I think there should be a gun/perk pack with new guns and/or new perks that you can get for no more than 200 Microsoft points or PSN points.

I feel like that could be extremely unfair to the players without them.....
Maybe something free would be nice though, A couple new weapons would be nice as there aren't many at all

Bad idea. Not everyone would buy it, and then you would end up with some players having better weapons than others, which just would the game boring and unfair to those who uses the standard weapons.

15mb Xbox live limit on title updates, there's no way there adding new weapons dude.
Just not possible unless it's a free pack and it's DLC
Lets remember they have a bucket loads of issues in this game that need patched
