Mayor Frank Vercelotti

"I would love to see your new estate." Lyn replied, snuggling even closer to the Mayor.

Just what I wanted to hear. Frank smiled his smug grin. He wrapped one of his arms around her and ducked out of the party, and led her over to the Mayoral Estate. "Here it is." he pointed.

Ahead of them was a grand building almost the size of a football stadium recently bleached, and fitted with new windows and doors. He led her up the stairs to the front door and entered the main hallway. Brightly lit with a large staircase ahead of them.

"Home sweet home" Frank sighed.

OOC: I really need to get some rest now so Im out for the night. See ya later fellas!

OOC: Correct term would be an oligarchy. Reason being is that William and his council has total control of the massive city. Although the people can make suggestions or file complaints, the people have no voting rights. But although William is the chief executive, the council can vote to eliminate him as Director...which would never happen considering all military units only listen to people William put in charge.
Director William Snowe

Sonia hurried across the Penthouse and headed to the war chamber. Although she was councilor, Sonia wasn't allowed in the war room by William and the council after she displayed terrible military knowledge and almost breaking a server. She went in anyways and tossed the paper that came in the mail just an hour ago. William looked up from the hologram display of New York and nodded. "Thanks Sonia...now get out of here, please."

After she sulked away, William opened the letter and read it out loud.
Dear Director William Snowe,

It's been some time before we last made contact. I hope things are going well for you in your new city of Antium. I heard that you are expecting a child. Much congratulations for this. We all hope that the child will have a bright future and a happy, peaceful world in which to live in. This was actually the purpose of my message. I'm sure you saw the Vertibirds from above. In case you did not know; they were spreading Enclave propaganda. This is most certainly something that cannot be taken lightly, and we must take precautionary measures to assure our safety, and avoid all conflict. In favor of this, I and several other leading factions including that of Mr. Mieux and Lyn Grave have decided to form an alliance. We wish for you and your city to be part of this alliance. It shall most definitely strengthen our respective factions, and will be a general positive step in the pursuit of peace. I implore you now, as a friend to join us. Not only will it help us, it will protect your people. Think of your child.

Your old friend, Mayor of New Manhattan, Frank Vercelotti.

The council was abuzz at the news. "Sir...you can't be seriously considering an alliance with New Manhattan...even if Frank is your friend."

William sighed and looked at the satellite pictures of New Manhattan. Compared to Antium, Manhattan seemed like a terrible place to live, although bigger, it started to grow slums where Antium had no slums what so ever. But New Manhattan had a council, all of the most powerful entities in the North East coast. William realized what was happening. A new U.N was being created, ironically in the same city as the first U.N.

He knew that soon, either he had to grow power FAST or join the alliance. "People, we either join this alliance or we magically grow power rivaling the Federation. It's as simple as that. Although Securitrons are being developed right now...we have maybe 100 or so MK 2 Securitrons for a POLICE FORCE. We can't stand up to the full blunt of that alliance. We must join until we grow enough power to take over Manhattan Island."

The council nodded in agreement. William smiled and prepped V-1 for takeoff. Him, Sonia, and the Snowe Personal Guard all went to Manhattan island, V-L 1-3 flying way above the personal Vertibird, out of sight, surveying the area for possible threats.

When William touched down, he was greeted with mixed responses. There were people left behind when Antium was created and not just in the Colony Campground in Jersey. Many people either said "screw the GP" and left the Campground in Jersey, leaving much of the surface population in New Manhattan while the original thousand or so citizens all made it. There was still resentment from the slave thing after the commotion died down and many regular Manhattan citizens abandoned the GP.

There were hundreds of boos and hundreds of cheers but after seeing the Personal Guard, they stopped immediately. William smirked and headed to the Mayoral Estate before knocking on the door to discuss "terms" with his friend and only ally.

OOC:

"When William touched down, he was greeted with mixed responses. There were people left behind when Antium was created and not just in the Colony Campground in Jersey. About 300 or so people couldn't make it and they still stay in New Manhattan, longing to go to the paradise that is Antium."

