Frank VercelottiFrank heard an incredible ruckus coming over from the road leading into New Manhattan, luckily he was a short-way away in Evergreen, so he was out of danger.
I hope it doesn't have anything to do with what happened last night Frank thought, putting out the cigarette he had lit earlier and entering his apartment building. He used the staircase to get to the fifteenth floor where his room was. The elevator in this building was busted, so Frank couldn't use it, and as a result was out of breath after arriving on his floor.
Damn, I gotta quit smoking. he thought to himself, still huffing and puffing while taking his key out of his pocket to enter his apartment. It was a pretty shabby place, with cracks in the walls, and dim lighting. It was just one large room with everything put together. A bed in the corner, a fridge in another, a toilet against the far wall and a mirror above a sink next to it. There was only one window in the room which attributed to its darkness, and under the window was a wooden table with two chairs. There was a counter across the fridge which was lined with bottles of various alcoholic drinks, a carton of cigarettes and advlt magazines strewn about it.
Overall it was enough for Franks needs, even though it was quiet obviously dingy, and he wished for more. He walked towards his bed and crouched down, pulling a suitcase from under it.
I save this stuff for rainy days he smirked to himself. The suitcase itself contained Franks sniper rifle, along with enough ammo to mow down a small army. Along with the gun and it's ammo were other various objects Frank used in his work such as garrote wires, leather gloves, and rat poison. He pulled the sniper out and loaded it, before slinging it onto his back, and throwing on a large overcoat to conceal it completely. It was virtually impossible to notice even the slightest irregularity; such was the disguising skill of Frank Vercelotti.
Time to get this job done. Frank thought, leaving his house and locking the door.
