William Snowe
"Damn...no answer," William whispered, still in the generator room. He looked straight at the Lamp and for a moment, wanted to walk over and touch what was the Gem of his entire operation. Without it, William would be just a simple man and overseer, the Gauss Project would be little more than some terrorist group. With the Lamp, the Gauss Project was like a kingdom of gods.
Feeling serene enough, he made his way to the New Manhattan Mafia base, ready to make amends with Sonia. Looking up, William could see the towering skeletons of buildings of Pre-War time, and above that were his special "NORAD" defense system, little more than a couple unmanned aerial vehicles circling New Manhattan. He passed one building, somewhat big, which would soon be his ruling tower, well placed in an easily defensible area in the New Manhattan city, not too far from his permanent ally's building either.
William, still trying to stay calm and serene, went into the New Manhattan Mafia Building and saw a legion of Securitrons just outside, obviously from Sonia's trip here. He headed up to the Don's office and saw the Don conversing with a young woman who seemed to have a tamed Mirelurk with her. William grumbled seeing as how the whole "No Wild Animals inside New Manhattan" rule was being so well enforced.
Trying to keep himself incognito, he just sat down, hoping to talk to the Don after the woman left.
