Rules:

1. Keep Things Civil: I have seen many threads locked because of uncivility. Keep things clean and don't insult other people.

2. Post Length: I don't really care about the length of a post, but make it longer than just a sentence ok?

3. How Much You Should Post: If you are a main character or want to be one, post at least twice a day (this is not a binding rule.) If you are a side character, post at least once every two days or so. All I really want you to do is to make sure you are on top of whats going on. This RP is quick, and just missing a day can mean that you missed some key plot points.

4. NO UBERING: This is major. Don't play a god character. Don't uber at all, it ruins the RP for everybody. Please, follow RP canon. If you have to take an elevator to get to a location, don't just fly your vertibird, land, and just waltz in. Follow the lore that has been set.

5. Don't Do A Major Plot Change Without Other's Approval: Don't nuke a town to the ground unless you have approval.

6. Major events: Major events require planning. You HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME to plan a major event in the RP. Smaller events like a visit, no, you do not have to go through me. But a LARGE event like a huge battle, yes, go through me first.

7. Ask Questions. If in doubt, ask a me or a fellow RPer a question via OOC thread or PM. Don't assume, ask questions.

Locations:

EMPIRE WASTELAND:

New Manhattan: a walled town located on what was Central Park. The town is a thriving town with about 1500 people within its walls. The town is heavily sought after by several groups and is in the middle of a huge power struggle. Where will you fit in?

New York City is dark and depressing. Manhattan was full of tall buildings and still is. Sunlight rarely penetrates unto the streets below. Mutants are everywhere. The only safe place in Manhattan is the city of New Manhattan.

The city itself: (The year is 2283). The mayor is dead and the mayorship is being contested.

Central Square: The area where people come to talk about the day. Many shops and bars are located here.

North Wall: The area at the North of Town. It is heavily guarded as mutants attempt to break down the walls every day. Beyond the walls is darkness and death. Mostly a resedential area.

Evergreen: The area of town where casinos and bars are. The mafia hangs out here. The casinos are: CAPone (run by me) Yellowlight Poker and Snacks, and RADIATION.

Reuters: The main industrial area. This is where all the manufacturing happens.

Reuters Way: The only road in and out of town. It is heavily walled and leads to the Brookyln Bridge. A small port is located where the bridge once stood.

Ivory Square: The govermental square of New Manhattan

The Empire Wasteland:

Poseidon Energy Headquarters: Pre-war Poseidon Energy Corporate Headquarters and research facility. Enclave bunker beneath is now used by 50 D.C. remnants. Led by President Sutler and Colonel Adams.

Liberty Lost: A slaver camp located where the Statue of Liberty is. This is a HUGE slaver operation. The slavers are led by Fred Gandoe. They want control of New Manhattan.

New Rabition (Rabithead.): a smoldering ruin. Don't expect looting here.

Ghoul High: A small ghoul town located on the ruins of Queens High School in Queens. Home to about 126 Ghouls. They make their money by scauaging and trade. They are seeking to be controlled by New Manhattan.

Vault 109: Once a vault, now scraqed for Enclave use. The GECK was found there. Alexander Scalatti hails from there.

Vault 110: A vault that is still inhabited. The experiment was never enacted due to complications. Home to about 1200 People. Raiders want to attack and take it over.

Popgoestheweasel: A raider camp. Almost everyone wants it destroyed. The raiders launch attacks on almost every settlement. Located North of Manhattan.

Radioville: A medium sized town located in a walled compund in South Manhattan. A pre-war radio tower is located here. This town is where "Empire Radio" is broadcasted from. The mayor is Renald Paulson. who is also the DJ for the radio station.

Charlie and Sons Chemicals: A now abandoned building. Once housed the mutant army.

Camp Android: A huge camp led by the insitute. They want control of New Manhattan.

Arcadia: A growing town located near New Manhattan. Is led by a reclusive man named Justin.

