UGH! Not this crap again! Would people stop blaming Bethesda for bugs as if they did it on purpose? This is non-sense.

Yes, but it's the same problem discussed all over again, new article or not. I'm pretty sure bethesda are aware of this.

im not blaming bethesda......well they did kinda ship a game full of bugs however I"m staying out of the discussion just showing that ign and other companies are asking bethesda and SONY why they shipped this IF they knew of the issues that the game had......

I don't think I've ever seen a game so praised and insulted at the same time in my life.

I was praising it until they broke the game with 1.2

Because IGN are totally unbiased and never rely on jumping on a bandwagon to build site traffic.

/sarcasm. >_>

Starting to get tired of this nonsense. It's not a deliberate issue, get off their backs and give them a chance to fix it.

Bethesda is the one that shipped a game with these bugs. Exactly who else should take the heat for it?

As far as I am concerned, game companies get away with too much of this kinda stuff.

I'm glad this is blowing up in the press. Bethesda needs to be held to the fire for their dispicable business ethics. They knew full well of these problems before release, thus the lack of a review copy. The worst part is I'm not sure they even know how to fix it, or if it can be fixed at all.

Beth definitely deserves some flack for this PS3 issue but this is the ONLY serious issue with this game. The rest of the bugs that have been brought to light are small and negligible.

That article is pretty harsh. If this is how they feel about Skyrim, I'd hate to see what they said about the PC version of Rage, which was the same price for 1/1000th the content.

Oh wait...http://pc.ign.com/objects/926/926419.html.

The real question here is why do people even read IGN articles anymore?

Meh who cares. If they had bothered to buy a PC worth a damn and get the PC version they wouldn't have this problem. I've had perfect game play, and the bugs i have come across are so insignificant to me I could care less.

I have it on 360 so I've only experienced a few bugged quests however IF I had a ps3 and this was happening to me I would be FURIOUS about it my 360 kinda drops framerate from time to time but from what is being described it sounds 100x worse and that is something that im glad is getting addressed and brought to the medias attention

If you open a save file and look through its contents you can begin to get an understanding with just how inefficient their save files are.

Wrote a little thread about it yesterday. http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1306304-in-ps3s-defense-ess-files-are-ridiculously-inefficient/page__p__19651921__fromsearch__1#entry19651921

They could do a muuuch better job at it.
