Mieux looked symptathetically at Sutler, "And what do you think I've BEEN doing Adam? I don't look down on anyone, I just wanted to give you a taste of your own medicine. Look down on a Wastelander, thats fine, but look down on me? I was educated in one of the finest institutes, ran myriads of small branches of RobCo, and I was a minor celebrity in my day, I was considered a War Hero, don't you dare look down on me Sutler." He noticed he was getting tense and he calmed himself down a bit and heaved a sigh, "You might congratulate your boys for stomping on a radroach, but do you know what I got for 'exemplary service to my country'? A bit of painted metal that didnt mean a damn to anyone in Washington. No, the government then was much more icy to it's soldiers than you are. You displine them. Uncle Sam pissed on us." He then said in a relating tone, "Sutler, you and I are sympatico. We love our men, but we aren't soft on them. And what for? Because we both know damn well a soldier WANTS praise from their superiors. It boosts their morale. Don't tell me Richardson was a good man, I heard the radio broadcasts between the Enclave troops and his personal orders. I heard his indifference to his soldiers beyond his false patriotism. You and I both know damn well we have the heart and iron will to do what it takes to rebuild America." He kicked a small piece of cracked step corner with his shoe then looked back at Sutler and said gently, "I don't care how much you may or may not hate me, but when you're near me, at least play ball. It's a neccasary business relationship to rebuild the America I knew, and the America you two knew about. Alex, thats why I want you to be my replacement soon. When I retire to meager leisure in the Penthouse. YOU'LL be Mieux, and I? Think of me as your Consigliere of sorts." Mieux hiked his pant legs up a little and stood up, "Well gents, enough reminescing, time to get this mess done. I don't know what may lie ahead."

"Agreed," Sutler said humbly, he was still too shaken though he managed a slight scowl; he smoothed his wet hair back as neatly as he could and flattened his moustache before replacing his cap. "We're all doubleplusgood? Fine, lead on Mieux, I'll radio my boys topside, we've printed a new passcard for the Presidential lock, I wonder what is behind it?"

"Well gents, enough reminescing, time to get this mess done. I don't know what may lie ahead."

Alex reached into his black suit and pulled out a 9MM pistol. "What? I thought I packed a Tommy Gun! Oh well, I guess that this will have to do."

Alex reloaded the pistol. After doing so, he took of the resperator. He took a deep breath. "I guess that my lungs are adjusted to this gas."

Mieux unholstered the old 10mm SMG he pulled from the guard out, as the reached topside, an old, battered US flag fluttered faintly on a flag pole, a derelict office building, the nearest building to the guard booth, various military jeeps and cargo trucks parked and stopped on the street. Mieux stopped them, "What's that?" he asked, hearing a faint ticking behind them, it was barely noticable. He looked behind them to the direction they just came, "Alex, your pipboy, give it here" Mieux said, pulling Alex's arm to his face. "It's picking up Non-lethal radiation levels, it wont infect us from here, but it's best we don't move from this spot yet. "Mr. Sutler, message your men to come, and deploy three radiation suits for us, the troops neednt worry, as you well know, their power armor is superior to a mere radiation suit." He looked around nervously, Whatevers in that storage facility must be something POWERFUL to be giving off that much radiation. And if it's pulsing that much radiation, ferals are bound to be drawn to the area. They may look scrawny, but scouts indicate their a tough cookie to crumble. It's best we wait for Sutler to do his part. You ready to call them in?"

Alex checked his pip-boy and sure enough, Mieux was right. There was a slight radiation presence in the area. Alex reached into his pocket and took out a package.

RAD-X! FIGHT THE RADS!

Alex opened the package. He grabbed a pill and swallowed it whole. Alex handed the open package to Mieux. There was still several pills in it.

"Mieux, you should probably take this Rad-X."

"Mr. Sutler, message your men to come, and deploy three radiation suits for us, the troops neednt worry, as you well know, their power armor is superior to a mere radiation suit."