Antium:

Great Legion Wall - A massive wall circling across the ruins of Stamford to deter any unwanted forces. Heavily garrisoned on all sides with only two entrances. Each has a checkpoint every 500 meters, containing one rocket artillery position.
Noctem Gate - The secondary gates that are a popular hot spot at night, having many bars and inns around the Noctem gate.
Diem Gate - The main gates that shine from day to night as if it were noon all day long. Where all caravans and travelers stop to trade goods. Has many trading stalls right outside.
Zodiac Tower - Houses the main government officials and has the Zodiac Penthouse where William and Sonia live.
Xian Plaza - A massive plaza containing 90% of all the major work places , food supply areas, markets, and casinos. Very high living costs, usually only company owners can live here.
Medici Residential Area - Where everybody who isn't a company owner or government official live. The largest District, containing about 50 big apartments, all renovated Pre-War buildings.
Horizon Square - The most popular hot spot for government officials and their secretaries. Also where the NSU(Nova Spy Unit) acts as a sort of Secret Service.

Bridgeport: Located about 30 Miles from New Manhattan. A new but growing city. Is a major trade hub, as it is located on the extreme edge of the Empire Wasteland. Supplies clean water due to its old water treatment plant. Has the population number of Junktown. Many refugees want to enter the city, so the supplies are strained.

Congress Gate: The northern gate of the city. A smaller gate.

John Davis Gate: The main gate into Bridgeport. Slums are located near the gate.

Baldwin Plaza: The central square of the city. The goverment buildings are located here.

Crossway Market: Located on the old ruins of a mall, this is one of the biggest markets in the world. Traders from all over come to here for supplies.

Federation Square: The square where the Lake Federation Embassy is.

The Port: A major port located on the waterfront.

The Slums: Located just outside of the John Davis Gate. The slums are dangerous and smelly. Expect to get mugged. Most of the citizens go around and enter through the Congress Gate. All of the citizens of the Slums are refugees.

BEYOND THE EMPIRE WASTELAND:

The Lake Federation: A large federation of towns that makes it money by fishing and by water caravans. They are located in Michigan and parts of Canada.

Detroit: The acting capital of the Lake Federation. A bridge connects Detroit to Ronto. Combined, there are over 10,000 citizens living in the combined city area.

Laketon: A smoldering ruin that is being rebuilt.

Ronto: A former raider/slaver fortress that was captured by Lake Federation Soldiers.

General Motors Factory: Where the Tesla Lamp is located.

The Pitt: Used to be major trog infested hell-hole with raiders all over the place. Then, the Lone Wanderer came. He cleared the place out of raiders. About three years later, the Lake Federation came in and completely cleared the place out of everything. LF citizens came in and now inhabit the city. Home to the Lake Federation Military Command. The city is home to about 5000 people.

Alex looked at the security camera. "Damn! They are trying to enter the elevator!" Alex grabbed a Marksmen Cabine from a dead guard and loaded it.

Sergeant Fredrick

"Fredrick, the is LF Command, our president is trapped inside of the penthouse, relive him please." Fredrick hung up the line. Around 400 LF troops were advancing toward Arcadia.

"Sir, open fire?"
"Oorah private. DEATH TO THE GP!!!"

The 400 LF soldiers began to fire their weapons. Many GP soldiers were dropped. "ADVANCE!!!"

Harris

"SIR LAKE FEDERATION SOLDIERS OPENING FIRE ON GP!"

"Keep calm, they won't fire at us if we don't fire."

Harris walked over to Fredrick and tapped him on the shoulder. "Holy [censored]! Mutie!"

"I'm a friend, i'm here to help."

"Whatever you say mutie, charge in and wipe them out."

Harris ordered his 100 mutants to charge. They all had rebar clubs or baseball bats. The remaining GP outside of the gate were mopped up the LF and mutants.

