Just built a pc,

I5 2500k @ stock 3.3Ghz
2 x 6950 2Gb
8 Gb ram
asus p8p67 deluxe

I am getting an average of 60fps on ultra dx11 on most levels, the subway tunnel level I only get 40, but on dead man walking I can get an average of 70? is this right for my setup, I have done the fear profile on radeon pro.
