Lol, I was monitoring the channel for some hours today and just the 20 minutes I am away, they upload it.

I love those little videos. At least we have a basic understanding of playing the game going into launch day.

Unfortunately (not that I am unhappy to see another video) this one provided less information than earlier videos.

Does anyone know when grenades are actually *thrown*? If I press left on the D-pad to choose Molotov, when is it thrown? Say, when I release the D-pad? Or when I press RT? Any thoughts?

You can cook grenades. Grenades are thrown when you release the button.

For a molotov that means you select it with the D-Pad (instead of the grenade button) and throw it with the actual grenade button.

I had the same feeling. They had shortened versions of the same clips in other Get Smart videos, but they expanded on them in this one.

Thanks for the quick response! To throw actual grenades do you cook by holding down the grenade button and when you release it is thrown?

I might have to rethink using B as my grenade button. But really the only class that should be throwing lots of grenades are soldiers, and I don't currently anticipate playing that class too much.

In all fairness, Friday was the royal wedding, and Monday was a bank holiday in England. I would expect to see a video every day this week till the weekend.

Can you manually config the HUD or do you have to mess with internal scripts to do it?

The new SMART video made me more aware of some little things.

If you watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaqCKZOGrZs&feature=related video (NOT NEW), you can see that each additional health pip includes a notation of what it is from. One extra pip from the ability Battle Hardened. Another from a Command Post. Another from boost from a Medic. Pretty cool. There is really a lot of information in the HUD.

At the 1:22 mark you see four additional pips.

At 1:22 the player appears to be Heavy. When you compare the length of the 1st health pip at 1:22 vs. at 1:33 you see the health difference between a Heavy and a Light.

Good stuff!

Edit #1: at 9:47 you see him *receive* an additional pip from a health buff.

Edit #2: At 10:15 you see a health pip increase due to a command post being taken.

This was a really nice video - Just wish it was a bit longer ><....

The gameplay is looking so smooth, balanced and well perfect compared to earlier videos....

Back on the 19th well 18th when Gamestop did the midnight launch for Morktal Kombat, Portal 2 and Socom 4 they played all these videos. LOL i've seen them all already. and i believe that would be the last video.
