Name: Mr. Fisher
Gender: Male
Age: Mid 30s (Though seems to be even older)
Race: Caucasian Human. Facing early stages of ghoulification. (Like the people in the Pitt. They're skin may have degenerated considerably, but their body shape and voice is maintained. http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/1/15/Adan.jpg )
Occupation: Fisherman
Apperance: Slender figure of average height covered in baggy trousers, a torn shirt, boots and a ragged old overcoat, all of which are dirty and smelly. His hair is long, black, greasy and limp, falling over his face, covering his ugly, decaying face. A thick and bushy beard on his face, not very long, but dense and scraggly. (I can't find a good picture, but if anyone here has seen the film Undisputed 3, he looks like Uri Boyka in the beginning when he's still a janitor.)
Personality: Quiet, reclusive, and enigmatic. Tends to avoid confrontation if possible, and minds his own business. Usually grumpy as well. In the end, his soul is pure, so he would help someone in need, but only reluctantly. His infliction of ghoulification has given him a sense of self-loathe and has considered ending his own life numerous times. Is a heavy drinker and heavy smoker.
Gear: Wastelander Garb, several caps, a fishermans net, pack of damp cigarettes with a few matches and an old rusty revolver only loaded with six shots.
Weapon: Old .357 Magnum.
Backstory: Has never had a family and thus never had a name. Those who knew him called him Mr. Fisher, so he took it, and introduced himself as such. A fisherman from one of the several small settlements lining the coast outside New Manhattan, but as of late business has been slow, so he decides to enter the town to see what is in store for him. Having no family, connections, and friends, he will not be missed. Exposure to radiation however, has started an early process of ghoulification on him. He is alive, his voice is intact, and his body is still fully functioning, but his skin has begun to decay.
