Weapon:A Drum Tommy Gun, .44 Revolver, a combat knife called "Lucky Red"
Bio:He was born to a Mafia family in Arcadia. When he was 19, he started to do drug runs for the family. When he was 29, and his father died, he took control of the Mafia Family. He gained ties with Alexander Scalatti from back when he was in New Manhattan. He now is in constant communication with Scalatti and now vies for control of New Manhattan.

I will explain more of the bio in the RP.

All right, I'm back. Been offline for about 2 months now but don't fret. It's a long story, so I'll spare you the details.

Anyway, good to see this is still going strong as ever; I'd be happy to resume RPing, if that's okay with Alex, of course. I won't be overly active, considering I've had to increase my revision hours, but I'm still willing to participate.

So, what's been going down, exactly? I'll read over the other threads, of course. Hopefully the Enclave is still going strong.

Ignore that post, Sutler is alive and the Enclave is in DC, I explained your absence by saying you suffer from migrains

Well, I mean a character, the Vertibird Mieux took to Tenpenny, Mieux, unthinkingly, left it's transponder on. If ONLY there were a certian faction that could manufacture and track Vertibirds *Cough* *cough* :laugh:

Honestly, I just stepped down to let others play the big shot. I'm willing to return when I see a window and plausible reason to return to the Manhattan region. Since Mieux doesnt have his fancy wall mainframe terminal, he's not able to see what is going on in Manhattan anymore. Currently he's residing in a penthouse suite in Tenpenny, just living quietly. Adam you can find the transponder on the Vertibird active and recognize it as mine, so you go to check it out.

transponders can be found with simple DF gear ive had to do that on duty a few times because of are sat DF being inaccurate

Guys, I'm incredibly sorry for not posting in a while, but I'm sure you can understand that I've been a bit busy IRL. Anyway, I'm back now, but need a short recap if possible. What's going on?

Edit: Oh, and I see that Name added a new character who's name is also Frank. Could we refer to him as Francis, or something else please? Because it's going to be too confusing having two Franks running around...
