Alexander Scalatti

Borgia turned and made his way to the door. He placed his hand on the knob. Before he turned it he realised he knew nothing of the job he had promised to carry out. "Mr Scalatti, how do I get to this Ghoul High? Is there a boat service? Also, you say the place is infested with raiders. Will it be a certainty that I will run into some? I do not wish to sound weak, but I have men working on Salvation Beach, and would like to draw away as few as possible.

"Well, Ghoul High is located in Queens. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=Queens&bav=on.1,or.&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=Queens,+NY&gl=us&ei=1uZqTdzPB4H_8AbP0J3gCw&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=image&resnum=1&ved=0CCwQ8gEwAA Once you reach La Guardia, follow Grand Central Parkway. Then head toward Whitestone Expressway. Take the crumbling exit for 20th Ave. Ghoul High will be about three miles in."

Alex lit another cigar. "There are tons of raiders, its not a certainty, but almost likely. Stay off the main roads, always travel in the alley ways. If possible, don't even walk on the roads I told you about, just follow them."

Mieux smiled sheepishly, then spoke into the microphone, "I believe that can be arranged." And disconnected immediately.

Within the hour, a pearl white Vertibird with Arcadia's emblem styled gold stencil swooped in on the Graves' Casino. Two troops in T-51b power armor and R-91 Assault Rifles slowly walked under the Vertibirds swift rotors. Ten men with guns charged to the soldiers, obviously expecting trouble, one of the power armored troops spoke through the filtered helmet, a female, "We're here on orders of Mr. Mieux. We are sent to escort Mr. Graves safely and securely to Arcadia. Please, come tell Mr. Graves to come with us. He may only take two other men, but we were told a Super Mutant is coming, so only one other may come with Mr. Graves." After a few nervous glances, a guard went inside the casino, and after twenty minutes of silence, save the rotors of the pearl white Vertibird, a mutant and another man, presumably Graves, came forward. "Mr. Graves, a pleasure sir, we're your escort until we get to Arcadia, please, come with us sir." Escorting the two, albiet the mutant had a little trouble fitting in, into the Vertibird. "Alright Pilot, we're ready for take off." The man, in an old US Soldiers dress uniform, turned his head, a microphone over the side of his head. "Roger that. We're taking off and destined for Manhattan Island." The same female from earlier removed her helmet, her complexion beautiful, but carrying the air of a hardened soldier, "Don't worry Mr. Graves, Arcadia has two Vertibirds, both of them are very well mantained for all uses, and Mr. Mieux ordered an especially thorough inspection of the Vertibird sir, you'll be safe as houses while in Mr. Mieux protection." The Vertibird fluttering by the world, the windows showing passing scenery of the ruined wastes, the radio in the passenger area, picked up Arcadia News Radio after about ten minutes, indicating their nearness to Manhattan.

The Vertibird softly leaned back as it landed on the Vertibird Pad on top of the Arcadia military base. The rotors soon ceased. The woman soldier got out first, a young man approached her quickly, saluting before her. "Colonel Doughtry ma'am. " She gave him a polite salute back, "At ease lieutenant. Refill the Vertibird, and check her for any clogs in the system." She then turned to the Vertibird, flipping a switch to let down a set of stairs, a newly installed feature for Mieux, his troops, and his V.I.P's. As the mutant and Graves descended them, she shook Leons hand firmly, "Welcome to Arcadia, Mr. Graves." She then pointed to a tall building across the street, "In case it wasn't made obvious on the way in, that big tall tower there is Mr. Mieux's residence, as well as where his guests and the hoity toity reside." She put her oak toned hair into a pony tail, "One more thing, Mr. Mieux sent word to let it be known to take your time to wander our streets, Don't worry about your mutie friend here, we arent biggots" she smiled and walked on towards the door, stopping and turning, "Oh, and Mieux says you have a two thousand cap tab in the city, you're free to gamble in one of the casinos, browse the bazaar, or just lounge in our parks. Also, if you're into that sort of thing, there's a strip club on the far side of town, guys, girls, ghouls, you name it they have 'em dancin." She then left the two alone to do as they pleased, taking in the cities design.

OOC: to put in ideals of what the city looks like, imagine the cleanliness of Vault City, and the architectural design of Art Deco (If you don't know what Art Deco is, imagine Bioshock and the way Rapture is designed.

Mayor Frank Vercelotti

"Frank Vercelotti, send down Lyn Grave. We work for Director Snowe. NSU, Unit Nexus, 551239," came a monotonous voice from the Mayors personal radio.

Frank stood and contemplated for a moment. Wait, if she's not going alone, I have nothing really to be concerned about.

"Alright. Since you have the Directors men, plus your own little army I think I won't really be of any use. Plus, I might have some work to do over at the office." he stated. "I'll come to see you off though." the Mayor decided, grabbing all his things before leaving the room to join Lyn at the elevator.

Lyn Grave

Lyn simply nodded at Frank's response. Lyn and Frank rode down the elevator together. When the door opened at the bottom floor, she led him outside to see a GP unit waiting for her. She gave a quick bow to the units.

"I'm ready to go. My deathclaw alpha male is waiting outside the gates of Arcadia, and we will need to transport him as well. Also, a ghoul, Gramps, will also be accompanying us. He is waiting with the alpha male. If you have no objections, we can leave immediately."

