EMPIRE WASTELAND:

New Manhattan: a walled town located on what was Central Park. The town is a thriving town with about 1500 people within its walls. The town is heavily sought after by several groups and is in the middle of a huge power struggle. Where will you fit in?

New York City is dark and depressing. Manhattan was full of tall buildings and still is. Sunlight rarely penetrates unto the streets below. Mutants are everywhere. The only safe place in Manhattan is the city of New Manhattan.

The city itself: (The year is 2283). The mayor is Larry Anderson.

Central Square: The area where people come to talk about the day. Many shops and bars are located here.

North Wall: The area at the North of Town. It is heavily guarded as mutants attempt to break down the walls every day. Beyond the walls is darkness and death. Mostly a resedential area.

Evergreen: The area of town where casinos and bars are. The mafia hangs out here. The casinos are: CAPone (run by me) Yellowlight Poker and Snacks, and RADIATION.

Reuters: The main industrial area. This is where all the manufacturing happens.

Reuters Way: The only road in and out of town. It is heavily walled and leads to the Brookyln Bridge. A small port is located where the bridge once stood.


Liberty Lost: A slaver camp located where the Statue of Liberty is. This is a HUGE slaver operation. The slavers are led by Fred Gandoe. They want control of New Manhattan.



Rabithead: A small town located in New Jersey. It was named after a sign that said "Rabits Ahead". It is an important hunting town and is also a main stop for people heading to New Mahattan. It is about the same size as Megaton.


Autumn's Leaves: A SMALL enclave camp. About 50 soldiers who survived are stationed here. A friend of Augustus Autumn leads this small group. They do not belive in mutant extermination and are hiring anybody in their ranks.


Ghoul High: A small ghoul town located on the ruins of Queens High School in Queens. Home to about 126 Ghouls. They make their money by scauaging and trade. They are seeking to be controlled by New Manhattan.

Vault 109: A deserted vault. Home to many wasteland critters. Said to contain a huge supply of fresh water and food. Some even claim a GECK is located there.

Vault 110: A vault that is still inhabited. The experiment was never enacted due to complications. Home to about 1200 People. Raiders want to attack and take it over.


Popgoestheweasel: A raider camp. Almost everyone wants it destroyed. The raiders launch attacks on almost every settlement. Located North of Manhattan.

Charlie and Sons Chemicals: Where the mutants from DC make their base. They are looking for the FEV virus. Located in Union City.

Camp Android: A huge camp led by the insitute. They want control of New Manhattan.

BEYOND THE EMPIRE WASTELAND:

The Lake Federation: A large federation of towns that makes it money by fishing and by water caravans. They are located in Michigan and parts of Canada.

Laketon: The capital of the Lake Federation, located on the ruins of Lansing Michigan.

Ronto: A former raider/slaver fortress that was captured by Lake Federation Soldiers.

General Motors Factory: Where the Tesla Lamp is located.

Apperance: Clean shaven and tidy. Always wears some sort of a suit. Has a trusty fedora that he ALWAYS wears. Mess with it, your dead.
Personality: Quick to get mad. Careful and does not fight unless he has to.
Gear: Stimpacks, a trench knife
Weapon: A Plasma Rifle.
Other: Is married to a woman named Ann.

Alexander Scalatti

Alex glared at the scientist. "You can hurt me, kill me, but you NEVER [censored] with my wife. GOT IT!" Alex was now at the higest level of anger he had ever been in his life.

His Gauss takes a second to fire off.. wait! I could take out my trench and slice his hand! Alex aimed his pistol and said in a calm voice:

"Yipee Kay yay [censored]s!"

Alex unloaded several rounds into the mercs. At least two dropped to the ground. Alex then charged forward with his trench knife and sliced the man carrying the gauss.

"Is that good enough for you?"

William&Sonia

OOC: How about this? William's team gets cut down to half and transports the three to the HQ and fixes their wounds, everybody in this RP should be here too...If you don't like it, I can edit it easily.

William's target quickly lunged at him after killing one man and incapacitating another. He quickly dodged the initial slice but the trench knife the target managed to get a clean slice on his left arm. William winced in pain and dropped his rifle but the adrenaline kept him going as he smirked, "Silver Team Two, you know what to do."

The remaining two mercenaries got their energy weapons and fired at the remaining soldiers who were alive as Sonia struggled to get a small bit of morphine in her boss' arm. William, now full with morphine, talked softly, "Now that I have made my point, you need me as much as I need you. Tell me, have you ever gotten hit by a shock baton?"

He tried lifting the small baton from one of the mercenaries supply pack but his hand couldn't stop shaking from the deep slice, "Ugh...knock them out and transport them back to the HQ."

The team lunged with the batons and got three clean hits to their skulls. The scout, who was watching from a distance, finally radioed the main HQ, "We've got the target and have one dead, one wounded unit, and three wounded civilians. There are soldiers stationed across the hospital in New Manhattan, smash through their lines. Use our only Chimera Tank if you have to...wait, the commander ordered an APC transport...how many do we have?"

The radio came through and broke what looks like an eerie silence, "One...just one APC, One Chimera Tank, and One Vertibird. Our fortress has been hit pretty hard during the recent years."

The scout nodded and carried the commander firemen style as the mercenaries carried the target and the wounded, waiting for the single APC to be deployed. Soon, the APC did come and hauled everybody away, albeit taking serious damage.

OOC: Yes...yes I did. But it's only going to be temporary. Soon I'll have my base known to all of New Manhattan and have some sort of war with the slavers.

