So after being on the fence for a couple of years to buy this game, I finally purchased the complete Skyrim bundle pack via Steam.

I'm in Whiterun at level 5. The local map fog of war in a certain area keeps re-appearing even after I clear it several times. I did a quick Google search and found similar complaints but all threads seem to have a dead-end (i.e. no solution or answer from anyone at the end). Most of the time posters were asking about mod installs, console v. PC, etc. Since my game is a complete fresh install from Steam with absolutely no third party anything, I'm wondering what this is all about.

Also, and not as annoying but still, when I shop for weapons, it shows the "green + X" or "red - X" to display whether it's an upgrade or not. The thing is, my racial benefit of +10 for 2H is not showing up so if a weapon is actually -2 dmg, it'll display as a +8. To fix this, I need to go into items and re-equip my 2Her at which point the +10 in green goes away. I need to do this all the time before shopping.

I can't really comment on the game yet as it is way too early to do so, but one would figure that after 2.5 years, relatively easy fixes like the above 2 should have been addressed.
