I am thinking about writing a fan fic about Alex's adventures from right after he left the vault, to the first post of the RP. It will be focusing on the major events and all.

I personally like the Red Army idea, as we don't know much about Russia. So am i in Mr. Alex?

Maybe more in the sense that the USSR completely retained some form of infstructure to the point where they had armies and cities and the need to invade America?

No, that is way too much. Way too much, way too much. Not even 100, maybe 20? This is just a scouting mission right? No countries but the NCR and Lake Federation can muster that many soldiers, yet alone go into Canada.

Yes, as a total, and only about a tiny fraction is spared in Canada, as in the Russian Government in this, they are more worried about uniting the country, maybe as the RP progresses I could make the Russians set up a diplomatic relations with New Manhattan and/or Arcadia. Though ill talk to Matyr about Russia and Arcadia.
