I took some reasurance from that part of the interview too, also I'm glad to hear that the percentages change if they move in cover or behind walls! Seems a little more realistic this way. I though this interview was one of the most informative ones we've had since E3.

Keep scrolling down. It is a [censored] site smothered in a healthy dose of bad page management.

i scrolled right down to karen danczuk's... uuuuuuhm... "selfies" :-), but can't find any?

or does "the new interview" mean the article itself? (i'd just not exactly count that as an interview)

edit: the "patents still pending" article's fun anyway (armored monkey jockeys riding greyhounds, not that's something) :-)

It's not in standard question-and-answer format. It's an article paraphrasing an interview.

Shooting isn't difficult to learn but it does have to be learned. If an inexperienced person is shooting free hand and has not learned trigger control missing by a decent bit can happen very easily especially with a pistol. But If we're talking about point blank range then I agree it's stupid to have you missing by a mile.

So you knew their were story reason for the Minecraft stuff in the game and that in VATS now the enemies percentages can change? Okay... Most of us here are on the hype train,so any and every little bit of news keeps it moving!

The only thing that bother me is there is only one voice character for each gender.

Or you could begin the game in 2075 and play two years prior to the bombs falling for some reason. I kinda doubt Todd Howard forgot the year of the war.

Sigh

I cant wait for a bit of meat on the bone...

So the guys here much smarter than me can strip it of, break the bone svck out the marrow, then grind the bone into a fine powder.

And then tell me what I should get super excited about.

This idle hyper is for the birds. Heh

I completely understood what was being said. I was saying that everything from picking your face, which is very likely the first thing you do, as it has been in past games, to selecting your SPECIAL stats happens in the span of one day. It's highly unlikely that there's anything before that.

meh... a bit of new information, but not really an interview, more like "we talked and here's what I deigned to take notes on". Time for some fresh new stuff Bethesda! Don't think we can make it to Quakecon in two weeks, before we start feeding on each other again.. like between the reveal trailer and E3.

it took them years and they recorded a ridiculous number of lines. Why would they do it multiple times just so that you can hear them in a slightly different voice? Mass effect has one for each gender, dragon age, the witcher, halo, cod. Pretty much every game made has one voice. The only games I've ever played that had multiple voices were things where they mumble a line after killing someone or performing a combo.

Saints Row had multiple voices for your main character. All the same lines though, just different actors for the different voices.

I just noticed that it says "Boston is ash and rubble". It doesn't look to be in bad shape from what I can see.

DA:I has two voices for each gender. The reason is because the voice we have might not fit our character. For example first voice option in DA:I haven't fit any of my characters. And Shepard voice kinda works for my characters but not as well as I would like. The Saint Row series give you 3 voices per gender(at least the 2nd one did. I stop after playing a hour of 3 which is god awful).

Its obviously a goof, just an oddone

makes you wonder though

id say 25% chance the interview is fake

25% chance hes looking at someone elses interview

25% chance he honestly mistread it

20% chance Todd fumblemouthed.

and 5% chance were dealing with implanted memorys the protagonist. . .