"Yes of course I know that," said Sutler, unsure as to why Mieux felt the need to be condecending; Sutler pulled his Wattz radio from it's pouched and held it to his ear, he walked away from Mieux and Alex and covered his mouth whilst he spoke to make sure that they couldn't hear him.

"Charcoal this is Angler, Omicron is cleared to approach, require three radiation suits, one standard issue and a pair from pre-war supply, understood? Over."

"Copy that Angler, Stagecoach ETA in 20 minutes. Charcoal over and out."

Sutler replaced the radio and turned to Mieux and Alex. "Right gentlemen, twenty minutes we got to wait before the verti' gets here with the suits and support. If we're out of the radiation I suggest we hold tight until the bird get's here."

OOC: Sorry, Spent all morning playing NV, it's now 2:41 P.M.

"Agreed" Mieux said, he sat on the stairs, looking down at the chainlink doors that marked the first series of doors down to the train they just left. He then from the doors to his fingers, checking them abesntly, thinking about what various goods he'd take to Arcadia, in truth, whatever lie in wait behind those sealed warehouse doors on the otherside of the complex Mieux could care less if it was filled with 1,000 GECKS, to him, the various vehicles, old terminals, those were of value to him. He'd gladly let Sutler jsut take whatever was in that storage building. "Well," he said aloud, "I think we should all stick together when the troops arrive, this place is foggy, which could mean theres something none to friendly lurking around. Sutler, if there isnt a spare set of armor for you on that chopper, we should go inside the Base office. It isn't inconceivable we could find a small handful of body armors. It's always good to find protective gear, no matter what kind." He looked at Sutler and Alex, "What do you two think we should do first?"

OOC: Adam, if you have non power armor then I could wear that, but Mieux was never trained to wear power armor when he was a soldier. He wore standard combat armor.

It's always good to find protective gear, no matter what kind."

Sutler laughed his merciless laugh, it was often all he was capable of and made the scene uncomftable. "Please Mieux, I don't require any kind of armour, if I did I would be wearing a suit of Enclave armour," Sutler said still grinning. "I am an officer of this United States Army serving a temporary tenure as President until voting can begin, my uniform will suffice for all missions, this of course being the exception since we require radiation suits." Sutler paced after Mieux. "Do you have any idea what we shall expect in this place Mieux? I am in particular hoping to find servicable vehicles here, an incredible amount of strain is being put on VEM '596.

OOC: I assuem you will be deciding what the contents of the whole base are, I have no problem, infact think of this a suggestion.

OOC: Maybe the base has some crazy power armor or some advanced tech. We should decide before actually opening the doors.

Alexander Scalatti

Alex turned toward Justin. "Whatever is in that building, we should wait. For all we know, there could be a pack of ghouls ready to rip us to shreds."

Alex swallowed another Rad-X pill. "This stuff is nasty, but so good for you." Alex said as he grinned.

Alex was in a business suit. Not the best armor. Ghouls will rip me to shreds in this stuff.

OOC: I've already had an idea on it. I've had an idea of it being an old Nuclear Warhead on a large carrier truck, hence the feral ghouls being drawn to the area. But I don't have much an idea of what we could do, really, the idea is more an awe factor, coming face to face with one of the relics that caused the world Fallout is in, but Mieux doesn't care beyond wanting to know what's in it. So if Sutler can find a way to take it away, he's free to take it.

