Hey i just wanted to ask if there were any future plans for a new game in the series of the elder scrolls or if Bethesda isn't thinking about it for now ?? and when will they start making a new one ?

If history holds, the pre-production work for TES VI will begin around the time Skyrim's major post-release maintainence is complete, but proper development would begin after Fallout 4 is released (ie, no sooner than 2014 or more likely, 2015).

That said, we don't really KNOW what Bethesda has planned.