Mayor Frank Vercelotti

Frank accompanied Lyn down the elevator and finally outside the building where a unit of Gauss Project soldiers stood in waiting.

"Ah, Gauss Project. Haven't seen any of you guys in a while." he said, striding forward and patting one of the men hard on the back cheerfully. Plopping a cigar into his mouth, he wrapped an arm around the soldiers shoulder and pointed at Lyn. "See that lady over there?" he said. "She may be like wildfire, but you take good care of her. Capiche?"

Returning to Lyn, he gave her one last passionate kiss before waving her off. "Take care of yourself." he yelled, as he himself began to make his way back to his office, hands in pockets.

Today seems like a good day. he noticed, passing by several happy Arcadian citizens, and eventually reaching New Manhattan under the clear blue sky. The wreckage below was a severe contrast to the serenity of the sky. Chem dealers, prosttutes, and junkies roamed the streets among innocent citizens and seemed just as happy as ever. Violence was at an all-time low in New Manhattan, and for this Frank was incredibly proud.

Home sweet home. he smiled, however not for long as he remembered the promise he had made to Mr. Mieux. Dammit, I told him I'd regulate chem distribution. he winced, taking another drag of his cigar. Many people cheered and shook hands with him as he finally made his way up to Mayors Office.

OOC: Martyr first of all Leon is at his estate Graves' Spire in the center of Port Neptune. Also in my last post I said Leon needed a bit of time before being whisked off to Arcadia but I can go with the flow. Though can you change the amount of time it took to get to Port Neptune to about 3-4 hours please.

Leon "Eclipse" Graves - Port Neptune - Graves' Spire

"I believe that can be arranged." Mieux concluded before disconnecting.

Leon satisfied with his achievement now had to gather the assembly for an emergency hearing. He also needed to get in contact with "Archangel" and "Oracle". Before he started to work Leon collected a bottle of nuka-cola from the liquor cabinet he kept behind his desk. As he nursed the sugary beverage Leon activated his intercom to page the Suns down in the lobby.

"Boss, what can we do for you?", a voice chirped.

"I need all members of the Sun council to be found and asked to meet in the ninth floor boardroom for an urgent meeting. I also require "Oracle" be found and sent up to my office at once."

"Me and the boys will get on it right away, boss.", the man responded before severing the connection.

Leon drink in hand rose from his elegant office chair then walked over to the window which he stared out of for some time. After emptying the bottle of cola Leon tossed it into the waste basket beside his desk. Leon then pulled the concealed walkie-talkie out from underneath his jacket. Turning on the contraption Leon drew the receiver to his mouth.

"Archangel this is Eclipse. Do you read me? Over."

The device was silent for quite a while before a nearly inaudible voice came on.

"I read you loud and clear Eclipse. What do you need? Over."

"I require a status update on your progress to operation Pop the Weasel, over."

"We are about a mile away from the mission coordinates. Awaiting your orders, Eclipse, over."

"How many Suns are shining, Archangel? Over."

"Forty-six Eclipse, over."

"Then operation Pop the Weasel is a go, over."

"Understood Eclipse, Archangel out, over."

With that the walkie-talkie went silent just as Leon's intercom came to life.

"Boss, all council members currently in Port Neptune are present. Oh and the big guy should be up to see you in a minute."

Striding over to the desk Leon responded.

"Very good." Leon said as he released the call.

Taking a seat Leon waited for "Oracles" arrival. It wasn't long before heavy footsteps could be heard emanating down the hallway.

Borgia Manus - CApone

"Well, Ghoul High is located in Queens. Yes, there is a boat service, but it can take you only as far as Flushing Bay, or the Poppenhusen Institute. Once you reach La Guardia, follow Grand Central Parkway.

"All right, Alex. Thanks for the job, then. I'll report back once the job is completed, assuming I don't get lost." Borgia turned the knob and made his way out onto the busy casino floor of the casino. After passing through and entering out onto the Central Square. From there he traced his way back to the wall of New Manhattan. He exited through a gate and found his raft floating on the river bank. Back I go.

Salvation Beach

Once he returned back to Salvation Beach, Marie was in the midst of cooking dinner.

"A raider," she explained. "The bugger is still screaming in the pen so we tied him up and blindfolded him. We weren't sure if we should kill him or not."

"Have Dom put the man out of his misery." Borgia paused. "Which camp is Dom in?"

"C, Borgia," Marie replied.

"No!" Borgia looked over and saw Old Charles climbing to his feet. He was clutching some human flesh in his hands. "You're making too many changes around here, Borgia. I say we revert back to Father Glen's ways. Glen always had the person left alive, to preserve the flavour. I've been in Salvation longer that you were born, son and--" Borgia reached into his boot and he procured a hidden blade. He then grabbed Old Charles by neck with his right hand and pressed the knife against it with his left. "I killed Glen. Now things go as I say. If you wish to contest my leadership old man, by all means." Old Charles simply stared at Borgia in shock.

Borgia released the man and turned back to Marie. "Now this whole thing of camps being categorized by letter is foolish, and much too confusing. It is also clear that there is not enough meat for the whole camp to eat, we are eighty bodies and we feast on one Raider's arms and legs. I assume that it is only one camp who eats the flesh per night? If so, draw up a schedule, using the new names of the camps, of who eats what night. And have the scavengers place particular attention to finding us food so we may eat when we cannot feast on flesh."

