New Imperial Armour?

Hi I spotted this and took a couple of pictures I think this may be the new Empire soldier's armour wich seems cooler and more close to the "Morrowind" and "Roman Armour"...

Well, I'm if they are Imperial guards it's safe to assume that there will be nordic Guards as well (Like the different types o guards in Morrowind)