"Don't rightly know what to expect. Possibly with the radiation, I'd imagine it to be ferals-" Mieux cut himself off as he listened through the fog, the soft chopping sound of the Vertibirds rotors drawing closer. "Well alright, looks like the troops have arrived. Now that we have the troops here, we can get our suits. Alex held out an arm and held Alex back, "Nope, don't get to close, let Sutler do his thing. Enclave troops are finicky about unauthorized personnel being near their transports." Mieux stood there, watching with his left hand in his pocket, his right clutching the SMG warily, not on the Enclave, but Mieux hated unknown factors, and this base was a large unknown. He looked at Sutler giving orders to the small squad, inaudible to them do to the blades still humming. "Hm, must have said something about deploying gear, since the troops are pulling out supply crates." He noted to Alex. "Alright, let's don our gear." He said, opening the box brought near, putting the oversized radiation suit on. 'Excellent' Mieux thought to himself 'this means I could likely put on a combat armor chest plate, assuming I find a suit here of course.' He flicked the speaker on the hermetically sealed suit, his voice filtered. "Alex, when we get inside, turn on the flashlight on your shoulder, outside it's bad, bright light only thickens fog." He wondered what exactly Sutler was saying, likely saying about how 'if they try to take whats in that building, kill 'em' Mieux grinned in his suit, his mental voice making a mock of Sutlers barking commands about how that tech will be theirs. It wasnt malicious, it was more a childish mockery. He then straightened up as Sutler approached, "So, let's start off in the office, we may find some manifests, that could give us an idea of what to find." He walked towards the building, he could hear his rubber boots squeaking. He furrowed his eyes in annoyance, 'ohhhhhh, I am going to HATE this trek' he thought frustratedly, he hated that sound of squeaking with each step. It was barely noticable, but still, it bothered him.

Sutler turned around when he heard the glorious sound of the vertibirds blades pounding the air; noticing where she was going to land, Sutler held onto his cap and marched smartly to the spot to greet his troops. Major Kong came out first and saluted Sutler, he was followed by Lieutenant Fairfax, there was a loud clunk barely audible over the sound of the rotors as the seals on the cargohold doors opened and Fairfax began to pull out several Enclave crates. Sutler motioned the now disembarked troops around him.

"Alright Gentlemen," he said loud enough for everyone to hear. "It is imperative that we secure anything of value here. If Mieux and the other offer no resistance then we obviously do nothing, if I want you to hold them up for whatever reason then "Atlas" is the trigger word. Understood?"

"Yes sir Mr President,"Kong replied. "We hear Atlas we stick 'em up and tell 'em to back off nice and slow-like."

"Affermative, now take the crates over there and issue them their radiation suits."

Sutler geared up in a white radiation suit whilst Omicron Squad supervised Alex and Mieux getting into their civilian issue radiation suits; once he had donned his suits and put his belt back on, he drew his pistol and approached Mieux.

"Alright Mieux, you know this place better than anyone present, what's the plan?"

"So, let's start off in the office, we may find some manifests, that could give us an idea of what to find."

Miuex and Alex were leading with Sutler and Lieutenant Fairfax with the rest of Omicron squad covering the rear and checking rooms they passed for hostiles. Sutler noted the squeaking of their inferior radiation suits.

OOC: I read the posts piece by piece and repsond to each in turn, I was writing about Sutler talking to his troops and then I read that you had basically predicted what I would say.

Alex took a look at the suit. "No way am I putting that thing on, that thing has to be more uncomfortable that vault suits, and those things are pretty damn uncomfortable, especially if you wear them every day for half of your life."

Alex eventually was forced to put it on. After stuggling with it, he managed to fit into it. He placed his fedora on the top of his suit.

As the Enclave entered the building, Alex followed, paying close attention for anything. Then, he noticed something, he picked it up.

KEYCARD

"Hey guys! I found a keycard!"

Empire Radio

Todd: "Heya Empire Wasteland! Its me, Todd Beneke, ready to talk about things.

Alright, in recent news, Rivet City council members have ordered the ending of all shipments from the Lake Federation calling them quote "A disgrace." This has to be over the trader quota debacle recently. Lake Federation officials have apologized for the shipment of radiated water.

And in other news, those NCR scouts I reported about, the Lake Federation has jailed them for "crimes against nature and the Enclave." They fought extradition to the Enclave, but failed. They are being sent soon.

Now, for my personal life. Do you Tex Beneke? Famous Sax player and vocalist? Well, I'm related to him! I just found out through records. To bad I can't sing, because if I could, I would.

