Thanks, now I can watch them properly, the Gameinformer player is absolutely terrible.

Do the videos occasionally switch between good quality picture/sound to a poor quality for anyone else? Mine seems to be doing it, only on the GI site... it's getting a bit annoying.

Yes http://www.thaindian.com/newsportal/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/98f5325447.jpg http://movie-poster.ws/movies/wallpaper/scifi/fanart/raze.jpg would be a good choice. I digged his http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lY9tZo9YAbs&NR=1 in his role as Raze and he would do a good job for one of the dragons voice in Skyrim.

or this... I like the idea of multiple voices for different dragons though so maybe get a different actor for each. These suggestions are all good.

This! It would be nice to have the voices represent the dragon and, therefore, each dragon should look distinguishable.

So was the guy talking about that Dwemer Sphere being in Skyrim or was he just showing it as an example because of the mechanical sounds, after all the video was about sounds in their video games. I think he only said it appeared or was from Morrowind. Never really hinted at it being in Skyrim or am i missing something?

I mean he said he stockpiled all kinds of sounds for later use so he could've just pulled it up from the Morrowind stuff as an example.

Well Dwemer ruins were already confirmed.
And they also animated the Centurion. It would only make sense if it was in.

ok, i finally got to see all the videos... man, i am getting excited!!! ^_^

that iron flesh spell sounds interesting, and i cant believe how good the centurion sphere looked!

man, those things are gonna be awesome to fight with some real phyics this time around!

i hope we can still grab things with a button and drag them around, because im definitely going to be playing with the defeated centurions like oversized toys!

oh, and what he said about using that sound effect with something's walking animation or something for the player... do you think that hints toward the return of the steam centurion or morrowind-style dwemer armor?

i wonder if they'll be adding new dwemer creatures, as well?

AAHHH! I CANT WAIT!!! :ahhh:

Did they confirm Dwemer ruins? I know Todd mentioned that dwarves have carved out cities into the mountainside and these guys [Nords] moved in and that there would be ruins and dungeons but did they say Dwemer.

Point me in the right direction. Page of GI article?

They created a brand new model from scratch just so they can test the sound effects? :banghead:

They would not model and animate and then create new sounds for an enemy that was not going to be in the game.

It is common sense.

They were new sounds, new model, new animations. New. As far as I know they are only making one Elder Scrolls game at the moment, so this means it will be in Skyrim.

On the map you saw in the Behind the scenes video, there were several places with typical Dwemer names.
Besides that you have the Dwemer city in which Nords live(Todd called them dwarves)
And now a fully animated Centurion.

I'm quite sure there will be Dwemer ruins.
As for links... I'm rather lazy.

Any votes for Tom Waits as the dragon? That would just make my life right there. Imagine that gnarled voice shouting at you!

That's right, I vote Tom Waits !

Christopher Walken should voice someone who has a big role in the game. Would be epic.
