Joey Gallo:

Joey smiled

"200,000 caps and a permanent residence at my casino, you can stay at the Presidential Suite with the balcony, a TV with The Arcadian Network and The New Yorker News, a Radio, a king sized bed, a finished walls with paintings, and rugs made of silk." Joey said
----------------------------------------------------------
Mafia Family (Cambinos and Gallos):

The Families troops hit the streets. The Gallos holding Tommy guns, AK-47s, Molotov Cocktails, and Grenades. The Cambinos held M-16s and .44 Magnums. The Gallos threw Molotovs, killing most of the Cambinos in a fiery death. The rest were killed in the folly of fire.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
OOC: The Arcadian Network is like a TV show and movie channel. The New Yorker News is the News Channel.

This sounded very good, and it almost persuaded Jordan to sabotage CAPone. Almost.

"I still don't know, I don't like the dishonesty of it all. I'm a hard working man, and I believe in every person doing their fair share to get what they deserve, so I might have to refuse your offer, sir."

"Sir, do you realize what Alexander has done? He dipped people in FEV Vats! He needs to have a lesson taught to him!" Joey then paused for a second "But, you could always just steal documents from him. It's your choice, do something very easy like clog some pipes and mess with the air condition, or spend days trying to get one piece of paper?"

The Vertibird had landed in the same location as he had been picked up from on the docks. Mieux was finally glad to see sunlight, having been in a near pitch black Vertibird. After it had left, Mieux had allowed his homing beacon to activate, allowing his former Arcadian colonel to find him. My good man, head for that marble building shaped in design of the old Chryslus tower. I have some work to do.

The Vertibird landed gently ontop of an old parking garage across the street from the tower. The two descended down the five levels and walked across the street. Mieux froze and his mind flashed back to the Pre-War days, his limo being parked in this very garage, him walking across the street to the Chryslus building, which was nothing short of a replica of the old Chrysler building. He saw cars speeding down the road, his eyes flashing again as the colonel touched Mieux's shoulder, "Sir? Are you alright?" Mieux looked down the road, looking at the deteriorating road, silence except for the howl of a soft wind, "Yes, yes, I'm fine. Er, let's carry on my good man."

The two walked across the old walkway and entered the old building's front doors, a once opulant grand lobby, now in a state of deterioration. Within seconds, a Sentry Bot rolled up, "This building is in a state of emergency lockdown, all personnel are to state their name and company you work for. Trespassers are to evacuate immediately." Mieux stomped angrily, "SON OF A-" He composed himself before he uttered the next word, he looked to the colonel, "What you hear now, you will NEVER utter to anyone else, understood?" The colonel, flinching in nervousness nodded his head. "Y-Yes sir." Mieux looked back at the Sentry Bot, hoping his data was still good, "Mr. Justin Ampere. CEO of the RobCo New York City branch, Penthouse Offices." The robot stood silent, checking the barely running servers, "Data accepted, voice signature authentic. Good afternoon Mr. Ampere, have a pleasant day." Mieux felt weird, uttering a name he long left dead, Mieux said for the colonel to politely come along. Mieux looked at the elevator apprehensively. "Let's hope this thing still supports passengers." Mieux pushed the button to enter the penthouse level, where a very high end office suite was, Mr. Ampere, as Mieux was known, still plastered on the misted glass door. Mieux was surprised none of the windows were blown out."No need to worry about security, you are registered into the system too. They're what has kept this tower from being looted apparently. Moving onward, right now, we need to contact Sutler, this tower lacks any of the sophisticated software that the Mieux Hotel was installed with. We'll need a lot of mainframe hardware and terminals, as well as architects to restore this place to working order. In short, we'll need to start from square one." Mieux pulled out a Wattz Radio with the Enclave logo on its lower portion. "Er, sir, where did you....Oh no, please don't tell me you stole that from a soldier." Mieux made a face of mock hurt, "Steal is such an ugly word, I prefer the term 'unauthorized lending with the intent of returning it.' but to each their own."