Mieux pressed open the doors of the old HQ, a loud creaking as he opened the doors. His feet crunching on dust and glass. When his eyes adjusted to the interior, he saw an old US flag hanging on the wall, worn by time and moths. "Ah, Old Glory, you still stand true, even when the bombs bursted." He said dreamily to himself, 'huh, I guess I still have a little patriotism left in me after all' he thought humorously. "Alright, let's try not to stray to far from the group, let's sweep these rooms." Mieux walked down the hall, entering the office labeled in faded letters on the panes 'General's Office'. He opened the door, looking around carefully. "Christ, this place is a me-" He stopped, a corpse on the floor, in a ragged uniform, "So, that's why this place is so empty, riots AND death by radiation poisoning." He got down and started to pat the corpse of the general, "Let's see what you have on you old man." he said softly, he jumped across the room when the body stirred. "FERAL" he screamed, pulling out his 10m SMG and pulled the trigger, a 'click click' noise, yet no firing. his mind in a panic 'So this is how I die?' The feral inching toward him, he could swear he heard it shout 'SPY!'. Right in the nick of time, a black form jumped in front of him, smacking the feral with it's Laser Rifle in the face. The black form turned and said to him in through a filtered voice, "Are you alright sir?" said the power armored troop. "Y-Yes, I think so. Thank you so much ma'am." He calmed his nerves a few seconds and sat in the torn chair of the general. "Wait!" He said, his voice still shaking slightly, "Stay with me, this terminal may have the information we need. Having worked for RobCo before the war, he knew just how to hack this terminal now all he needed was a little time to dig through the memory banks.

Liam "Starrk" Conners a.k.a. Black Cat/Unlucky 13 - Port Neptune - Slums

As Liam reached the center of the alley two people jumped from the shadows. At the same time three more appeared from the rear cutting off all escape routes. Liam looked at the group of would be muggers and was easily able to discern that they were jet addicts looking for a fix. The lot of them were filthy, frail, and their raggedy clothes barely fit. Makeshift weapons shook violently in their arms indicating drug withdrawal.

"A-A-Alright...y-you h-hand...ov-ve-r-r..that...sack...a-a-an-d-d-d...all...yo-o..ur..cap...s...o-o-or-....else!" the lead mugger yelled as he swung his chain.

"You lot caught me in a good mood today! I'm gonna forgive ya for interrupting my tune but you'd better clear outta by the time I count to three."

"One."

"T-There's...o-onl-y-y one..of...you...an..f-fi-v-v-e..e...of...us."

"Two."

The female addict standing next to the leader grew tired of waiting and charged nail board high above her head. Liam drew the colt on his right hip and fired two rounds into the woman's chest removing her from the fight.

"W-What...the..hell..man! You s-said...you'd..c-c-count...to...thr-r-r-e-e-e...!"

A wry smile crossed the young man's face. "I lied!"

Liam drew his second colt and spun to face the attackers that were behind him. As Liam turned one of the addicts let loose a roar and charged while wildly swinging a lead pipe. A single round erupted from the colt penetrating the man's skull sending blood and brain matter across the alleyway as the man's body collapsed to the ground. The remaining pair now scared turned to flee but before they started to run they were cut down by . This left the leader who was now thoroughly terrified. Dropping his chain the man started running from the alley hollering at the top of his lungs. Liam raised one of his colts and opened fire on the fleeing addict. The first bullet caught him in the leg which slowed him. The second struck the man in the back causing him to fall to his knees. The third missed the fallen mugger and disappeared out of the alleyway. Liam slowly sashayed down toward the wounded addict who was yelling curses as he tried to crawl away. Liam got in front of the man leveling his colt at the man's head. The man looked up preparing himself for the end.

"It's a little late but you should know never to cross a black cats path! It's nothing but bad luck!", Liam said as he pulled the trigger.

"Ach! Now I've got blood all over my favorite jacket. Hopefully somebody will be able to clean it for me.", Liam exclaimed as he walked out of the alley whistling once more.

Leon "Eclipse" Graves - Port Neptune - Jarl's Lab

After his successful meeting with Jarl. Leon wanted to check out Dr.Moffet's progress on a crashed vertibird that had been discovered in the Capital Wasteland several months ago. The jeep rolled down the streets towards the mad man's lair.

"Boss. Do we really have to go visit that sociopath? I don't want to be part of one of his weird experiments."