No, just no. There were 8000 people in New Manhattan before the battle. 2000 died during the battle, leaving 6000. 5700 people CANNOT HAVE GONE WITH YOU. I'd say about maybe 1000 left with you. NEW MANHATTAN DOES NOT HAVE ONLY 300 PEOPLE!!! Most people in New Manhattan are traders, hokers, con artists, caravaneers, skags, or criminals, just like the Hub and New Reno. Not everyone loves being ruled like children.

OOC: Some people went, some didn't. Some followed and some didn't. Many people followed and in Antium, there are people in Jersey who are waiting to go and about 1500 or so people went with William. I'm not saying there are 300 people in New Manhattan but rather 300 people that still follow William that didn't make it. But I understand how that can be confusing.

Mayor Frank Vercelotti

As Frank showed Lyn the various rooms of his new mansion; he heard a crowd outside getting louder and louder. They must have found the propaganda leaflets. he assumed, continuing the tour, when suddenly he heard a knock on the door.

"Dammit, Im busy right now!" Frank burst out, storming towards the front door and tearing it open. "Who the hell is it? Can't a man get some priva- Oh.." he stopped dead in his track. Standing at the door wasn't just some concerned citizen, but the Director of the Gauss Project, and personal friend of Frank; it was William Snowe.

"William!" the Mayor announced, pulling him inside and hugging him tightly. "How ya been, buddy!" he asked, shutting the door and punching the Director lightly on the shoulder as if they were two pals in a bar. "So, you got Sonia knocked up, huh?" he nudged slyly before letting out a chuckle.

"Dratz" he cursed, remembering something. He paced to the other room and brought Lyn in by the hand. "You remember Lyn Grave, right? The beast lord." he re-introduced. Rather embarrassed to show her here in this half drunken state. He's obviously know something was up. "Come on over to the living room." he ushered them both to sit on one of his fancy new sofas. "Charles; get us some wine and cigars!" he called out to his butler.

A suppressed "Right away, sir!" came from the other room.

After awakening from his nap, he awoke to find a note in his mail tray, which was located next to the mail tube. 'Mr. Mieux, Director Snowe is in New Manhattan, one of the men came running into the hotel said to alert you right away' Mieux was uncomfortable, he quickly went to his computer mainframe and accessed the one labeld 'Mayor Manor- Office', which was the terminal he had set up in some key locations to keep Frank in touch as much as possible. He didnt want Snowe alerted he was aware of his presence. He typed a message on his computer, which would spool loudly on the printer and alert Frank, he had warned him to treat paper messages just as importantly as direct conversations, he quickly typed out and sent a brief message,

'Mr. Vercelotti,

Do NOT make ANY deals or negotiations with Snowe, You, Mr. Alex, and Miss Graves must discuss this first. Snowe is a weasel, I want to make sure he is placed under strict regulations, otherwise I will withdraw my signature from treaties with him. Snowe is bound to make a plan to steal Manhattans independence and force his precious 'council' rule under this island. We need to make strict rules against him, IE handing over all satellite technology, which will be dismantelled and destroyed, he will be permitted no more than 200 securitrons and 5 vertibirds. If we strip him of this kind of technology, he cannot reproduce it, this technology to rebuild it was destroyed in the war. I want him to never have the chance to invade this island. I wont make threats to resign as I just did, but I cannot agree to him 'siding' with use knowing he will attempt to retake this island and force his own fascist state on Manhattan, he can call it what he likes, but it is nothing short of dictatorship or fascism. However, do whatever else it takes to keep him behaved, all of us can discuss this in Arcadia park, just outside the hotel tommorrow at noon. I apologize for this interuption, but we simply CANNOT allow Snowe to sign up on his terms.

Cordially,
Mr. Mieux'

OOC: Much of the "support" the GP had before was because of the citizens that already lived in the GP bunker during William's rule...about 1,000. From there, some New Manhattan people supported him and others didn't. I'll change this to a post when I get home from school.

