As said in the last thread, I like a bit of COD every now and then... but a hardcoe FPS game it aint.

When I think of hardcoe FPS games, I think of old tactical shooters on the PC, and competitive clan tournaments... not people running around like headless chickens trying desperately to get killstreaks so the game can do most of the work for them.
As for COD having RPG elements, Todd is probably right, but they're so trivial, shallow, and gimmicky that it's really not something that should be mentioned in a conversation about Skyrim. In fact, I really don't know why he'd even bring it up. Something like this was clearly going to wind up certain TES fans...
What troubles me most about that interview though is the fact that he suggests Oblivion was too complicated and confusing. If anything, the opposite is true.