Mieux shrugged. "The elevators? They can hardly dent the doors outside the hotel, but it's good to see the cavalry arrive. If Snowe is smart, he'll sign the treaty." Mieux looked down into the city in the area Snowe was held up in, their command tent visible from the height. He was very nervous, now was the moment that decided if Snowe would allow more of his mens blood to be shed, or surrender and be a man who can admit defeat. Mieux was tired of the blood, he just wanted it to go back to business, and to get all these people out of his penthouse. He hated all these people being in his 'sanctuary' at once. "Mr. Scalatti, when this is all over. You and I have much to discuss so don't go to far." Mieux said, talking over his shoulder.

Empire Radio

Todd: "We have new breaking news. The Lake Federation has just sent soldiers to help Arcadia. Hans is on the scene."

Hans: "Holy [censored]! I just dove into cover because the Lake Federation just opened fire!" Sounds of bullets near. "The GP outside of Arcadia are dropping like flies." Bullet comes very near. "[censored]! Those LF are good shots!"

Todd: Alright, so how many LF are there?"

Hans: "I'd say about...HOLY [censored]!!!!"

Todd: "We have children listening........"

Hans: "Mutants! Around 100 are charging toward the gates...."

Mutant: "HERE'S ONE!!!"

Hans: "No! You have it all wrong!!!! I'm no GP!!"

Sounds of blood and flesh flying all over the place.

Todd: "Heh heh, we are having technical issues, umm." Whispers to crew to put in some music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3gsPBTmbRo&feature=related

Alex walked over to the radio and turned on the radio. He changed the station to Empire Radio. "Don't worry Justin, I won't go far. Besides, i'll probably stay the night here anyways."

As Alex was saying that, a rogue bullet bounced off the outside wall and almost hit Alex. "Damn, those Federation soldiers don't have the best aim!"

"Perhaps they dont, but, we're safe here in the penthouse. My cozy little home. Three floors of personal paradise." He continued to stare out the window, though now he had a glass of wine in hand. "Well, that's enough staring, I think I'll enjoy some executive golf." Mieux grabbed his putter again, putting gently on the ball, in the penthouse, it was soundproof, pulseproof, bulletproof, and fireproof. For Mieux, it was a paradise, his little womb. He had everything he needed here. "No worries Alex, soon this war will be over, and peace can resume." Mieux was always paranoid people would never appreciate his little home. For him, a man of pre-war stature and birth, this was a bunker in the sky. But for a waster, it was either a luxurious reminder of what once was, or it came off as to technologically advanced and cushy. But in the end, he didnt care, this was his world. Arcadia was his 'pet project'. His rebuilding had be succesful to a point. Now he merely wanted peace to continue.

Sutler paced about the room, he paused momentarily to light a cigarette before continuing his pacing, he cursed under his breath.

What am I doing? Sutler thought angrily.

"So Miuex, what are your plans for the future?" Sutler asked, emoting as best as he could.

"My plans?" Mieux asked, his arrogantly confident voice spoke, "My plans for the future are the past. Rebuild America as it was, as it SHOULD be. Capitalism, baseball, men being workers, and women being beautiful." He hit the ball into a hole. " Gauss Project is in my way, don't worry, apart from 1 or 2 Vertibirds I'll be adding to my arsenal. You'll get every last bit of tech they hand over, or at least the tech you want. Weapons don't interest me, architecture and money do. Mieux pulled something out of his pocket. A green wad, a wad of one hundred dollar bills. "It's funny Sutler. Back in my day, men killed and robbed for this, and yet, now, it's junk. To me, I think 'payday', but to the common man now, it says ' salvage'. Mieux scoffed, throwing the wad on the table carelessly. "In anycase, after some delicate economic reconstruction, I will make New York City a place of economic and technologic vision. A place that rivals The Institute." He casually hit the new ball he placed before him on the mat. "You see, despite my finding these new generations of kids today being uneducated and unmotivated, I realized their importance as the blastfurnace to my rebuilding. The Gauss Project stood in my way. And with Snowe either signing that treaty, or those Federation troops whiping him out, he will no longer stand in my way, The Enclave will have more breathing room, seeing as I have no interest in fighting your men." He took a sip of his scotch and sighed contently, "No Mr. Sutler, my plans for the future are bright as the stars at night." He smiled, his cold and calculating eyes planning multiple future projects.

