As long as at-least 2 of the original cast are around, this RP won't die. New slots have opened up, meaning for a great change in the RP, which is always good. It would've been great if Ant1iv3 came back though..

Ehhh, that'd sound like a direct rip off of Fallout 2 and Vault 13 though.

In Fallout Tactics (The game I got the beast lord idea from) many of the deathclaws were intelligent, and capable of basic English. I would be ripping off Tactics, by your standards.

Edit: It kinda took me by surprise when a deathclaw talked in Tactics. I was picking one off with a hunting rifle, and it started taunting me with "My pups svckle harder than that." and I was like "Wait, what?"

Maybe, but there really isn't anything that drastically alters New Manhattan aside from a tiny embassy, which is more or less a political building and nothing more. About the only change to New Manhattan would be increased trade of various goods, since there is seemingly no negative side effect of that treaty, it wouldn't be to critical, but you'll be sent a dossier on what happened during the meeting.

Backstory: (Can be explained during the RP.): (This will only explain the Canadian "Army" i will explain the character in RP): The Canadian army and Goverment isn't really anything just Saskatoon, and Winnipeg and surrounding tribes and towns united under the Canadian banner. The problem is, they are hated by the Northern tribes, the Alaskans, and anyone who has seen them. Their army now heads south, into the ruins of America, looking for allies, or enemies. They're force is about 500 men per army, they only have Two armies. One is a advance force, the other is "The Home Guard". They have trucks and jeeps, using fuel and natural gases made from grass and fish.

There is one problem, the Lake Federation controls the entire Toronto Peninsula, all they way to Lake Simcoe. Basicly, they control all of Michigan, and parts of Ohio, Canada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Also, I'm not a big fan of all of the countries popping up, if that is changeable that would be preferable, otherwise, its fine.

I don't see how that's a backstory of your character. Structural changes are made by the host, not characters. What is your characters personal story?

Okay, heres the personal story:

Bio:She was born in a tribe in the ruins outside Saskatoon, when the "Canadian Army" rolled in on trucks, she was astonished by them. When she was 14, she ran away from her home and joined up with the Army. When she was 21, she fought in the Northern areas in a brutal climate against Inuits. She was moved to Newfoundland front and pushed south with her "Army". (I will explain more in RP)

Well, Mieux cared, but with him having stepped down, it's really up to Alex whether he wants to pursue any course of action. Had Mieux stayed in power, it'd be all out war, Mieux values Manhattan Island as an independent uncontrolled region, he sees this arrival of an outside army as an attempt to gain control of the region, which he's strongly against, seeing as he even ran Arcadia as Lessaiz Faire, no business is taxed or regulated within reason. He wants the Canadian Army kicked out of the region, but like I said, he's semi-retired, Alex is the current acting head of Arcadia.

The reason William cares is because of the Canadian army and his paranoia of an NCR attack(20 years later, when his child is in control), and wants both to support and hinder the Canadian army.

Oh yes...that reminds me. What my plan is for the ghoul NSU spies is basically as follows:

The ghoul NSU attacks the mutants in what seems like a regular ghoul riot and makes it look like killing Harold was an accident. Then if Bridgeport blames Antium, the two face off in a Cold War(spy vs. spy rather than army vs. army) and if Bridgeport blames the ghouls of Ghoul High, Antium steps in and protects them with their superior army, then the two have an alliance.

Not to mention William wants all Super Mutants DEAD or enslaved.