"Don't worry Vincenzo, I've got him far to busy to allow any of his personal projects."

"I still don't like it, boss. That guy gives me the creeps."

"Fine you can all wait in the car, not like I need any of you protecting me anyway. Oh and for the record Moffet's a [censored] but he's a freaking genius."

The car's occupants then fell silent as they rode on.

Director William Snowe

"But they're not even near us right now. Plus, I heard they're having trouble functioning as it is. Don't fret over problems that we don't have Director. I can assure you we'll deal with any problem that we may have. If you're so inclined however to pursue this; I'll issue some posters that encourage signing up to the New Manhattan Defense Force, as well as get some factories up and running to supply us better." he informed. "As there is no immediate danger, and NCR will have hell to go through before they even get a scout here; we're safe." he finished.

Lyn added to it. "I disagree with your predictions. With as strong as the midwestern Brotherhood of Steel got, they will delay the NCR's expansion by 20 years minimum, if not stop it completely. Also, from what I've heard, the NCR is spread extremely thin, which makes me suprised they can expand anywhere. I predict that we may see NCR scouts soon, but an actual NCR fighting force will take much longer, possibly 40 years. Even in 20 years though, my deathclaw nest alone will have expanded tenfold, and with some modifying to their social structure, it can grow many times more. When the NCR get here, if they ever do, they will have one hell of a fight, and that is even assuming they WANT to fight."

William sighed. "In 40 years...who's going to care? Famous words from many leaders who have died."

But they had a point. In 40 years, all of New Manhattan was going to be under one banner. And whoever that leader may be would be stronger than any NCR force.

He nodded and gave Frank a formal bow and left the diner back to his Zodiac V-1. On the way back, William and Sonia started to fall asleep from the gentle patter of the propellers.

"Little bro, check out the new rifle! It's pretty sweet." Adrian said as he shot a GCR(Gauss Cannon Rifle) as it ripped through a test subject's head. William simply smiled, used to the violence of the world.

"Give it here!" William exclaimed as Adrian held the GCR for him. Another test subject, shivering and scared was dragged in as the scientists hooked up wires once again to the GCR. William fired and again, the subject died. It was just a game, killing random test subjects. No feeling and no remorse. No such thing was ever instilled in any member of the Snowe family.

The scientists all clasped their hands. "Alright! General Adrian and General William, you two may go about your day. Very good training session!"

Both brothers walked along the area before Adrian spoke up amongst the pretty big crowd of people around the Atrium. "William, when you become Director...make sure, whatever happens up there in Manhattan Island, promise you don't [censored] up, okay?"

William smiled devilishly but nodded understandingly. He headed to the Director's chambers. "Mom! Adrian said a bad word!" He yelled out loud as Adrian started to chase him around the house. It seemed like this would never end. Life, family, and above all, peace amongst the civilians.

Mayor Frank Vercelotti - Dukes Diner

"In 40 years...who's going to care? Famous words from many leaders who have died." the Director uttered and left without another word, followed by his wife.

The Mayor then turned to Lyn as the waitress brought the plates of steaming food for both of them. "He didn't seem to thrilled to hear our logic." Frank mumbled, casually swapping plates with Lyn so that the steak was in front of her instead. "So, where were we?"

Sutler was feeling warm beneath the perspex canopy of the radiatoin suit, Mieux was leading the way; the team had entered a room of office cubicles when Mieux paused to check a body, it was dark in there so Sutler would later forgive Mieux for not realising he was searching an awakening ghoul. Mieux had stumbled backwards from it when Fairfax swung her plasma rifle at the ghoul and sent it backwards clutching at it's jaw which was barely hanging on, she followed that up with a punch to the face, knocking the ghoul to the floor, and finished it off by bringing her armoured boot down on the creature's face. She then turned back to Mieux who was regaining his posture.

"Are you alright sir?" she said gruffly, she couldn't help but find it strangely ironic that the most powerful man in Manhattan had almost being kiled by a lowly ghoul.

"Y-Yes, I think so. Thank you so much ma'am." He said, his voice slightly shaking out of nerves it seemed to her.