Marie nodded and scurried away to do as told. "Anton!" Borgia yelled. Anton ran from a nearby tent. "We have a job to do. I think a ghoul such as yourself will enjoy it."

Antium Delta Force&NSU Nexus

The NSU got hold of Lyn. "Ms. Grave, we have specific orders from the Director himself...you'll be leading the Delta Force," Nexus 1 said as they started to leave. Frank started to talk to the Nexus squad.

"Ah, Gauss Project. Haven't seen any of you guys in a while." he said, striding forward and patting one of the men hard on the back cheerfully. Plopping a cigar into his mouth, he wrapped an arm around Nexus 3's shoulder and pointed at Lyn. "See that lady over there?" he said. "She may be like wildfire, but you take good care of her. Capiche?"

The unit bowed still keeping their apathetic face on. "Absolutely Mr. Vercelotti. Our Delta Force has been prepared for cross continental missions after news of the NCR force 7 years ago...and even more so after the recent capture of their scouts," the leader said. Frank pulled Lyn into a kiss and then the NSU squad took Lyn to a Brahmin caravan.

They walked until they headed towards the Vertibird specifically reserved to them. The NSU squad gestured Lyn on and Sonia was there to greet her. After salutes were over, Sonia smiled. "Good to see you again!"

OOC: Sorry for what may be character controlling but using more than one post about walking boringly for 3 miles seems redundant. If you wish, I'll change the post.

Lyn Grave

Lyn followed the unit. As they made their way, Gramps and the deathclaw alpha male caught up with them. Gramps already had Lyn's anti-material rifle, plus his 12 gauge slung over his shoulder. Lyn took her sniper rifle, that Gramps was holding out for her. As they got near the vertibird, the troops gestured her forward, where Sonia was waiting to greet her.

"Good to see you too, Sonia. I'm not sure a deathclaw will fit in there, though." Lyn said as she gestured to the vertibird. "I hope William mentioned that we needed transport for the deathclaw alpha male too." Lyn said with a sigh.

OOC: I'm thinking about writing a Fan Fic about Alex's early years after leaving the vault. It would clear a ton of fog about New Manhattan's history.

Alexander Scalatti

As the man left his office, Alex walked over to the office bedroom. He would sleep here every so often.

He walked over to the wall, and felt around for a second. He pressed on the wall, and the wall opened up, exposing a locked door. He unlocked it, and pushed the door open. A large ball of dust escaped the room. Inside the room, was racks upon racks of holotapes and pre-war memorabilia.

He walked over to a rack on the left and grabbed a holotape, titled, "Accentuate the Positive." On the same rack, was a Vault boy bobble-head. In fact, Alex had a full collection of them. There were rare Nuka Colas, including limited edition ones, there was some Sunset Sasparilla. There were army posters, clothing, and some stuff gleamed from Museums.

Alex walked out of the room and locked the room. He walked over to the locked staircase in his office. He walked up to the control room and handed the technician the holotape.

"Play this."

The man nodded as he placed the holotape in the machine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5WtigK_lrs

Sonia Snowe

"Good to see you too, Sonia. I'm not sure a Deathclaw will fit in there, though," Lyn said as she gestured to the Vertibird. Sonia looked and smiled. "I hope William mentioned that we needed transport for the Deathclaw alpha male too." Lyn said with a sigh.

Sonia smiled as she watched a massive unarmored personnel carrier, about big enough to carry a Deathclaw and a cage was placed neatly, secured with straps inside the carrier, dig up dust and other debris as it slowly stopped in front of Lyn with five regular soldiers in it. "I'll be going on the Vertibird. William's insisting on it...he's so worried," Sonia sighed. "We'll link up in the base camp north of Old Olney. ETA...oh I'd say about five or so hours depending on what you encounter on the road. But we have rocket launchers," She said, giving a peace sign.

She boarded the Vertibird with the NSU squad and before the soldiers took Lyn to the carrier Sonia smiled apologetically. "Sorry about the mess!"

Director William Snowe

"Your wife's being tracked right now. The Vertibird is programmed to land at the base camp, ETA 2 and a half hours. Is this really necessary?" Byron asked. William nodded and left the Zodiac Tower to the balcony, overlooking the city on par with Bridgeport.

"There's a reason why I chose Sonia to lead the operation. She'll only cause emotional grief to me if she's lost in what I'm about to do. The Federation is moving fast and hard, cracking down on our settlers in the West. We'll be causing small rallies and rebellions against the Lake Federation using NSU sleeper cells. Then later, we'll blow this into a full scale revolution. Now relay that message to every sleeper cell in Detroit.'

Leon "Eclipse" Graves - Port Neptune - Graves' Spire

The doors to the office revealing the immense form of a http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs45/i/2009/083/3/a/Marcus_by_dEAd_MiMe.jpg entering the room. The mutant strode over to where Leon sat stopping just in front of the table.

"You desired to speak with me, Graves."

Steepling his fingers Leon looked thoughtfully at the super mutant.

"Orac-"

"I'm sorry to interrupt but could you please use my real name. We don't need to use those silly codenames you came up with."

"Fine, Garret. I called you here to see what you know of a Justin Mieux, the man reeks of pre-war knowledge which just happens to be your specialty.

"That's a silly misconception, Graves. Just because I existed before the bombs doesn't mean I'm guaranteed to know something and unfortunately that name is foreign to me. I am curious why you would query me about this Mr. Mieux, was it?"