OOC: Nah, man I ain't good with this/that. I don't want to be captured, at least not without a PM making sure its okay with me first. I would tell you to edit the post and make it so we didn't get knocked unconscious (because that wouldn't happen -- Evander is a well trained soldier), but I'm letting this go.

OOC: I will be gone for about a week as New Vegas is out. I do not want to be spoiled. RP that my char got knocked out or something.

OOC: DarkZerker and Ant1iv3 are basically running this thing until my character comes back to life.. DarkZerker, capture us, have your surgeon operate on me while you interrogate Evander. I think Alex won't mind a bit of control, so just say he made a move and you knocked him out..

The hospital was rigged in a couple minutes after our departure. The New Manhattan Hospital, in a couple minutes, would be a gigantic crater. Next to William was the target that had caused him so much disappointment in the last day. He sighed and leaned back in the APC, "Sonia, can you look at the scouting readings?"

She fumbled through her own PDA, "Uh...the bombs are in place...estimated time....one hour."

William nodded and they approached their main entrance near the huge tower of the Empire State Building. The APC was driven into a garage and the team dragged the poor souls down to the test chamber.

In moments, the scientists started asking questions about who to test. All questions were shot down immediately. William ordered a couple surgeons to help everybody. He dragged the last unconscious one down to the interrogation hall. He strapped him to the chair, "Wake up Surface Dweller."

OOC: It's Evander I'm talking about...

Theo had just walked out from a previous fire fight, only taken him an hour or so. He had scavenged what he could ffrom the dead, including shells, stimpacks, irradiated cheese for his companion and some chems to get high for later. Walking through the streets and hearng gunshots, he stopped for a moment and scratched his beard, started running to an old hospital. Armed guards and an automated turret, behind them a terminal which he presumes will shut down or frenzy the turret, Theo whiltes three times and his companion Charlie crawls into his had.

"Charlie, dont let me down boy..." he says and drops to the ground, seeing his little companion scurry behind enemy lines, moments later Theo hears gunshots and his little friend comes back to him, he gets up and walks to the bodies of three dead guards. The turret having been shutdown before he walked up, noticed a camera looking at him. "It's gonna be another long [censored]in' day, Charlie..." he sighs with complaint, cocks his shotgun and walks into the Hospital. "It's quiet... i gu-" he says before being interupted by a trap going off as he steps through a small laser line, flashbang grenades and shards of glass flying towards him, he takes two shards to the leg and pulls them out with a loud scream. Walking upstairs he see's a clock on the wall, a countdown, he thinks to himself that he needs to find out whats going on then get out, he starts running.

Up a few floors and armed guards running, he's glad he didnt run into a fight...

OCC: bad post i know, but is there any RP'ers in the hospital?

OOC: Basically, all stories converged together at the hospital.

Ann was there because she was injured.
Alex was tending to her.
Frank was trying to kill Ann.
Evander was following Alex.
William & Sonia sent their scout, and later showed up themselves to capture them all.
I think Dean was somewhere too... I think he followed Evander into the hospital, so maybe he was watching all this too.
Theo just discovered the scene.

That's all the characters.

Frank was trying to kill Ann, but got shot on the way by Evander, incapacitating him. Alex forgave Frank, and dragged him into the hospital room where Alex, Ann, and Evander were holed up. So that's four people in that room. Suddenly William & Sonia walk in, and capture them all in the confusion. I guess we can assume Dean was there, but wasn't captured, as he was more of a bystander.

Evander Jamison

Evander was pretty groggy, and per usual for one regaining consciousness, he couldn't really see. He could however make out the faint gray shape of aman beside him. He heard words being slowly spoken, but couldn't really hear well though. Immediately, he began to reach for a weapon, something to fill the empty void in his hands where protection should be, but he noticed he was weaponless, and the only person in the room that Evander could see was the faint shape. As his eyes became sharper, he could make out the face of the same scientist from the day before.

[censored], I can't believe I let myself lose like this, and I can't believe this [censored] captured me. But I won't touch him, I'm sure there are some armed guards somewhere. For now I'll play his little game...

"Well, what you got to ask me? Ima tell you now that I don't know a damn thing."

"Sonia, sweetie! Could you come in here?" William half yelled, giving off a couple chuckles from the guards at the top overlooking the area. The other interns grumbled how lucky she was and eventually she came in with a small baton. William hugged her affectionately before grabbing the baton, "This is a shock baton we found somewhere down south. It sends hundreds of watts of electricity coursing through your veins. Now then...I only have three questions for you."

"Who is the man trying to kill your friends girl, who are you, and can I trust you to successfully bring your friend...Alex, I believe his name is, back down here?"

"I don't want anything to do with you or what you're about to do, especially if it means killing innocents. As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure if I want anything to do with Alex. Now if you don't mind untying me and possibly telling what the [censored] you put in me, please?"

Evander was still calm, but he didn't mind showing his malice towards this particular man.

"Please let's not be hostile. I have no intention of harming you...in fact I have much to learn from surface dwellers of your capabilities. Your team not only escaped my elite squad but managed to kill half of them."

William grabbed his shock baton and placed it an inch from the captive's head, "But if you don't answer my questions, I'm forced to attack you. Don't worry, you won't die here today."

He waved his hand at the guards above and they immediately switched to tranquilizer rounds. He placed the baton back in its strap, "To clarify...you're in the remnants of an ancient underground sewer system converted two years before the war by nervous civilians. Then we just added computers and military grade weapons. We simply put in a tracking device that detects location and nearby heat signals. We only have three...well now we have two."