Sutler approached Mieux from behind and passed him his water canteen.

"Be more careful next time Mieux," Sutler said, equally as emotionless. "It may not sound like much but..." Sutler thought for a moment, trying to think of the right words to express himself. "I would prefer to conduct any deals with you than the mafia." Mieux was approaching a terminal and requesting protection, Sutler turned around to his men.

"Omicron this facility appears to have been comprimised, these less-than-humans can still pose a threat to a single trooper if he is overwhelmed, split into twos and cover any entrance's to this place. You Jefferson, put a round in every corpse we come across, aim for the legs though in-case the torso holds something valuable."

Mieux had almost met his end there, Sutler mused for a second and walked off with Kong to check the room for anything else of value, in front of them Jefferson and Wilkins gaurded a door which led to a seemingly endless dark corridor, Sutler pulled them aside and said so only they could hear.

"Got an idea, just in-case, should Mieux or Alex be in danger and I feel at the time it will be of some use I will use the trigger word "Apate", this means you are not to assist either if they are in mortal danger. This will most likely never happen but it is better to be safe than sorry, Wilkins pass the word to the others. Wilkins saluted and went to find the other perimeter gaurds whilst Sutler and Kong remained to cover Jefferson.

"In all honesty," Sutler said still hushed. "I'm suprised that the other agreed to beig out-numbered like this, it was most peculiar of Mieux to suggest it and not request some kind of limitation, he knows what I, we are."

Alexander Scalatti

Alex picked up the keycard and scanned the massive room. Most of the doors were covered in rubble, but there was one closed door on the other side of the room. Alex slowly walked over to the door.

He reached out and tried to turn the doorknob. Locked, damn. Maybe the keycard will open it. Alex reached into his pocket and pulled out the keycard. He swiped the door's lock, and lo and behold, it opened. He slowly walked in. It was full of unlooted bliss.

"I think I found a jackpot here!"

Alex opened another door with they keycard and found an office, but he was not alone. A medium sized figure ran out of the darkness.

"GHOUL!!" Alex shot the feral in the chest. As he walked over, he noticed a card on its body. He picked it up.

TO ACCESS MY TERMINAL: WHAT IS MY FAVORITE COLOR?

Alex slowly walked over the room and noticed that every single file in the room was purple. He walked over to the terminal, and when it asked for the passcode, he typed in purple.

ACCESS ACCEPTED

The terminal displayed several messages, but one caught Alex's eye. It was the open lock one. Alex pressed it. Then, the entire building began to shake. A large grinding sound, almost like a vault door, but much louder was heard. Alex covered his ears.

Mieux looked at Sutler, his face impassive, "It was the first time I've ever seen a feral Mr. Sutler. No wait, second, I forgot about the one we captured in the small Army Outpost in the ruins of New York City. Also, you have to admit, this thing looked like he was dead. But of course, to me, anyone who's lost their humanity are dead to, just in a spiritual sense. But a part of that man must remain, I heard it utter 'SPY!' at me. This makes me want to do research on their brains. Er- In any case. I need to get back to this Mr. President." Mieux's fingers clicked on the slightly rusted keyboard. He accessed the files, digging through them, Mieux said aloud to himself as he read through things, "Military secrets, soldier progress reports, etc. Wait, what's this?" He clicked on the down key to a small barely noticable period that was on the lower left corner, 'Clever, a modified software client' as he opened it, the screen read 'WARNING: This file is locked under order of the United States Government. Unauthorized Access is punishable with a $500,000 dollar fine and 10 years in federal prison.'

A small screen loaded 'Please enter your government issue password, General.' Not knowing the password, he instituted the hacking program. This would normally be easily, but the government modified software was a little tougher to crack. He smirked as the file opened, the file loading on the screen reading it to himself.

