Mieux looked at Sutler, his face impassive, "It was the first time I've ever seen a feral Mr. Sutler. No wait, second, I forgot about the one we captured in the small Army Outpost in the ruins of New York City. Also, you have to admit, this thing looked like he was dead. But of course, to me, anyone who's lost their humanity are dead to, just in a spiritual sense. But a part of that man must remain, I heard it utter 'SPY!' at me. This makes me want to do research on their brains. Er- In any case. I need to get back to this Mr. President." Mieux's fingers clicked on the slightly rusted keyboard. He accessed the files, digging through them, Mieux said aloud to himself as he read through things, "Military secrets, soldier progress reports, etc. Wait, what's this?" He clicked on the down key to a small barely noticable period that was on the lower left corner, 'Clever, a modified software client' as he opened it, the screen read 'WARNING: This file is locked under order of the United States Government. Unauthorized Access is punishable with a $500,000 dollar fine and 10 years in federal prison.'
A small screen loaded 'Please enter your government issue password, General.' Not knowing the password, he instituted the hacking program. This would normally be easily, but the government modified software was a little tougher to crack. He smirked as the file opened, the file loading on the screen reading it to himself.
'General Adams,
Your base, being recently finished, is the perfect place to put a nuclear warhead silo, in the meantime, we will ship one nuclear warhead to the base, the missile will be dissassembled in three parts on three semi trucks, which will immediately be assembled in the silo, which is sealed by a presidential access lock. Note, only you or the presidents handler will have a key to said silo. As well. The password to activate missile launch is the password 'Patriot Designation Shanghai' the Coordinates are predetermined. Be advised general. You are NOT permitted to alter coordinates without the President (Acting or in office) of the United States.
Signed,
Office of the President of the United States of America'
Mieux looked, eyes wide, "Miss Fairfax, radio President Sutler, this is an emergency." She looked to him and said dutifully "Yes, sir" and she inaudibly radioed the President, and within two minutes he was in the room, Sutler obviously was expecting something stupid, "Mr. Sutler, I was serious about the emergency part, read that terminal there." He got up and invited Sutler into the seat and couldnt help but wonder how Sutler would react when he finished.
OOC: The nuclear warhead is still volatile, but whether it's still able to launch is up to alex. I'd like it to be ABLE to launch, but not so someone can conveniently fire it and destroy Manhattan. But I myself have enough faith in everyone not to uber something like that in.