Mieux then looked down at the radio and tuned it to the frequency he had seen on the radio of the Presidential Desk. "Oh President Sutler!" Mieux said in a flowing singing tone, "Yes yes yes, I took a soldiers radio, but he'll get it back, anyway, this tower is in very good condition for it's deterioration, it needs a new coat of paint and cleaning, but that aside we'll need shipments of several high end server mainframes, and no, I'm not kidding when I say this, we'll need twenty five servers, and five tanks of liquid nitrogren to keep the designated server room at absolute zero degrees farenheit. Not to mention around thirty standard RobCo terminals, and about ten wall mounted terminals. Think you can manage that"

Jordan was astonished to hear this. How could such a seemingly nice man do such a terrible thing?
"Are-- Are you sure that was him? He doesn't... Well, he just doesn't seem capable of doing such things."

Jordan started considering sabotaging Alex's bar.

"The Gallo Family doesn't lie sir, he even admitted it, he said he was sorry, but what about those souls who he dipped? Can they accept it? NO! What about the family members?"

James Beneteau

James He stares at the obvious door but no way of opening it to bee seen, he looks around for a teminal but is unable to find one. He turns his attention to the secuity office looking through droors and checking terminals unable to find anything he just gives up. He goes down to the reactor level and shuts down the reactors and exits the buildings and logs this journey as a failure. He leaves the area now morning siting in an abandoned house looking at his map locates another prospect location and ponders if he should risk it.

Sutler leaned forward and recaptured Hamilton's refused scotch which he, likewise, drained in a single mouthful.

"Contact from the Command Center is impossible Hamilton, we have tried believe it or not. The Vault's radio-communication system appears to have been damaged, more than likely, being built in downtown New York and all, that there radio antena have been destroyed." Sutler reached for another cigratte, yet seemed to think better of it and instead pushed the packet to the side, he cleared his throat. "Mieux has indeed recently passed a GCT, through some horrific abnormality of science involving one of the prototype suspention pods and radiation, he has been alive since 2050's I believe, he looks young enough; howeverm he informs me that he has managed to create, for himself, a cure." Sutler leaned in more closely and instinctively hushed his tone, even though it was impossible that they would be over-heard. "Alright Hamilton, I am called a Cabinet meeting soon, however I feel the need to present to you the infomation which Mieux has just left me to you personally. He claimed that he had a method of healling those horrific rotting sacks of flesh, Ghouls, the mainlanders call them. Anyway, through extrapolation, it only seems logical that such a cure could be used to heal the mainlanders." Sutler betrayed nothing in his face as to his own thoughts. "I want you to tell me now what you think of that."

Sutler's receiver rang, breaking the tension in the room, Sutler cursed, "[censored]", and picked it up. "Office of the President."

"Mr President sir, we have a transmittion from Justin Mieux, shall I route it to your office?"

"Lock-and-load Lieutenant."

Sutler held the receiver to his face, he looked right into Hamilton's eyes. "Think and answer," said Sutler darkly.

OOC: Chriso feel free to respond before Justin does, if you read this first, due to his's erractic online times we may have to wait until 5am our time so just post whenever you have... come to Hamilton's conclusion.

Alexander Scalatti

Alex awoke to the sounds of Central Square below him. Alex looked over at the clock. 5:30, time to get up. After getting ready, both Ann and John were downstairs. After a nice breakfast of Mole Rat Sausages prepared by Ann, both John and Alex entered the elevator and went down into the casino.

"Why isn't Ann coming?" John asked as the elevator doors opened.

"Tired, there has been a ton of pressure in her life lately."

"I understand, sometimes I just want to quit being the president of a major country."

The casino floor was packed, as always. A band was playing jazz music in the center stage, people were gambling, bouncers were kicking out drunk people, and people were eating breakfast. The casino world was hectic, in a controlled way.

Alex walked onto the stage, the band stopped playing. He grabbed a microphone. "Hello, good morning and thank you for coming to the CAPone casino, the best casino in the littlest big city in the world. Today, in our new theater on the second floor, we have a live performance. The people practiced very hard and sound almost like pre-war. The show begins in ten minutes."