"An admirable goal I suppose," Sutler concieded, even if he didn't care. "All I want is the security and safety for my people... for now. As you are aware, the affairs of your kind do not concern me, and, so long as I am President, they will never concern the Enclave. The Enclave must survive, it is all that is left, for me anyway; my desire to save it is more than my own Semper Fi, the Enclave will be what I am remembered for, the Sutler dynasty, from the birth of the Enclave and almost to it's death, we've been there, but now it's all over, my liniage is over, the Sutler's will end in 10, 20 years depending on how long I can be useful. There is a tradition amongst the Sutler's Miuex, we never die, at least, not in the usual sense; we remain on this Earth for as long as we please, and when we feel we've done everything we need to do, acomplished all there is to acomplish, we euthenise ourselves. We die as we live, on our own terms; and soon it shall be my turn to cheat fate, to defeat existentialist universe itself..."

Sutler sighed deeply and almost instinctively reached for a glass of scotch, which of course, wasn't there.

"The Enclave will serve as the Sutlers' final canticle, I'm just wondering if the Enclave's salvation might out-live me, they're are still things I need to acomplish, mistakes which need to be rectified and a the greatest shame of the Sutler's, which I caused, something of which it is impossible to find out how long I have, a terrible event which may be the final thing I do because mark my words I will have his..." Sutler stopped and cursed, he had revieled the nature of his shame. "I need time."

Lamina Squad

Director Snowe had ordered men to come from all corners of the North East coast. With that, they mustered a force of at least 800 soldiers strong. Each one capable of taking down ten men. The GP in Arcadia were surrounded. Lamina squad was brought in to destroy all resistance.

The squad marched across the block, smashing concrete with each step. They were armed to the teeth with Gatling Lasers, Mini-guns, and one even had a Fat Man with 3 mini nukes. Lamina headed towards the surrounded area and fired their heavy weapons. Hundreds seemed to fall from nowhere as the squad kept pushing towards the tower, even firing a mini nuke along the way, decimating a part of Arcadia.

The GP and Arcadia were stalemated at Justin's tower. Each one boasting similar powers.

Director William Snowe

Byron approached William in his tent. "Sir...we're at DEFCON 1. Give me full control of the bunker...I can and will win this."
William sighed. Giving Byron control of the bunker would mean the generator overload will happen in not 43 hours but 20 hours as the strain of reactivating the Securitron data banks, which was spared in the pinch detonation, took its toll on the generators.

"No...no. I will win this without sacrificing the lives of the people."
"Sir...you can't be serious. These people are cattle to you! They were cattle to all of us!"
William started to the door. "Can a Shepard not love his sheep?"

The GP soldiers kept firing at the endless hoard of enemies. William hooked up a megaphone to Arcadia and spoke into it quietly but firmly. "Mieux, call off your troops. For once, just end this war. You have 42 hours left. When that clock hits 32 hours...one side will become victorious. Are you willing to gamble that your side will be victorious?"

OOC: A mini-nuke cannot destroy a well built building, let alone decimate part of a city :D

Alexander Scalatti

Mieux, call off your troops. For once, just end this war. You have 42 hours left. When that clock hits 32 hours...one side will become victorious. Are you willing to gamble that your side will be victorious?"

Alex began to laugh, so hard he fell to the ground. "Haha thats a good one! Ha ha hah aha aha!" Alex was crying from the laughter.

Alex was gasping for air as he began to stand up. "Justin, ask him how he knows that at 32 hours, he will be winner?"

OOC: Alright I'll fix it.
Director William Snowe

William could hear Alex laughing in the background. "Haha thats a good one! Ha ha hah aha aha!"