Lyn Grave

"Heidi-ho, William!" Lyn said, obviously drunk, as he walked in the door. When they went to sit down, Lyn sat next to Frank, and leaned her head against his shoulder. Lyn listened as intently as she could in her state.

OOC: 1000 people in a bunker? Why didn't GP have a city before hand? Zerker you're on the brink of ubering here. Giving your character way too much power. If we go according to what you're saying, you'll easily have the most powerful faction of all. It's just too much. Im sorry, for sounding like an ass, but please try and stay within a certain limit. All of NM has 1,500, and thats a group comprised of various different factions meaning each leader within NM only has like 300 or so people in total. If GP waltz in with a thousand, why don't they just establish their own city and leave NM alone?

Mayor Frank Vercelotti

While the waiter was bringing in drinks, Frank heard a buzzing from his office. The automatic printer. he immediately recognized. "Help yourselves to the drinks and cigars, guys. Excuse me for a moment." he said, before dashing over to the office to find a letter laying on the end of the printer.

He picked it up and began reading:

'Mr. Vercelotti,

Do NOT make ANY deals or negotiations with Snowe, You, Mr. Alex, and Miss Graves must discuss this first. Snowe is a weasel, I want to make sure he is placed under strict regulations, otherwise I will withdraw my signature from treaties with him. I apologize for this interruption, but we simply CANNOT allow Snowe to sign up on his terms.

Cordially,
Mr. Mieux'

He completed, folding the paper and thrusting it into his pocket. How does this guy know so all this stuff. he wondered as he began typing his response. He chalked it down to like a million years of experience.

Mr. Mieux,

I can assure you I will not allow Director William to make any moves that would harm my people. Recall that this is my city, and that I care for what goes on here more than anyone else as I have a personal stake in it. I appreciate your warning, but I dislike being treated like a fool who doesn't know how to handle situations. I've lived a hard life and made several accomplishments. Enough to know how to get things done. For your own peace of mind however, I'll tell you this much; I will lay down a set of terms for him and if he doesn't agree, we'll simply not allow him into the alliance. If the Enclave wants a better foothold on the land, they'll need to take Antium first. If and when that happens, the Director will most probably come begging to let him into the alliance under any terms whatsoever.

Mayor Of New Manhattan, Frank Vercelotti

As soon as the mayor pressed the 'send' button, he left the room, and re-entered the lounge in which William and Lyn were waiting. "Where were we?" he asked casually, plopping back into the seat next to Lyn, and began stroking her hair gently.

Mieux read the message, he knew, almost a 'male' thing, that Lyn was there too, he didnt want to ruin it for him. He read the response to himself, he didnt like talking down to Frank, but he wanted to make sure it was known that Snowe had to be put in his place. Meanwhile, he couldnt help his mind drifting off at the end of Frank's letter. 'The Enclave', he thought in his head, ' what HAVE they been doing? I havent heard word from Sutler since he last left just after the battle between the alliances and Gauss. But still, the Enclave was hiding away, so he wouldnt attempt to hunt them down. After all, Sutler hasnt broken the treaty, and Mieux wasn't about to piss off the most powerful tech group around.

Lyn Grave

Lyn leaned her head back on Frank's shoulder when he got back. She let out an almost feline sounding purr as he stroked her hair. She snuggled closer to Frank, paying no attention to William. She only wanted to think about Frank.

OOC: Colonel Martyr there's a bit more more to The Black Sun's empire that I haven't had a chance to write about yet but here is a general list of all their major assests. There are 2 medical and drug facilities, several warehouses, the port, The Black Sun Armada, The WCTZ Radio Station a.k.a. Port Neptune Radio, The Outdoor Markets which primarily deal in fish, Fontaine fisheries, The Brahmin stables(the dung is used for fuel), a parking lot which holds all the working transports, Smitty's Garage, Several Apartment Complexes, A couple of hotels and motels, Graves Spire (Leon's Home), A couple of other casino's (run by Leon's close associates), and the Research and Development building. The Black Sun empire also extends from Maine to Florida with small outposts in each state that contribute to Port Neptune.

You lot may control the air and land but the Black Sun's rule these waters!