Almost everyone on the first floor ran up the stairs and entered the theater.
_________________________________________________-

Alex took a seat next to John on the front row. The theater was packed, there was only one open seat next to Alex. Much to his surprise, Ann ran into the theater and got the seat just in the nick of time. The curtains opened and the lights dimmed.

"I want you to tell me now what you think of that."

Hamilton’s bright expression had morphed into one of a poorly hidden apprehension. Although staunch and clear on his own views, Sutler’s dark tone unnerved him, and found it difficult to keep a calm composure.

The room was filled with a chilling silence, and the air felt stagnant and stuffy. Only the distant sound of bolts of plasma ringing down the firing range and a soft humming could be heard.

His lips trembling ever so slightly and sweat trickling down his back, Hamilton opened his mouth.

“I-“ The receiver rang. All of a sudden, it felt as if life had been injected into Sutler’s office; Hamilton could discern the faint muffling emitting from the receiver. Although not physical, the presence of another being eased Hamilton’s nerves considerably.

"Think and answer," said Sutler darkly.

Not wanting to test Sutler’s clearly waning patience, Hamilton adjusted his position and replied. “Being honest, whether we can restore ghouls from that vile, rotting state, or we can cure mainlanders of their mutations is neither here nor there, as far as I’m concerned. The fact remains that the wastelanders above have been tainted by the harshness of our ravaged country. Their miserable lives have made them naturally avaricious and violent – they care for little more themselves. Just look at New Manhattan; it’s taken two-hundred years to create even a ramshackle settlement feigning a civilised society. And what’s saying they’ll accept even the slightest semblance of authority? I highly doubt they’d willingly unite in the interest of their country. Of course, of course, we could utilise repressive state apparatus in order to goad them into work, though does that not oppose the very idea of a democracy? I’m sorry, but all this dross about humanity cohabiting alongside such a sad excuse for existence is utterly quixotic.” Hamilton’s manner remained composed throughout, though his red did emerge on his cheeks, purely out of his inner contempt for the animals above.

Hamilton looked up briefly, shaking his head. “No… no, the mainlanders above, they’re a lost cause. One would be credulous to believe for a moment that those creatures above can be rehabilitated. Only humanity can restore humanity. We are humanity, Mr President, and it’s our duty to cleanse the bacteria infecting our world. And besides, guaranteeing such a creation will work successfully is, quite frankly, a shot in the dark.”

“Perhaps I’m rambling, and you have my deepest apologies if I am, but the overarching point is that no matter what their appearance or condition, the mainlanders do not possess the drive to achieve something great, and never will do, for they’re born into an inescapable life cycle in which they eat, sleep, drink and then die, which each generation is doomed to suffer.”

Sutler slapped his thigh and laughed, "Very good Hamilton, my sentiments exactly; let's be honest, you are something of an archetypical, ambitious yes-man, which doesn't bother me provided you back it up with well done work, which you do. I wanted your honest opinion and you agree with me it seems, excellent. Mieux offered me this... abortion of science as an incentive to help him; I however do not seek to use it. This is our goal Hamilton, this cure cannot reach the ear's of people like Adams who will undoubtabley wish to establish such as state." Sutler sighed before smiling, "You will tell no-one of what we have discussed, understand? I will not have dross like that under Enclave protection, the Vault Dwellers will remain our primary objective and this cure... our primary target. The Project will be our salvation."