Leon handed the mutant the correspondence he had received before filling Garret in on the discussion he had with Mieux.

"Interesting I'm surprised you even made contact knowing how kainotophobic your organization can be. How do you plan on swaying them?"

"Simple. It is in Port Neptune's best interest which means it's in their best interest. This deal gives us new trade partners, allies, and perhaps a few advances in technology we might have never been able to acquire."

"I believe you are making the correct decision regardless, Graves. A stagnant beast afraid to make changes are a breed that goes extinct. For example the Brotherhood of Steel out west are still set in their ways and they are paying a hefty price. The Enclave is also near the brink though they are like a cockroach, hard to stamp out permanently."

Rising from his seat Leon walks over to the door.

"While this has been an enlightening meeting we should head to the boardroom to talk things out with the others."

The strange pair then traveled down the hallway until they reached a door that said in gold embroidery Conference Room A. Entering the room all eyes were on Leon as he strode in Garret by his side the entire way. Leon took a seat at the head of the table while Garret stood in the back corner out of sight until he was needed.

"Greetings, assembly."

"Good afternoon, Mr. Graves."

"I see that several faces normally gathered at our meetings are not here though I must admit this was an emergency hearing."

"No disrespect, Graves, but what are we all doing here?", Hector Carrillo spat.

Leon looked at the man a look of indifference on his face. I should have known Carillo was going to be trouble. Sparing his life six years ago was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. That man will never get over that Jacobes incident.

"Fine, Carillo. I called this meeting to discuss a message that was sent to me by Justin Mieux of Arcadia to the south."

Instantly all of the assembly members began chatting amongst themselves. Leon called for order several times but his voice was drowned out.

"Graves, called for QUIET!!!", Garret roared silencing the rooms occupants.

Unfazed by the mutant's shouting Leon picked up where he left off.

"I won't go into all the details but this Mieux wishes to establish trade with Port Neptune in exchange for an alliance and fair trade with Arcadia. He's even offered to construct a port on Manhattan island under our control."

Carillo began to chuckle. "I thought this was some meeting of real importance. You really needed to call us together to let us know you told this...Mieux to go to hell! As the Suns don't deal with people near our territory."

"He and I are going to be discussing terms fairly soon."

All eyes in the room focused on Leon as each board member sat in a state of shock. The room remained silent for several minutes before Carillo spoke up.

"I should have known and it only took six years for you to show your true colors, Graves. This man doesn't follow the old ways we did business. Feni-"

"Fenix was a disgusting slaver who turned his back on the creeds this organization holds dear. I strive to be a visionary who leads the suns to new prosperity. We can't continue to ignore our neighbors and expect to be left alone because we have allies should one of the other powers of New York decide to attack. This treaty could be the start of something new for this group but if we continue like we have how long will it be before we become like the Enclave or the Brotherhood.", Garret nodded his head with a smile at that last remark.

Leon knew he was talking out of his ass but the more he said the more he began to agree with his argument. Carillo was about to speak again when Leon cut him off trying to remain on the offensive.

"Don't think this treaty doesn't help us more than it helps Mieux or I wouldn't deal. Plus the man has spies in our region that will be recalled after our deal is in place. Unless one of you can find some other way to root out these espionage agents from our territory.", Leon concluded.

Garret beamed with pride as Leon spoke out and the wily old mutant could see that the young man's words were swaying a good deal of the people in the room.

He's learning., the mutant mused.

Everyone accept for Carillo had been convinced of the deals importance and had sided with Leon.

"Well now with the majority of the assembly in agreement I can call this meeting adjourned so I can prepare for my meeting with Mieux tomorrow.

As the board members filed out Carillo looked over at Leon hate written across his face.

"This isn't over, Graves.", Hector murmured as he stormed out.

Leon then left the conference room returning to his office. Activating his intercom he called down to the front lobby again.

"Boss, what can we do for you now?"

"I need someone to run over to Shining star Casino and send "Starrk" to my office.

"Right away, Mr. Graves."

Fifteen minutes later Conners entered the room.

"Don't sit Liam I'll make this meeting very brief. I need you to follow Hector Carillo and see what he's up to. I expect him to be gathering allies for a coup against me. Once you are able to find evidence of his treachery I authorize you take care of him and any conspirators who have allied with him.

Leon narrowed his eyes towards his friend. "Are we clear?"

"Crystal. If this joker is looking to put the moves on ya he's as good as dead." Liam replied before leaving the room preparing to go on the hunt.

"Good now all the pieces are in place." Leon said to no one in particular as he moved over to the window and stared out over his dominion.

OOC: Whoo! Long post. Anyway I'll make another post tomorrow about being taken to Arcadia Martyr.

John Fairfield.

Lake Force One landed on the tarmac to a cheering crowd, the new Laketon capital building right behind. The crowd crammed up close to the president.

One of the pilots opened up the door. John walked to the door and both of his hands. The crowd let out an enormous roar.

"People of the Lake Federation, our city WILL BE REBUILT!!" The crowd cheered even louder. "The damage is done, but the commies WILL NOT STOP US!!"

The crowd was waving Lake Federation http://www.50states.com/flag/image/nunst036.gif and chanting, "God Bless the Lake!"

Damn commies, always ruining everything, one day, I will burn Antium, I promise.