Leon Graves - Port Neptune - Jeep

Riding through the streets of his so called 'empire', Leon drained the rest of his nuka-cola he then rolled down the window and deposited the bottle on the street. Leon sighed to himself as he put his head in his hands.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When I took over this operation six years ago I didn't have a clue how hard Jacobes Fenix had it. I mean when I seized control over The Black Suns I thought I would have to do was lead raids, make deals, and rebuild. Boy did I have it wrong! Micromanaging a city and all of The Black Suns is such a monumental job, but no one else was willing to step up and as much as I respected Fenix way back when he was leading us to ruin. It took some time but when I gathered the courage to make my move against Fenix I hadn't initially planned on killing him but when I learned he was secretly dealing in slaves...I had to kill him. Although I never got the chance to put a bullet in him. To this day I still remember the war like it was yesterday.

The hostilities had been going on for five excruciating months with no signs of letting up. Black Suns shedding each others blood for the ideals of two men, truly this was the darkest age in the history of the organization. Due to the internal struggle for power The Black Suns were forced to stop importing and exporting goods which hurt Fenix more than myself. I was also succesfully able to entice many of Fenix's most loyal followers to my side. Though many of my supporters don't agree with me I'm of the opinion that this single factor led to my victory. After the war ended and my place as leader had been secured I executed all of the higher ups who had turned on Fenix because if they betrayed him after all those years of service I couldn't risk trusting them. Their corpses now hang on the walls outside my estate so my allies will know the consequences of betrayal and my enemies are forewarned that I'm a force to be reckoned with.

Seven months in my guys won a key victory which turned the war on it's head. The famous battle became known as The Ridgeway Massacre which took place at a pre-war club. This club was where wealthy individuals would pay large sums of money to hit a small white ball with a hooked piece of metal. The goal of the game was to use your metal stick to get the spheroid object into a tiny hole marked by a pole with as few strikes as possible. Anyway a small number of my forces were using the club as a staging ground for hit & run attacks on Fenix's territory. Somehow though Fenix's army found out that the country club was being used as a base so Fenix deployed almost half of his forces to raze Ridgeway to the ground. Fortunately the defenders were tipped off by a mole that kept tabs on enemy troop movements and were able to get a second force prepared to ambush the enemy when they made their move against the country club. A tactician called the strategy the pincer movement and would spell doom for any soldiers caught within it. Three days passed before Fenix's troops could be seen marching on the country club. As the enemy combatants made their way toward the sole building the second army moved in flanking the army. As they tried to take up defensive positions they put their backs to the first army which had taken up position inside the club buildings. It was a slaughter for Fenix's forces while Leon's army took minimal casualties. This victory allowed Leon's forces to make a push towards Port Neptune and Jacobes.

The battles following the massacre at Ridgeway were humbling defeats for Fenix's troops. With morale crushed Leon led the push into Port Neptune to end the war with one final decisive battle. Most of the Black Sun's following Fenix had surrendered but their were still pockets of resistance that had to be dealt with. After speaking with some of the P.O.W.'s they revealed that Jacobes and many of his remaining loyalists had holed themselves up in Fenix's tower as their final refuge. So with the war raging through Port Neptune a small team and I infiltrated Jacob Fenix's tower. We fought our way through many Fenix supporters before reaching Jacobes' office on the tenth floor. I ordered my men to stand outside while I confronted Fenix. I had been waiting for this moment for so long but in the end I was surprised by what happened.

Pistol drawn I kicked the door down expecting Jacobes to immediately open fire but he sat alone in the room within his favorite red velvet chair staring out the window. "Ah! So the assassin overcomes my final defense and has come to kill me." Jacobes laughed for a minute before swiveling the chair around to face me. I was surprised at Jacobes' appearance as the man looked a specter of his former self. His clothes were filthy, stained, and disheveled. The man's once lustrous brown hair had grayed significantly. A beard that had been well cared for was scraggly and caked with food crumbs. His skin was extremely pale while his body had become haggard and ill. Jacobes' face was gaunt, his forehead is covered in frown lines, and his eyes were bloodshot and had dark circles under them. In his hands he loosely gripped a bottle of wine and the other held an extravagant cane which lay across the man's lap.

