Has anyone found Preston Garvey yet?

I just got a notice that he's available now in a lunchbox. I wonder if that means they are working on a fix for the pregnancy bug and some of the other more common issues.

You would hope, surely they would not be adding more content to their IAP, without fixing all the issues surrounding the game first.
