mods." That should help with eating, drinking, sneaking, fatiguing, etc. :P

Could you post your load order with http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/postlo please? What type of immersion mods are you looking for? I can recommend a few.... If you are not using Wrye Bash, you need to get rid of the COBL Merge late mod because you do not have a bashed patch for the mod to be merged into.

Refer to my guide for help installing FCOM if you are using BAIN. (See my sig.) Otherwise, check out the http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/fcominstall.html. Your installation order is wrong, kind of...

Edit: Someone recently released a mining mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30682. This sounds even cooler: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29126. Then again, I have absolutely ZERO interest in mining.

When installing Fran's you need to choose separate files. In other words, there should not be a Fran "Optional Files" plugin in your load order. Get rid of OOO level slow. Use Progress instead. Also, you are not supposed to install Francesco's Optional New Creatures Add-On.esm.

http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/index goes step-by-step through the entire process of installing Oblivion and then FCOM (or any other setup.) I suggest you read through it to make sure you are not missing any requirements. You can ignore the warnings about only getting manual versions and avoiding OMODs of course, since you are using OBMM and not BAIN. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of Harvest Flora, which is not the version bundled in OOO. You can find the links to all of the mods I have mentioned in that guide.

Use Wrye Bash to http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/postlo. It gives more information, and it is more compact. Rename the MMM BSA "DLCShiveringIsles - MMM.bsa." Where is your bashed patch?

Remove the MMM Extra Wounding plugin. That is what the FCOM Durability and Damage plugin does. That MMM module is not compatible with FCOM. Remove the Francesco's day length rescale plugin. Use the tweak in the bashed patch to set the scale to 12 (or something close to it.) You can also use the console to set timescale to 12 in-game. If you go the console route, then mods cannot be used to change the timescale, so you may prefer using the Bashed Patch tweak. Also, post your load order by the instructions I linked. That is not just your load order. Right-click on the "File" tab, choose "List mods" (which copies the list for you) and paste the list here.

Ah, that is so much better. Does the Cobl Races - Balanced.esp depend on the ESP loading in front of it. (If it does, the Cobl Races plugin will be listed in its masters in the frame on the right.) If you are unsure, that should be mentioned in the BOSS log. You definitely do not want the race changes duplicated. That would be a waste. The only other thing is that MMM-Cobl is not yet compatible with FCOM, so get rid of it. Other than that, your load order looks pretty good. I am not sure if you read this part of my earlier post, but make sure you are using the latest version of Harvest Flora and not the version bundled with OOO. It has a major fix.

Remember to deactivate the plugins that are merged. Look for green text. Some plugins have green text but are not merged. If you deactivate one of those, the bashed patch will probably be deactivated. Just activate the bashed patch to correct that mistake, and keep going. After checking the few things I mentioned above, rebuild the bashed patch and go play.

Edit: If you have trouble with crashes. I am not sure if I mentioned this already, but make sure you have the Diverse WaterLife update. It fixes some nasty bugs, among other things.

If you do not have them already, download and install the latest version of OBSE followed by Fast Exit 2 and OSR: http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/baininstallguide/installobseplugins. There are no settings to change. Just install them as per the instructions on that page.

ouch i had already installed harvest flora from OOO ,

i have to deactivate all the mods that are in the bashed patch?all right?including the DLC=?


MMM extrawounding and MMM damage and durability are diferents esp

froms MMM official thread :

"Extra Wounding - It extends MMM 3.5.3 combat/wounding/fatique system to npcs / creature's that are not modified by MMM...vanilla npcs and creatures etc...those added by other mods...etc..."
"Damage & Durability: Increases weapon damage by 50%, weapon skill based damage by 50%, and armor and weapon durability by 100% to help fights go faster and armor last longer with the default increase in spawns."

that means that i can use mmm extrawounding cause from all that i read i didnt found any problems

note: im a little confused -to much information installing today XD- but there is a important factor to have in mind if you want to install MMM Diverse Creature Skins also in YOUR expert opinion i left something important behind? any plugin or something?


about cobl races in the descriptions says this :

cobl races : New races, hair and eyes.

cobl races balanced: Re-balances vanilla and Cobl races and birthsigns. Based on bg2408's Race Balancing Project (RBP).

im downloading race balancing project 10.5 its that compatible with cobl races??

No. It says that COBL Races Balanced is based on RBP, so they do essentially similar things. I recommend RBP of the former however. Remove Cobl Races all together going with RBP.

MMM: Make sure the plugin is compatible with FCOM. The MMM readme should say if it is not compatible.

What about the DLCs? Only deactivate mods that are merged in the bashed patch. Deactivate means uncheck. If a mod is merged, after unchecking it a "+" will be next to it instead. Mergeable plugins have green text in the mods window. Not all green text mods are mergeable because some are tagged with NoMerge, but most are. You can also check the ReadMe for your bashed patch to see which plugins are merged. Right-click on the bashed patch, and click on docs (or files?)

WELL i found a "bug"? 4 outlaws where chasing me i arrive to the city gates and the guard started to fight with him then i enter to the city and go outside again and the guard and the bandits well were idle they started to fight when i appear again , i tested a every time i enter to the city well nothing happens weird no?

the dlcs question was because dlc tomes appears in green a i could agregate to the bashed patch right?

That is not weird. It would be terrible if your game still ran all kinds of AI packages without your PC present. Your CPU would die.

The DLCs question is irrelevant. Any mod that is mergeable is fine to merge unless the readme says otherwise. The reason why that mod is mergeable is because it does not add new records, content. (It created the tomes using records already available in the Oblivion.esm) Merging and deactivating mergeable mods whose readmes' did not give an explicit reason why is fine, AS LONG AS, no other mod depend on it. (That is the reason for the "NoMerge" Bash tag.) If something in your load order depends on the mod's presence, merging it is pointless because it needs to stay active anyway.

Hmm...are you absolutely sure about that? AFAIK it is compatible with FCOM and BOSS does not give any warnings about it.