"Why the look of surprise Leon, you didn't actually think that this war hadn't taken it's toll on me did you?", Jacobos began to laugh again but was overwhelmed by a heavy coughing fit.

"Well regardless of that Leon I must say you've impressed me. I always feared losing my position as leader of this organization but never to one of my own subordinates. Especially not a little [censored] like you. Though you should be wary of the turncoats who joined you If they would turn on me they'll betray you as well."

His words angered me yet I still didn't kill him right away. "You brought this on yourself Jacobes you've tarnished the organization's name and betrayed one of The Black Sun Creeds by entering the slave trade. However I plan to restore our honor by cleaning house and starting anew. Any last words, Jacobes?", I said as I cocked my pistol and tried to calm my itchy trigger finger.

Jacobes was silent as he consumed what little drink remained in the bottle of liquor before slamming it on the table. The wizened man then rose from his seat using his cane for support. The disgraced leader began limping back and forth across the room as he spoke.

"Leon your a [censored] fool if you think a stupid [censored] like yourself can run this operation 'cleanly' as you so put it.", Fenix said while making the quotation sign with his hands. "You'll learn quickly though that in order to keep this band of misfits afloat you will have to darken your soul by taking some weak [censored]'s freedom. Oh and you want to talk about the creed, huh! What about you!? By instigating this war you broke two creeds - you may not betray the outfit and you may not kill members of The Black Suns."

"How dare you Jacobes this whole war is your doing! You turned your back on the ideals that have been with The Black Suns since the beginning. I have not forsaken the tenets, as anyone who breaks a creed and those that follow are no longer members of our organization and are not entitled to the protections the creed grants."

Jacobes walked over toward the window and faced me again.

"Well it's not like any of this matters anyway Leon. The Black Suns are dead regardless of what happens here."

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"Stupid, [censored]! We are surrounded by three smaller gangs who have been unable to act against us due to our groups size. The war has weakened both sides where whoever wins will be wiped out by these raider bands who have been biding their time. The Black Suns have become a stagnant beast dying in the desert and the vultures are circling waiting to strike. Hell, even if you manage to survive against them you'll have rebuild this band from the ground up. Unless your able to make the tough choices you'll never survive in this world. You'll see that doing what I did was the only way to save this piece of [censored] group!"

"I don't care what you say Fenix, The Black Suns have endured since the great war and we'll find a way to get through these trying times without breaking the creed. Is that all you have to say?"

"No, there is one last detail to be ironed out. You haven't beaten me, worthless [censored]! You could never beat me in a fair fight! I'll take my own life before I let a whelp like you get the better of me!"

As he said this Jacobes leaned back and crashed through the window falling to his death on the pavement below. I rushed over to the window and watched as he plummeted to his demise. The strange thing that still haunts me to this day is the fact that he laughed the entire way down.

Leon was removed from his thoughts by Vincenzo who was calling out to him.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Boss! Hey Boss! You alright over there you've been pretty quiet."

Lifting his head Leon turned towards the man."Yeah I'm fine I was just doing some thinking. Oh! How far away are we from the lab?"

"Eh, about twenty minutes give or take."

Leon nodded then proceeded to stare out the window.

OOC2: This segment gives some background on how Leon seized the position of head of The Black Suns. I'll probably write about the reconstruction of Port Neptune another time.

Alexander Scalatti

The party was still raging, but Alex needed a break. "Ann, follow me up." Alex walked over to the elevator, and went up to the mayor's floor.

At the top, a bug burly guard stopped them.

"Yo man, I don know about ya' but nooz one is allowed ups here, dig?"

Alex sighed and pulled out a badge. "I'm Alexander Scalatti, trader, friend of your boss ya' big honcho, let me in ya dig?"

"Fines, but don't be causing no trouble see?"

Alex nodded. Ann jogged past the man but slowed down as they knocked on the door.

"Frank, its me Alex, I want to talk about some stuff."

