The Dovahkiin is in need of a new home. Breezehome is too small for her liking. I have recently bought the Hearthfire DLC and am wondering which property I should buy. Any suggestions?

falkreath has the best location IMHO, nice surroundings, great view of the lake, only a few minutes ride away from Whiterun

It does seem to have a great view. Isn't there some kind of tower I can put in my home? Can I see the view from that?

yep, you can make up to three extensions to your home (a north, east, and west wing)

each location has three types of extensions that only that wing can use, one with a tower, one with a porch, and one with a roof

The Library, Alchemy Lab, and Enchanting lab all of towers...


IMHO the best view of the lake tough is from the porch of the Storage wing, or alternatively the Bedroom wing (although, I advise against getting the bedroom wing)

What console are you playing on?

Hearthfire is nice but the builds are cookie cutter... only difference is the locations.

If your on the PC and want something unique I say check out the cabin/shack/house mods on Skyrim nexus. I hardly use Hearthfire homes anymore.

I am playing on 360. I would get it for PC but all I have is my laptop and it doesn't run games too well.
