Well like Pete said on the podcast, things can always change, so they don't want to release anything too prematurely. Though concept art for all of the races would be nice. Surely those are at the final stage.

As they learned with shadows, but I always wonder why they decided to cut them entirely rather than just make it an option for PC... They're all about "Ohh we wanted shadows we really did, blah blah" then they dont even give PC users the option?? Makes no sense.

I think we have an awful lot to go on as it is. There is little point in Beth releasing any more info/movies unless they will gain max exposure. I am just going to keep an eye on any future gaming conventions, but I do not expect anything at all new until E3 - but I really hope that I am wrong.