Enclave PA System

"Citizens, nay, colleagues of the Enclave, this is your President Alan Sutler speaking. There has always been an Enclave Radio, however, as you know, it was only our last leader that took it upon himself to broadcast our hopes and dreams as lies to the mainlanders. Eden was a manical abortion of science, understandably in great respect of our last elected President, dike Richardson, however, he put all of us, all of our friends and families on the line so he could play at being Richardson. He put the entire country at risk just so he could pretend that he was implimenting the Project. Raven Rock was not placed to administer it the Jet Stream so that the virus could inflict it's maximum potential but regardless Eden proceeded for his own selfish desire to be the instigator of American liberty, an admirable goal sure, but unnecessary and founded upon entirely selfish reasons. Eden was a traitor to us all, a machine which duped us and dragged us through the gutter, it was Eden who ran the calculations for the water-borne FEV, he destroyed the work of the great Doctor Curling and turned an effective airborne killer into a diluted water-soluable dud; we proved later that even if Eden's "Project" had begun it would have failed. He usurped the legitemacy of our society and even risked our entire species.

But Eden is dead, it was I who killed him, I and the deceased Colonel Autumn; he paved the way to topple Eden, he began the first steps, keeping safe the codes needed to shut him down for good. He was a different man sure, but he only had our interests at heart. Rest in Peace Colonel Autumn.

The Enclave, is not dead! Long live the Enclave! The Project will set us free!

Joey Gallo:

Joey sat down on a leather chair

"Look, Mister, I don't know why, all I know is that he did it, and he needs to have a lesson taught to him, as much as I want him and his little girl he calls his wife, dead, that won't happen." Joey said "For even I do not understand why Mieux placed that slime in charge of Arcadia, and I know everything!" Joey leaned back, he took out a old http://world.guns.ru/userfiles/images/handguns/russia/hg20/1287754680.jpg. "It was my fathers, I want you to have it, if you choose to accept my offer, of course."

Jordan was very confused.

The man pulled out a pistol, and placed it in front of Jordan. He said that if Jordan agreed, he would give him this pistol as a gift.

"Can I go home and think it over? I'll have an answer by tomorrow afternoon."

Joey Gallo-

Joey got up to shake the mans hand when one of his Lieutenants came it.

"Sir, we got Joe's body, but not without the Cambino's making one hell of a fight, the building Joe was near is scorched, I don't think any fire got in, but the outside looks like its been through hell."

"Oh, [****], that's my house! Sorry sir, I'll have you answer by tomorrow morning!" Jordan shook the man's hand and ran out, sprinting all the way back to his house. By the time he got there, he was dripping with sweat. The outside of his house was scorched. Jordan threw open the door. Thankfully, nothing had been damaged too badly. His mattress was rolled over, his table had bullet holes in it, and his roof was leaking, but nothing major.

Whatever, I was gonna find a new place anyway...

Joey saw the man run out of his house.

"Get me to Alex's tower, NOW!" Joey hollered.
----------------------------------------------------------
Joey arrived at Alex's Tower. A bodyguard standing at the door

"My name is Joseph Louis Gallo, I am here to see Alexander." He said, with amazing compose.

"Uh, oh, Joey, okay, go up." The bodyguard said. Joey, and his guards took a elevator up to Alex's main room. Joey pounded on the door

"LET ME IN [censored] IT!" He hollered

Mayor Frank Vercelotti

The Mayor led his girlfriend out into the large opening in which a large crowd had gathered in a circle, in the center of which stood a deathclaw. Frank surveyed the onlookers. Damn Tony, I asked you to gather a crowd, not the entire East Coast!

"Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen!" he bellowed, and the noisy crowd fell silent. "You're here to watch something like you've never before. Your Mayor aquaring off against a brutal deathclaw!"

At this, everyone erupted into cheers. Right, let's get this over with. Frank thought to himself, making his way into the circle in which the deathclaw stood.

Tony began to explain the rules. "First one to the ground loses!" he called. "Is everyone ready?"

"Ready as ever." Frank nodded, leering at the beast opposite him.

Lyn Grave

Lyn watched as the crowd cheered Frank on. She let out a sigh of exasperation. He's just going to piss the deathclaw off doing this...

"Human!" The deathclaw bellowed at Frank. "You make a mockery of my challenge by turning it into a ssshow!" The deathclaw let out a loud roar then, at both Frank and the crowd. It was obvious that the deathclaw was angry, just like Lyn thought it would be.