Lyn Grave

The deathclaw stepped inside the carrier and took it's place. Lyn and Gramps followed shortly after, wordlessly taking seats on one of the benches in the vehicle. As the carrier started to move, Lyn relaxed more and more, until she was asleep. She continued to sleep for the whole, mostly uneventful trip to Old Olney. Gramps shook her awake as the carrier came to a stop.

"Lyn, we're here." Gramps whispered to her as she slowly got up. Lyn stretched out as her small group exited the carrier.

NSU & Antium Delta Force

The carrier was opened up and the NSU force saluted Lyn. "Ms. Grave, welcome to Camp Alpha," The NSU leader of the area said in a very formal voice. Sonia ran towards Lyn and smiled. "You're just in time, we're about to attack Old Olney," she said as she turned around towards the base camp. It wasn't much to look at. Simply a row of tents perched on top of a rocky hill with soldiers running in and out of them.

"You're going to be leading the Delta Squad in. All YOU have to do is stick close and neutralize any opposing Deathclaws. They'll get the blue prints and your nest will have grown larger," Sonia said as eloquently as possible. "So just go down from the rocky hillside and go next to the Old Olney area, the Delta Squad will link up with you."

OOC: Ramendia, you can take control of the Delta Squad from entering the building all the way to leaving it. They'll meet up with you at the base of the hill.

Director William Snowe

William surveyed the Laketon area both with satellite and NSU cameras. "People of the Lake Federation, our city WILL BE REBUILT!!" Fairfield yelled. "The damage is done, but the commies WILL NOT STOP US!!"

He scoffed as the council members all scoffed as well. "It's as if the neighborhood gang just got their [censored]s handed to them. Loud idiot..." William muttered as he looked out the massive floor length window of the Zodiac Tower. "Thomas, you've been loyal to me to the end. Arrange a meeting with John Fairfield in Antium."

Thomas nodded and contacted John Fairfield using the radio communications relay in the satellite. "President Fairfield, Director Snowe would like to meet with you in the Zodiac Tower."

Leon "Eclipse" Graves - Port Neptune - Graves' Spire

Leon mentally exhausted retired to his suite on the tenth floor to get some rest. After changing out of his suit he climbed into bed where sleep quickly overtook the man. Some time later Leon was shaken from his slumber by a heavy knocking at the door. Upset at being disturbed Leon sat up and peered at the door a scowl on his face. The knocking continued which forced him to stand up and shuffle over to the door. Turning the handle Leon was quite aggravated to see one of his Sun security guards bothering him.

"What.", Leon yelled obviously in a foul mood.

"Uh! Well you se-"

"GET TO THE POINT, FAST!"

"Sorry, boss.", the guard stammered. "Two guys in power armor are looking for ya. They say their on orders from a Mr. Mieux to get you onto the veritibird they came on to escort you to Arcadia."

Leon frowned at the man. "Humph! Mieux just couldn't wait, I told him I needed a couple days to get things in order. To late now I guess."

Rubbing his eyes and yawning loudly Leon looked at the guard. "I need you to take care of a few things while I get ready."

The man nodded excitedly. "Whatever you need, Boss."

"Good. First I need you to find "Oracle and have him wait down by the entrance for me. Next I need you to get somebody to collect John Holmes from his estate and send him up to me. Finally I need you to get a crew to clean out one of the large unused offices on the ninth floor. Can you do all that...?"

"Right away, boss. Oh and the names Brandon, sir." The man said as he tore off down the hallway.

Leon promptly shut the door behind the eager young Sun as he walked over to his closet. Pulling out a https://www.gypsytreasure.com/images/Blue%20Pin%20Striped%20Suit.jpg After getting dressed and checking his apparel in the wall mirror Leon collected his antique pocket watch stashing it in one of his jacket pockets.

While Leon was admiring his appearance another person began knocking on the door. Opening the door Leon was glad to see it was John Holmes the brahmin dealer.

"I'll be brief John. You already know from yesterday's meeting I'm going to be visiting Mieux in Arcadia to sign this deal we came up with. I need you to hold down the fort in my absence."

The older man chuckled for a moment. "Sure, no problem, Graves."

"Alright. Well I better get going.", Leon said as he made his way to the elevator. Emerging from the lift on the first floor a minute later Leon found Garret chatting with some of the Suns in the lobby. The super mutant was sporting his custom made metal armor with a large cloak covering most of his body.

You ready?", Leon inquired as he sidled up to the super mutant.

"Of course.", Garret replied with a smile.

As the pair exited the spire a guard in black riot gear, and a trenchcoat holding an assault carbine halted the duo.

"Mr. Graves as I've heard of your plans to depart Port Neptune as head of your personal security I shall be accompanying you."

"I don't ne-"

"I'm sorry Mr. Graves but I got word from John Holmes acting head of Port Neptune not to allow you to leave without me."

Garret chuckled lightly to himself as Leon's contorted into a frown.

The trio then made their way onto the vertibird and after a short ride they had reached Arcadia. After landing and being informed of their tab Leon's group immediately headed off to Mieux's tower not ready to see the sights. Upon entry to the grand tower Leon asked the receptionist to page Mieux.

John Fairfield

One John's guards walked over with a phone. "Sir, you have call."

John grabbed the phone angrily. The entire crowd went into silence. One of the pilots secretly turned up the volume so that the whole crowd could hear.

"Hello?"

"President Fairfield, Director Snowe would like to meet with you in the Zodiac Tower."

