Well yes but a "trailer" in the traditional sense usually only show a small amount of gameplay while a main gameplay video would show all gameplay and the world, which is what I'm hoping for. Though a traditional trailer wouldn't be bad either.

They released several actually. There was one where you walk through the forests and Todd talks about how the devs met with college students to learn about erosion and then one where they showed Chorrol. Then of course the trailer which you can see in Oblivion if you stay at the start menu for a bit and it transitions to it.

A video of gameplay like this would be more welcome than a video like this(for me at least)

Yeah, I agree, the second one is the trailer in the traditional sense and the first one is a gameplay video.

It has been confirmed on http://www.bethblog.com/ that we will be seeing a gameplay trailer for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim tomorrow!

Lets hope that this first trailer for TESV:Skyrim is as epic as Deus Ex: Human Revolution first trailers were.

as fantastic as DE3's cinematic trailer was (if that [censored] was a movie i'd buy it immediately), and as fantastic as Dead Island's trailer was, i'd very, very much prefer Skyrim's trailers to actually contain gameplay footage. i cannot express in words how tired i am of trailers showing off cutscenes like they're somehow a good thing.

that said - everyone should really take to heart the fact that Bethesda has the worst servers of any developer/publisher outside of Eastern Europe. unless they're uploading the trailer to youtube, gametrailers &c. simultaneously, you probably shouldn't expect to be able to actually view it in full uninterrupted until like noon.