"Justin, ask him how he knows that at 32 hours, he will be winner?" William tapped into the speaker system and smiled. "Because in 10 hours, if my men can't take Arcadia. We will launch the rocket artillery."

He watched as New Manhattan pushed back the incoming fight to their land. There was very little to do as New Manhattan slowly became more and more a city and less a battleground. Arcadia was being pushed back after the disruption with Nikov's squad and the Lamina squad.

Sutler was sitting across from Mieux, and then Mieux leaned his head forward and spoke softly to Sutler. "I told you, I make my own luck, and consequentially, I have made yours as well, you see that painting over there?" Mieux said, pointing to the portrait of his long passed away girlfriend, her eyes sad but graceful."If I touch it on the diamond ring, it reveals a hidden elevator secured by blastproof doors, when you use it, it only goes to two floors. This one, and a floor far below the city. Just before the war, I purchased four Metro cars and bought the station under the hotel, it can only be accessed from here. It is my final ace in the hole should all else fail. It takes you to an old, bunker, I purchased it from the US Army, above it is an old hidden base, was used to test Vertibird prototypes before the war. It's concievable one of the models there is unstable but functional. We can all escape there and get away. It was meant to be one of the minor president bunkers, but when he fled west to safety, they didnt need it anymore." He raised his head back up in a more audible tone, "In any case, they say the evils of men outlive them while the good is forgotten, its best to be known for lesser good than greater evil my friend. But before we go, I have to take care of that baboon down in my city.

Mieux spoke over the PA system calmly, " Of course I can, My whole life has been a game of Roulette, the wheel ever spinning, but the question is, where does the ball land? I'll tell you, it lands on my color." There was a silence in the street. In another play of ruthless disregard when he wanted to win, Snowes tent on the far opposite end of the main street began to rumble. And soon after, the street near Mieux Hotel all the way to Snowes tent erupted into delayed explosions. Mieux had rigged the street with Mini Nukes long ago for just such an occassion, if the explosion did not kill Snowe, it would surely knock him out of the game with a quick one two punch. The explosions dust cleared, his camera high up showed the tent in shambles, Snowe lying on the street. Mieuxs heart leapt with joy, Snowe finally dead. He noticed Snowe managing to still get up, albeit wounded. "HOW. HOW DOES THAT FOOL SURVIVE?" He calmed himself, his voice over the PA system again, "Tsk, Tsk, Tsk, it would seem you just don't know when to die. Yet, I can't help but smirk, even when you and I die in the meltdown, I want you to think, you threw your wifes life away all on a power conquest. Unless you call this off. You call off this war now Snowe, and I will let any man belonging to the GP to walk freely, and I'll send a full supply of food with you to your new settlement. Snowe, stop trying to play hero. Your outnumbered 15:1, yo're citizens no longer believe in you, and your near dead. My terms of surrender for you were more than fair. Be a man and admit defeat."

Sergeant Fredrick

The explosions ripped Snowe off the ground. Many GP soldiers were killed.

"Finish them off!!!" Fredrick jumped over the trench. Many soldiers followed suit.

Alexander Scalatti

"Damn.." Alex said as the explosions ripped the street. "That was quite the fireworks show."

Todd Beneke was yelling all sorts of news. "Arcadia is bombed...Snowe dead!" All Alex cared for was the music. Alex then got what he wished for. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eO6PpD-tRLU

Alex adjusted his tie and fedora. "Mr. Meiux, you sure had lots of defenses in place."

Mieux grimaced, "Don't be cocky. Snowe isn't dead, the man survived the explosion. I SAW him survive. I don't know HOW that man survived, but he did." Mieux's face was contorted angrily.

Sergeant Fredrick

"Sir, Snowe is still moving, over there."

Director William Snowe

The mini nukes detonated in William's tent. He was barely injured due to the power armor but it did knock him off his feet and killed about 10 soldiers guarding him. Thankfully, the Snowe Personal Guard were nowhere near the tent.