Empire News

"Howdy! Its me, Todd Beneke with Empire News! The news Empire of the Empire Wasteland. Not much has been happening today, so here is our new reporter, Gregory Smith. Hey there Greg, whats going on?"

Greg: "Well, I am about 16 miles outside of Bridgeport, and there are some mutants building a rail line! Lemme talk to one!" Walks toward the mutants. "Hi, i'm Greg, whats your name?"

Mutant: "HEY!! ONLY GHOUL ALLOWED HERE!"

Greg: "Umm, but I am a ghoul?"

Mutant: "HAH HA HA YOU NO FOOL HARRY!"

Greg: "Fine, what are you doing here?"

Mutant named Harry: "HA HA ONLY GHOUL ALLOWED HERE I MUST KILL YOU NOW!"

Loud screams are heard on the radio as flesh and blood go flying everywhere. It seems as if Greg was ripped in two.

Todd: "Uh, well, we are having technical difficulties, um, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_j1KGHOvSkM

Mayor Frank Vercelotti

Another knock on the door was heard along with the words "Frank, its me Alex, I want to talk about some stuff."

The butler opened the door, but recognized the man. "Sir, I believe Alex Scallati wishes to speak with you!" he croaked back into the lounge.

"Hey Alex! Join the after-party!" the Mayor called out.

OOC: Is Lyn in the Room?

Alexander Scalatti

"Hey Alex! Join the after-party!" the Mayor called out.

Alex slowly opened the door. He held the door open for Ann, who entered the room. Alex softly shut the door and sat down int he open chair.

Alex noticed Lyn in the room as well. Alex nodded to her as he sat down.

"Sorry about the interruption, but we have to do something about Antium. I know, you like William and all, but he is much to powerful right now. I won't join this council until I have a firm absolute answer on his demilitarization. I don't trust William. One second, hes your very best friend, the next, he is a nuke ready to blow you to bits."

Major Kong looked around him with a smug look of self-satisifaction at the scene of destruction around him, not two hours ago had they first been dropped off here at this sorry excuse for a community, a small den of wastelander scum who scavenged the ruins of the buildings before heading to the nearby Arcadia to trade for enough supplies to last them for a few days, not living but merely surviving, as these scum had forced the surviving Enclave to do. The settlement in question had merely been a scavenger trading station with a small inn; nothing to major and certainly not difficult but enough to ensure word of mouth when the scavengers showed up for there daily meal before heading into the ruins.

Kong gave a final snort of derision as he clambered back aboard the Vertibird which stole majestically into the air against the backdrop of the smoking ruin of pre-war townhouses.

Examples have to be made, thought Kong determinately. The Enclave will never lose again, as long as these people get the messege just to stay the [censored] out of our way everything will be alright.

They left behind them, 23 dead. Six were still smouldering at stakes, another nine swung silently in the breeze from the gallows with various plaquardes around their necks saying, "This one threw a stone at a trooper," and "This man simply got in our way." The rest had been left where they were gunned down, the one thing which all the dead shared was a pile of assorted heads burning slowly on their own fire, Sutler had said it was effective at damaging moral, not so much because the head is the very essence of a person but rather Sutler said because it robbed those who may greive a chance to even bury their dead properly as none of the burned bodies could be identified, much less the severed heads.

OOC: Because this is a PG 13 forum I won't go into very further detail but Alex, what you warned Justin to change in his post earlier, definately some of that went on, Sutler's Enclave spares no-one.

OOC: The bunker underneath New Manhattan was contracted to be pretty big, considering there was a Securitron bunker that housed quite a bit of the robots. But I do get the faction thing so I'll change it. I made it so that many people who were loyal to the GP lost loyalty after they couldn't make it after the original GP citizens headed for Antium.

Director William Snowe

William sighed as he sat on one of the couches as he watched Lyn's antics. He turned to Sonia and laughed. "Remind you of anybody?"
After some friendly banter between the two, Alex stepped in.