'General Adams,

Your base, being recently finished, is the perfect place to put a nuclear warhead silo, in the meantime, we will ship one nuclear warhead to the base, the missile will be dissassembled in three parts on three semi trucks, which will immediately be assembled in the silo, which is sealed by a presidential access lock. Note, only you or the presidents handler will have a key to said silo. As well. The password to activate missile launch is the password 'Patriot Designation Shanghai' the Coordinates are predetermined. Be advised general. You are NOT permitted to alter coordinates without the President (Acting or in office) of the United States.

Signed,

Office of the President of the United States of America'

Mieux looked, eyes wide, "Miss Fairfax, radio President Sutler, this is an emergency." She looked to him and said dutifully "Yes, sir" and she inaudibly radioed the President, and within two minutes he was in the room, Sutler obviously was expecting something stupid, "Mr. Sutler, I was serious about the emergency part, read that terminal there." He got up and invited Sutler into the seat and couldnt help but wonder how Sutler would react when he finished.

OOC: The nuclear warhead is still volatile, but whether it's still able to launch is up to alex. I'd like it to be ABLE to launch, but not so someone can conveniently fire it and destroy Manhattan. But I myself have enough faith in everyone not to uber something like that in.

Sutler marched into the General's Office unsure what to expect, he highly doubted that any kind of serious "emergency", at least in his sense of the term, existed by Mieux had taken it upon himself to inform him which could only mean that it would affect us both.

"What is it that you called me in here to see Mieux, it had better be damn important I'm trying to conduct a sweep of the area."

"Mr. Sutler, I was serious about the emergency part, read that terminal there." Mieux got up to offer Sutler the seat but Sutler brushed it aside with his foot and instead leaned over the terminal, before he started he looked across at Mieux.

"You will kindly refer to me and my personnel by their proper and well earned titles Mieux, you signed a treaty and will therefore comply by respecting my authority, if there is some title you require then say so now."

Sutler peered over the terminal and read in his mind though silently mouthed the words as he went along; the constant flickering of these pre-war terminals caused him to squint something terrible.

'General Adams,

Sutler slowly recoiled from desk and straitened his back before turning to Mieux, "So this bunker holds a nuclear weapon?" Sutler said slowly as he began to pace with his hands pressed behind his back. "With pre-determined co-ordinates too... a damn shame, it would prove an excellent weapon provided it could not be matched. I am sorry but this was the emergency? A nuclear weapon which we cannot use currently and is in our hands," Sutler trailed off. "Well we'll she about that," he finished

Whilst Sutler had not betrayed his thoughts on his face he was infact weighing up the possibility of which he considered a more satisfactory target, to close the book on Navarro which had not self-destructed, Sutler was sure of that as he was one of the last to escape. Perhaps to destroy the capital of the occursed NCR which he knew was somewhere between the Vaults 13 & 15 or perhaps to indulge in personal fantasy even more by... no, he would do that in person, one day.

OOC: Whoops I forgot that Alex. Also, The silo is to the far end of the complex. We still have to go back outside and explore the base before we stumble on it.

Mieux tilted his head in a shrug, his face unseen due to the visor. "Now, it doesn't say that Mr. President, it simply says that this 'General Adams' wasn't permitted to do so. And theoretically, since you are acting President of the United States, you could greenlight coordinates changes. Considering that there is radiation leaking in the base, it's likely it's casing has been cracked, so that'd have to be repaired first before use. But, my education and expertise is terminals and robots, not nuclear science." The floors started shaking as Sutler was about to speak, Mieux looked around out the door and saw Alex holding a keycard, Mieux sighed and looked at Alex sternly, though his face unseen. "What did you just do Alex?"

Alexander Scalatti

"What did you just do Alex?"

Alex looked at Justin and dropped the key-card. "Umm, I think I just opened the silo......."

NCR Rangers-Detroit

The two NCR Rangers were tied to a chair. The entire room was dark except for one light. A man in a trench-coat and fedora walked over. He lit a cigar as he sat down.

"Alright [censored]s, tell me everything you know, what do you know about the Enclave?"

The older ranger was the first to speak. "Ahh, Navaro, I was part of the attack that burned an Enclave base down to the ground......."

The man in the trench-coat slapped him. "Alright, thats enough, you will be extradited to the Enclave in three hours."