William radioed Justin again. "You're a dead man Mieux. As I speak, my artillery is going to bomb Arcadia to the ground. If you want Arcadia to survive...you must permit me to take all technologies. You don't and I surrender? I overload the generator and blanket Manhattan Island with radioactive fallout."

"Haha, look who's crawling now. You murdered my wife you bastard, during the attack on Laketon, I should kill you right now [censored]."

William spat at him before smiling. "You're hopeless. All of you Federation are hopeless. Fall over and die."

With those words, ten guards aimed their rifles at the Federation. "Drop your weapons."

"Drop your weapons."

The other two soldiers dropped their weapons and put their hands up. Fredrick slapped his head. He pointed his gun at William.

"I recommend that you drop your weapons, or you're precious Lenin here will be executed like all commies should be."

Nova Spy Unit

The unit successfully infiltrated to Arcadia's sewer system. They were close to assassinating Mieux.

Director William Snowe

William sighed and tapped his leg. It was a subtle but noticeable signal for the soldiers. They fired on the squad as William ran to cover as fast as he could, erratically moving to avoid being targeted. He took a deep breath and watched the rocket artillery start to open up.

In a couple minutes, the fate of Manhattan island will be decided. William wanted to leave but he couldn't let Arcadia get the technology or hurt his people. William hooked up his megaphone, this time to the bunker.

"My people. You are no longer part of New Manhattan. In a couple minutes, if Justin Mieux allows us to take all technologies with us, we will go to Long Island by means of Vertibird and boat. If so, I am honored to lead my children, you, to prosperity. If Mieux doesn't allow it, I will allow everybody to leave and sink Manhattan Island in the ocean. Director Snowe out..."

OOC: Manhattan will NOT be sunk. New Manhattan will ALWAYS Be the main city of this RP.

Fredrick

Fredrick was filled with lead. Rachel, I love you. Fredrick aimed his pistol and shot one GP soldier in the head. Fredrick then fell over, dead.

Alexander Scalatti

Alex sighed. "He is willing to sink Manhattan? He can't do that. You have millions of tons of steel and concrete, its not possible."

Alex sat down at the open chair and lit a cigar. "Well Justin, I guess we're trapped here, William is going crazy, and I might never see my wife again."

Empire News

Todd: "Well, William has gone loony. HE is now saying that he will sink Manhattan Island! Idiot. I bet he can't even change a toilet paper roll. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoKn7vkSMBc

OOC: I know. It's a threat. Nothing more. Oh and I'm giving up control of New Manhattan in favor of a new city, Stamford.

Director William Snowe

William sighed as he went down into the bunker. After careful consideration, he would give control of New Manhattan to Mieux. But of course, not one SINGLE piece of technology will go to their hands. He would make sure of that personally. Before going into the bunker, he ordered every single troop to fall back to the Vertibird docking zone.

The bunker was in an uproar. Not in a riot sense but the people there were getting anxious about the war. William approached the podium and the entire bunker fell silent. Even the councilors who were all behind him, fell silent. William tapped on the microphone. "My children...we have tried time and time again to protect our way of life..."

He paused for a moment before speaking again. "But we can no longer sustain ourselves in this...city of dogs. Therefore...we will grab every piece of technology we can and load them on the Vertibirds, boats, caravans, and APC carriers. Every citizen will be assigned a caravan and will be very dimly protected to act as though we do not have technology.

Our destination? Stamford. The city wasn't directly hit with the nuclear warheads based on satellite surveillance but 200 years without maintenance has made many buildings fall apart. We rebuild there. And from there, we will reclaim what is rightfully ours! Not Alex Scalatti, Justin Mieux, the Enclave...but us!"

The crowd looked perplexed as William continued his speech. "Rig the place to blow and rig the Ivory Tower. Get EVERY SINGLE file and blueprint...and make sure to bring the Plasma Lamp. Our top priorities are the plasma lamp and the blueprints. Then is the weapons, power armor, and radio broadcast computers. Finally, if you can manage, get as many Securitron carcasses as possible."