He sighed. "Antium will remain a sovereign power in Connecticut. I will NOT demilitarize but rather keep my military as a way of keeping any and all unwanted guests away from Antium. As of right now, I am in no position to wage war. The Great Legion Wall was created in order to keep my people away from Super Mutants, raiders, and tribes."

Sonia looked uncertainly at William and Alex. "Um...if I may say something. The Antium Council has been discussing it but...we've decided to join the New Manhattan alliance or whatever you're making here. We won't demilitarize but we simply don't have the power we used to have. You know that massive land army? We only have 100 Securitrons as a regular police force and 300 or so original GP soldiers. We simply can't attack anybody here without either Antium burning or losing all support," She concluded.

William smiled, proud of her. "Exactly. Asking us to demilitarize is like saying, 'Hi, we're defenseless, please take over Antium.' No I'm not doing that. But until I step down as Director, I will try my best to keep the peace and help New Manhattan."

OOC: Don't worry Hircine, I was just trying to establish you into the Manhattan story in some role. After the scouts determine your stance towards Manhattan, they'll either try and fight you (If you're hostiles) or Mieux will approach you with a business deal (If you're neutral/friendly)

Mieux was talking to the DJ of the radio station, an AI, and telling him to pass on a broadcast that no one should make any hostile moves on any Enclave personnel if they value their safety. Roughly 5 minutes later after the music block was done, the DJ, named Mr. Utopia, his flirty and smooth voice came over the airwaves, "Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and you're listening to Arcadia News Radio, and I'm you're host, Mr. Utopia. I want to wish a very happy birthday to a PERSONAL friend of Mr. Mieux." He then played some fireworks sound effects. "And now, on a more serious note, Authorities in Arcadia would like to remind you never make hostile actions or gestures to any Enclave personnel, even so much spitting on their boot intentionally will put you under their punishment. So remember, stay smart, and stay strong Arcadia. And now, some music, coming up from a classic swing hit, I wanna play one of my personal favorites, this one's for you Frankie, hope you're having a wild time tonight pal, ha ha. Here's Benny Goodman with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2S1I_ien6A. Keep on swingin' Arcadia, keep on." The radio then went on to start playing, Mieux was hoping Frank was listening, he had a feeling if Frank was listening, he'd probably get a kick out of it.

OOC:Please dont piss on me cause i just joined in,so please let me get adjusted

Jonathan walked into New Manhattan,a roving trader,he had made little caps on his push toward New Manhattan,he resulted into attacking fellow caravans just to take THEIR things.
Then suddenly,a new radio system came on his radio,he had a cart, with a Brahmin pulling it,he halted the Brahmin and listened to it.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and you're listening to Arcadia News Radio, and I'm you're host, Mr. Utopia. I want to wish a very happy birthday to a PERSONAL friend of Mr. Mieux."

"Who the hell is Mr.Mieux?" said Jonathan

And now, on a more serious note, Authorities in Arcadia would like to remind you never make hostile actions or gestures to any Enclave personnel, even so much spitting on their boot intentionally will put you under their punishment. So remember, stay smart, and stay strong Arcadia. And now, some music, coming up from a classic swing hit, I wanna play one of my personal favorites, this one's for you Frankie, hope you're having a wild time tonight pal, ha ha. Here's Benny Goodman with Sing, Sing, Sing. Keep on swingin' Arcadia, keep on.

"Enclaves there too? It seems like were ever i go they go,they go." He said.

OOC: Don't worry Infantry, I'll fill you in on the story via PM :)

Civilian-

Digging through an old dumpster for food, a bum sifted through it and found a jackpot, an unopened crate of Fancy Lad Snack Cakes. 'WHOO BOY! Daddys gonna eat well tonight!" He started making his way down the street and was about to get the traders attention and ask to barter, he heard the mans question "What? You ain't heard of Mieux? He's the cat that runs Arcadia, he lives up in that big fancy hotel up yonder in Arcadia, Mieux Tower." Forgetting his business he meant to do with the trader, was laughing down the street, unable to believe no one knew who Mieux was.

OOC: FYI Infantry, Arcadia is a completely seperate city.