The crowd began to laugh silently. "Are you an idiot? Really? Is your "director" mentally sane? Does he need a [censored] doctor? Yes, he does. Why would I go to a commie [censored] who bombed my city? I would rather burn him at stake! Go to hell moron!" John smashed the phone on the ground.

The entire crowd cheered.

Nikolai Tarkov-Hills around New Manhattan

"Commsiar, I see it! Its this huge city, destroyed yes, but the Russian Federation can prosper on it!" said a close friend of Nikolai, Vladimir Mederov.

"Da comrade, we will push in later today!" said Commisar Markov

The Red Army spared a Truck to transport the Twenty men who were under Markov. Rumors spread around the Company that Markov was shipped to Canada because of his rude behavior.

"Load up my comrades! Today, we find!" he said

The truck bumped around on the ride there, seeing dogs, cats, radroaches, and many other animals run around. Then, after two hours of the bumpy ride, it stopped at a collapsed sign saying

Welcome to N W Yo k

Epilouge: Alan James Sutler

The Enclave, under the guidence of President Sutler, gave up in the Empire Wasteland, it had quickly become a land of conflicts well beyond the scope of what the Enclave could effectively achieve. It was with a weiry heart that Sutler accepted defeat in this land and instead, once the Enclave had packed all of their gear and supplies, they left for Chicago, the city where, long ago, the Enclave had been founded. Sutler was the last to leave the Poseidon Headquarters, his possetions in a duffle bag over his shoulder in in the various pockets of his overcoat, he put the bunker into standby mode so that in a 100, 200 years the Enclave could return to finish their glorious work of putting everytihng right again.

The journey west was a difficult as that of 30 years ago to DC, but eventually the Enclave remnants were reunited at the birthplace of the organisation itself beneath the old Blackstone Hotel in Chicago. Upon arriving their however, Sutler met and old and distant colleague with a shared, shamed past. The now Captain Granite and the man whom has onc been under his command, former President, Commander Alan James Sutler, set of from Chicago back to their common goal. The town of New Arroyo was nestled close to San Fransisco, where 40 years ago, Sutler, Granite and the rest of the ECC had disembarked from the Posedion Tanker, all of them knowing that they had helped the man who had destroyed thier lives, and indeed their entire civilisation, escape justice. The same pistol in hand that had assisted in felling Frank Horrigan and ancient Mk I Advanced Power Armour clad, Sutler and Granite attacked the town of Arroyo, the NCR guards in town were numerous though they finally fought their way to what they assumed was the town hall.

The "Chosen One" of Arroyo was now as old as they were and clad in a jacket of Golden Gecko hide, not in the suit of stolen Power Armour from all those years ago. Sutler finally saw the face of the man who's eyes had haunted him for decades; they struck simultainiously, knocking the old man to the gruand before venting decades of rage into the husk with their power boots and hands. Little remained and what did Sutler finished with a plasma grenade, their would be no burial for this man. The pair, pursued by the NCR fled, Granite preparing to head back to Chicago before Sutler told hom he wouldn't be going, he had recovered a souviner from the Chosen One, the old Presidential Access card which the old man must have kept as a trophy of his wicked crimes. Sutler bid farewell to his friend after an explaination of what he intended to do before following the tradition of the Sutler's

Navarro, now being seen in the full light of day, looked so different from the battlefield it had last been, to wreckages of Vertibirds had been stripped clean, very little in the way of structures remained. Sutler made his way through the collapsing halls, past Sergeant Dornan's quarters, past the hangers, past Doctor Schribers's office... finally he found where he needed to be, the room housing the bases main computer, it still functioned somewhat. As Sutler prepared the self-destruct there was a piercing pain in his chest,he spun around as he fell to the floor to see a Ranger of the NCR standing above him, the Ranger went to finish him but Sutler, the reactions of the old gunslinger he was, came back for the last time, he shot the Ranger in the foor before finishing him once he had fallen over. Thankfully assisted by the power armour (otherwise standing would have been impossible) he reached up and activated the destruct, as he waited for the 300 seconds to count down he remembered all he had been through in his long life of seemingly endless suffering, but now that the blemish on his life and the Sutler record had been finally avenged and Navarro too was going to be put to rest, he finally closed his eye's and all faded forever...

OOC: This is my farewell post ladies and gentlemen, been a good run on this RP and has really added to the Sutler character, things which are now integral to the character (like serving at the battle for Navarro), the idea of him simply walking across the wastes thus being able to be in Navarro and later Raven Rock, that honestly never occured to me till I did this  so thanks all.

OOC:Sad to see you go Enclave, best lucks to ya

Nikolai Tarkov-Base Camp Alpha (Outside New York)

Nikolai tapped at the fire with a stick, he drank a cup of "Coto", a drink Canadian tribals drank. It was a mix of potatoes, dog meat, and water. He read a letter from his wife, Anastasia

Dear Nikolai,

I know you are probably knee deep in mud or fighting a bunch of cannibals now, but I just want to know that the kids are alright, and we have about 700 euro in the bank! That's amazing, isn't it? Well i believe its time to end this letter

With love,

Anastasia

He smiled as he read, his wife was beautiful. Then he looked out into the ruined city, then, something caught his eye in the barren wasteland.

New Manhattan!

<-------------- That Way!

The arrow pointed to the East.

"Commissar!" he shouted "Looks like our city is inhabited."