Everybody began to work tirelessly and very soon, the entire bunker was stripped of all movable technologies. Most importantly, every file and blueprint was theirs, no backups made. As they were being loaded secretly on the vehicles, on destination for Stamford, William smiled. Justin wouldn't get the technologies, instead the bunker would blow up as if the generator really did overload.

Captain Nikov

Every soldier ran towards the bunker and Vertibird docking station in New Jersey. Nikov's squad was also in that frenzied rush. They ran into New Manhattan and went to the docking station to Jersey.

It would be perplexing to every soldier when suddenly, everybody was running for their lives to New Jersey. Nikov and his squad all managed to get to the docking station and not a moment too soon. The 100 Vertibirds already were about to take off to Stamford. Nikov caught up to William, who was at the docking stations with Sonia.

"Sir, what's going on?"
"We're leaving New Manhattan. Our bunker will be detonated once every citizen reaches the somewhat intact city of Stamford and I'm giving control to whoever is stupid enough to go there."

Sonia stood quietly as she radioed the Don. "Don...we're leaving New Manhattan for Stamford. Stay away from the bunker. If you meet Alex, tell him that the detonation was a generator failure..." She cut off the radio as the citizens of the Gauss Project were assigned a caravan as they slowly made their way to Connecticut.

About 2000 civilians were taken to the massive city of Stamford. The remaining all had to stay behind for the time being. They took residence in the rural areas for now, all waiting to make the trip.

OOC: Its impossible to move 6000 people like that. (I'm assuming 2000 died during the bombing.) You could move maybe 2000, probably less. I don't want this to divorce anymore from reality.

Alexander Scalatti

Alex let out a cheer. He threw his fedora in the air. "Yeah! We win! The Commies are retreating!" Alex ran over to John and hugged him.

John smiled. "Well, we won, hook me up to Lake Federation command."

Lake Federation Command

Horatio was sitting nervously in his chair in the command center. "Damn, hows John doing?"

Then, one of the officers let out a big grin. "Sir! The GP is falling back! We won!!" The entire command center erupted in a loud cheer.

Horatio hooked up to John's line. "Good job Mr. President, so what are we going to do now?"

"Get me a helicopter, we can discuss later."

Alexander Scalatti

Tedd Beneke was clearly happy. "We won! The commie bastards are leaving! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t314wo05ElII

Alex picked up his fedora. "Well, lets enter New Manhattan and rebuild, we can loot the Ivory Tower at least."

OOC: Alright, I added the part. The remaining civilians will take residence in Jersey, specifically the farms. For now. When the city gets big enough to support all those people, they'll move. Until then, they're just going to be staying there, doing nothing.

Director William Snowe

"Brother! What the [censored] are you doing?!" His brother Adrian yelled as William got on the Zodiac-1. William waited on the V-1. The remaining Vertibirds all carrying either soldiers or technology took off to Stamford. William looked at the bleak sky before smiling. "It's time to cut our losses. We have the tech, we succeeded in Project Gauss and we failed Alpha Omega. Once Stamford is up and running, we can retake New Manhattan. Don't you see brother? I succeeded in Project Gauss. That's all I ever wanted."

Adrian shook his head and climbed in the V-1. "Brother, you're a much more capable leader than me...but please reconsider."
William chuckled in response as he watched the APC transports also move to Stamford. And then finally the caravans of regular citizens. It would be about a day before everybody made it to Stamford. From there...the Zodiac empire could begin. With its roots in Robco and its current position in New Manhattan, it would be many years but the citizens of the GP would finally have some place to truly call home.

William watched as people started for New Manhattan. The Ivory Tower and bunker were primed to blow. William made sure that both their flotilla and the people were far enough away. He radioed Alex and more specifically, the President of the Lake Federation.

