Oi! new info

Weird though that so many people here are worried about being forced into being Dragonborn though, seeing how it is old info. It is stated clear as day that you will not start knowing you are one, and something in the Main Quest will fill you in. How I assume this works is either

A) You can't kill dragons until you learn you are dragonborn, similar to how you can't find Oblivion gates until a specific part of the main quest. (Lame idea)

B(friggen sunglasses emote)) You can still kill dragons, but doing it without Dragonshouts is much harder. Any rewards from killing dragons are still given, you just can't see them, use them, or know they are there until after that point in the Main Quest (imo better idea)

I don't think Dragons will appear until a couple main quests are completed, just like the Oblivion gates.

I don't think the dragons will appear until you activate the main quest.

I found this interesting that Todd said :“We never aim for a specific rating. I’m sure it’ll be M. But we never aim for a specific rating. I would be surprised if we did not get an M. Our assumption is we’re getting an M, so we are doing the content that we think is appropriate for Skyrim. There is more violence to the combat just in how it looks. Not like Fallout violence where it gets really over the top. It’s more a realistic level of violence for what it is with guys with swords and axes and those sorts of things.”

...

I excitedly started listening to these videos, and through it I thought, "wait... this sounds very, very similar to the Game Informer podcast. Todd must have a notebook in front of him basically repeating what he said in that podcast!"

Then on the eighth video I read more posts in this thread and realize it IS the Game Informer podcast. Gaaaaaaaaah.

Man... I just checked up today on this stuff, I haven't read or seen anything about the game yet, but it looks great.

I can only hope it feels more like Morrowind and a whole lot less like Oblivion.