Mieux was idly fiddling with a model Corvega on his desk out of boredom, making it move back and forth on it's tires, when his Maitre'd called via the lobby phone, "Sir, your appointment is here to see you." Mieux stopped and picked up the reciever. "Er, right, send straight up, check them, as always, and have someone find Alex. I want him here as fast as he can get here, telll him to bring his wife too." He hung up the phone, and fawned over some income reports for the day, waiting the ten minutes it'd take for the two to be checked, then to walk up onto the second floor of the lobby to the fancy elevator. As soon as he finished signing off on approval for a New Manhattan relief effort, which was an attempt to give fixer and chemical detox to all who asked, the elevators doors opened, Mieux looked up to see Leon and the super mutant approaching.

"Ah, Mr. Graves, and, I'm sorry, you are Mister Garett I believe it was?" He asked, his head turning to the Super Mutant, he had never seen a live mutant face to face, but it didn't repulse him, he had never been a biggot, in his eyes, if it wasn't hostile, it was good enough. "May I offer you gentlemen a drink?" He waved his hand to the decorated cabinet on his right. Afterwards he lifted a finger in the meaning of 'one moment' and picked up the reciever, "Yes, have you found Alex? No? Ah, I see. Well, check his casino. Because it's important thats why." He gently placed the reciever back on the handle. "I apologize gentlemen, I'm under a great deal of stress, as well as my protege. I've been doing alot of paperwork, so I'm very busy at this precise time. At any rate, let's get down to business. Here is my contract I printed out, but think of it as a rough draft, if it is agreeable, feel free to sign it, if not, then we can renegotiate certiant clauses. I do hope this is more than agreeable for you and your friend here." He slid the paper across the desk to them, he then said, when you gentlemen are finished reading it, you're more than welcome to spend the night in Arcadia, see what I can offer Port Neptune, to show you I am a man capable of making things happen, I encourage you two to do so, then, if see anything you wish to discuss, we could work it into the contract.

' This contract is written under mutual agreement of Arcadia and Port Neptune and is to be abided by all future leaders of each faction unless both parties wish to rework this contract mutually.

A.The organization known as 'The Black Suns' is permitted to open portside casinos, untaxed by Arcadia, but is also to abide by the agreement of non-distribution of illegal chems, which falls under Jet, Psycho, Hydra, Turbo, unregulated Buffout, and Unregulated Med-X. This will also extend to any drug that does not contribute to the health of the user.

B. Arcadia is recognized as the sole business partner to Port Neptune in the Manhattan region, Arcadia is recognized as New Manhattan and Arcadia proper. This courtesy extends to Bridgeport as well, but bars Antium from deals beyond regular caravans.

C. In times of war, Port Neptune may either aide ony Arcadia, or should they so wish, remain neutral to the war so long as they are not attacked directly. Port Neptunes citizens engaging against Arcadia will automatically be tried as opponents to Arcadias expansion and thus are permitted to be tried with crimes against it's cause. In reverse, Arcadia and New Manhattan citizens are punishable by Port Neptunes laws while in Port Neptunes territory, which will consist of the Eastern Docks on Manhattan Island.

D. Port Neptune is permitted an embassy and Ambassador with staff and Military Police in Arcadia, New Manhattan, and Port Neptune. Notice, only one embassy per settlement, and in New Manhattan and Arcadia, their MP's are only permitted to patrol their designated plots of land, this is to deter any potential unrest between factions.

E. All Port Neptune caravans, until breach of contract, are recognized as allies of Arcadia, which ensures protection by all Arcadia and New Manhattan patrols in the uncontrolled territorys of Manhattan Island.

F. This alliance permits only Arcadia and it's current allies control to Port Neptune goods, meaning any settlement declared hostile to Arcadia and it's associates are to refused business with Port Neptune shipping fleets.

Breach of this clause by either party forfeits all clauses in this contract, and must be re-negotiated or risk political jingoism.

Signed,

Justin Mieux, proprieter of Arcadia and all subset Free Economic Zones under it's control

___________, Port Neptunes recognized leader at the time of contracts signage'

Alexander Scalatti

Alex was smoking in his office, when someone knocked the door.

"Alex, Mr. Mieux would like to see you."

Alex grumbled to himself. Every single damn day I need to see him, damn! Alex walked out of his office and locked the door. He still did not know why he put his office on the first floor.

Both Ann and Alex entered the elevator. It lurched up quickly, then stopped. The door slowly opened. Both Alex and Ann entered the penthouse.

"Justin, I believe you wanted to see my wife and I?"

Borgia Manus

Borgia explained the job to Anton. He told him that there was to be a high chance of scuffles with raiders, and that they were to deliver the package to a place called Ghoul High. The path wasn't exactly explained so that Borgia would know how to get there in his sleep, but Salvation were a group of wanderers. A lot in post apocalyptic America were. People who just travelled from place to place, because they had nothing else to do. Wandering until they died.

This was what Borgia assumed Salvation would be doing. Wandering, occasionally killing and eating. Until the entire group was wiped out. Aspirations to rule anywhere diminished throughout the years, and Salvation's group thinned. The founder was a very intelligent and charismatic man, and there was a stage where the group was in the hundreds. But as soon as the Salvation were seen as nothing but insane cannibals, the members decided to chance life outside.

"Sir, I have some bad news.." Borgia looked up from Anton to see Marie.

"Yes, what is it?"

"Borgia, about fifty people are leaving."