"Watch out. The generators aren't completely shut..." He cut off the radio.

With a flip of the switch, the Ivory Tower flashed a brilliant blue before the entire interior of the tower was trashed with a powerful pulse bomb. At the same time, the massive explosion in the bunker didn't do any damage at all to the surface of New Manhattan, but the bunker caved in on itself, destroying everything in the bunker.

"Did you like my fireworks Mr. Scalatti? Consider that my goodbye."

There was only one more loose end to tie and that was Justin. He radioed Justin. "Mieux, I leave New Manhattan yours. Do what you wish, just remember to send in some food. We're more than willing to pay for it."

He touched down at the ruins of Arcadia at the same time the other Vertibirds did. Then soon after, the APC carriers arrived. Of course, they had to wait hours on end for the civilians to arrive with their caravans. The ruins of Stamford wasn't very much ruins at all. Many buildings stood strong. Almost nothing was in ruins. It was more of a ghost town if anything.

William was drawn to the largest standing building, what used to be the One Landmark Tower. He pointed towards it. "That will be my new HQ. The Zodiac Tower...has no ring to it does it?"

OOC: That makes no sense Dark. You REALLY need to pay attention, the generators are inside the tower, and the tower is sealed by blast doors. So I'm just going to pretend that your little generator stunt never happened.

Mieuxs voice rang through the radio, "The PURPOSE of surrendering military technology was so you wouldnt raise up an army again. but, no matter, this whole affair was merely business. In the meantime, the damage you've caused here will be repaired, and the generators in New Manhattan are still humming along nicely, courtesy of my siphoning some of my cities excess power to them. And once things are back in order, the money will continue to pour in. As to the food, I made a promise to President Sutler, if you hand over any expendable high end tech, I'll give you a large quantity of food, roughly one hundred and fifty crates, free of charge. That said, your caravans will be permitted through here, anyone from your military who wishes to reside here will still have to file the proper papers of course, but, when all is said and done, I shan't pursue any vendetta against you, so long as you do the same. But, before you go, I think a ceremony is in order. Land in front of the towers, and bring a few platoons of your troops as well." Mieux then announced over the cities PA systems, "Attention: All soldiers, be you Gauss, Lake, Enclave or Arcadian, please head to the main street before the tower. Thank you."

The city was flocking with activity now, a day after the whole fight, Mieux had called in every leader of the factions involved, massive colors filled the main street as each respective settlements soldiers in uniform stood side by side. Sutler and Scalatti were on the stage, he didnt know where the Don had gone to, Snow had already landed, and the massive blast doors of Mieux Tower had just drawn apart. Mieux stepped outside, wearing a black business suit with a red tie with white stripes, his hair neatly oiled back. The ceremony was nothing fancy, just a microphone on a small platform. Mieux said something to Snowe that was unaudible to the soldiers "Thank you for coming Mr. Snowe." He shook Snowes hand in goodsportsmanship. He then stepped up to the microphone and cleared his throat. "Today was a day that will not be forgotten, for two days, hell has been unleashed upon New York again. Fire has scorched Manhattan, artillery has been launched on Arcadia streets. But, worse than these weapons of war, lives have been stopped, worst still, lives have been lost. But, I ask all of you, not just the soldiers, but everyone who is hearing this, to think what your personal grudges truly mean, if they are truly worth the pains it causes. To you soldiers, all of you, you have all fought valiently. You defended a cause you believe in. It was a cliche to say back in my day, the days before the bombs, but they always said that the soldier who didnt come back was the true hero, not because they said they'd die for their belief, but because they DID die for their beliefs. Whether you men be white, black, men, women, ghoul, it won't matter when you're dead. Death is death and bears no prejudice. So I ask you all to drop any hostility you feel towards your rival counterpart and begin anew, focus your energies elsewhere, not in your personal hates. Thank you, do any of you other gentlemen have anything to add?" Mieux asked, smiling and looking to the leaders behind him.