"Eh.. wha--- what?" Borgia stuttered. He was not quite sure what then woman had talked about. Borgia had just recently reformed the five different Salvation branches under one farm, and set off for New Manhattan. Before they arrived in Salvation Beach, Salvation were five different tribes. They were in the same general area, and often used scouts to contact each other. When the travelled to a news location, they would all agree to go there. But not together. They were the same, but different. Borgia lead the first one, Dom the second, a man named Carl the third, Old Charles the fourth and a recently deceased Sara the fifth. But Borgia had called for a mass meeting, and he had convinced the various different leader to join under one leader. He convinced them it would make them stronger.

"Old Charles and Carl have convinced most of Camp E through I to divide once more. Old Charles says that most are shaking due to lack of human meat."

"I thought you shook because of human meat," Borgia muttered angrily. "Where are they?"

"They await at the end of the beach. They await for you."

Borgia nodded and began jogging towards Camp I. He ran by the kidnapped cage and all the camps in between before stopping at I. The was a mass of people crowded at the outside of the camp. Old Charles emerged from the group, and approached Borgia.

"Borgia dear boy, how are you?" Borgia grabbed the man and tossed him on the ground. The camp went quiet.

"How dare you," Borgia hissed before kicking the old man in his torso. "How dare you incite some sore of mutiny against me because you are jealous of my power."

Borgia felt something cold against his back. He slowly turned and saw three men pointing guns at him. Old Charles scrambled up next to him.

"Listen son," he managed, surprisingly calmly due to the fact that Borgia had just assaulted him. "There is too many at this place. We are not leaving Salvation. But people here are beginning to get sick. This group is too big for the entire Salvation." Charles grasped Borgia's shoulder. "We will return when we have heard of success, and then the brothers and sisters of Salvation shall live together at last. But until then we will split into smaller groups and wander together." Charles released his grip and hugged Borgia. He then turned to the group of people and signalled for them to leave.

Borgia couldn't bear to watch them leave. He closed his eyes and turned away. I will make Salvation great.

As he walked through the deserted camps, he couldn't help but feel as if Charles was right. Salvation's supplies were unbelievably strained, and Borgia assumed there would be casualties. He just thought they would be to make the dreams of greatness for Salvation a reality. But now the population was more than halved. It would indeed make it easier to manage.

Borgia entered camp A and saw Marie, nervously biting her tongue. Once she saw him she ran to him.

"Well?"

Borgia shook his head. "They are gone.. I will discuss it later. Now, please retrieve Dom, if he still remains." Marie looked as if she wanted to reply, but she shook her head and and made her way to look for the super mutant.

"The journey will be long. We will need to go around the walls of the city and find about," Borgia recited to Anton. "Best move out soon."

Lyn Grave

"I just hope you know, we're not attacking any of those deathclaws until my alpha male loses. If everything goes according to plan, nobody will have to fire a single shot," Lyn stated proudly, with obvious pride in her plan. "If you have no complaints, I'm going to get started right away." Lyn assumed she had none right away, and led Gramps and the alpha male to the base of the hill. As Sonia promised, Delta Squad was waiting for her there, and to Lyn's delight, they were armed with gauss rifles, as she had hoped for.. One of the individuals approached her, who she assumed commanded the squad.

"Delta Squad is at your command, ma'am. We are ready to attack at any time."

"Just so we are clear, nobody will fire without my approval. If my plan works, no shots will need to be fired. Anyway, we need to be out of the deathclaw's perception. We will set up sniper positions looking over Old Olney. From there we watch my deathclaw challenge the alpha male of this nest. If he wins, then the rest will follow his lead and merge with my nest. If he loses, we pick off the deathclaws from our positions, then proceed to clear out the rest of them. I know some people might have difficulty picking my deathclaw from the wild one, so do not fire until I do. Understand?" Lyn finished.

"Yes, ma'am," The commander replied. He signaled for the rest of the squad to follow, and they marched to a suitable location to look over Old Olney. As they got ready, Lyn's deathclaw made it's way to Old Olney. As it got into the area, the deathclaw let out a loud roar. To anyone else, this roar wasn't unique in any way. But Lyn knew, and the deathclaws knew that this was a challenge. The deathclaws that were in the open made no move to accept the challenge. They were obviously smaller and weaker than the alpha male. They watched as a deathclaw emerged from the nest. The wild alpha male was roughly the same size as Lyn's. As Lyn watched through the scope of her rifle, a pang of shock hit her as she looked over the wild alpha male. This deathclaw had a furry mane on it's back.

I can't believe it. Only the deathclaws of the Midwest had that mane. How did one get all the way out here...Oh, [censored], the Midwest deathclaws were intelligent too. What if this one remembers the beast lords? What if this one is able to distinguish me as a beast lord? Things never go according to plan.

As Lyn's head swam with the possible outcomes, the deathclaws fought over superiority. They wrestled, seemingly even matched. The other wild deathclaws sounded encouragement for their superior. Lyn snapped back into reality a few minutes into the fight. She had completely spaced off the fact that she was supposed to helping the match. Her telepathy reached out into the minds of the two competing deathclaws, encouraging the tame one, and promoting weakness in the wild one. Not a moment later, Lyn's deathclaw took advantage of a flinch, and slammed the wild deathclaw to the ground. He sounded a roar of triumph as he stood over his opponent.

"And that's game," Lyn said as she got up off the ground. She motioned for everyone else to follow her, and they made their way down to Old Olney.
